They did not put all of my order in the bag. So I returned, and I said, check the footage bearded assistant manager, said the manager looked, and I was given my flower basically saying I was lying at that to see the footage because I know that it wasn't in there the bag was stapled. So then he comes out and he gives me some two percentage points weaker than what I ordered. It was Saturday, August 15. I use a walker and was wearing a maroon sleeveless shirt. If I'm lying post the but you cause I'm not lying. I will never go there experience ever. read more

Will is awesome at what he does! I love this place because they always know how to help me and I leave feeling amazing every time.

People are kind of snobby unless they like you. Some mean girl vibes. Lady dismissed all my questions at the pick up counter but one. idea who she is I was just curious on how the deals worked. wanted help maybe a recommendation but nothint. Just told to have a good day when I was the last person in line. costumer service is big to me and they just don't have the best elegance here. I'm here almost everyday most are the same way. Especially when I planned on spending birthday money here in a few days. probably will rarely visit now only if they have something I like. The prices are high and they don't have the best deals anyone. So all together might not be the best option or experience especially if you just want help. I left so irritated. read more

Worse dispensary to slow and and overall don't go here bad service for online pick up

Great weed and deals. Love that they take med tax off over $100. Normally the girl up front that checked us out in the past was very helpful. Today at around 6:30pm the young man upfront was clearly having a bad day. I do dutchie bank pay when I go in but today the gentleman told me that I had to pay online if I was doing dutchie pay. In the past the previous girl had just asked for the number after you scan the barcode, as I tried to ask him if that had changed he was clearly getting more agitated and snippy. He continued to try to explain to me that we should've paid before (the med Tax was still on and we had been told by a manager in a previous visit to wait til you come so you can make sure the med tax is off) after again just asking if I could just give him the number instead of the barcode cause previous people had checked us out that way, he put in the number and we paid. A lot of drama and arguing from someone I'm trying to buy some weed from. Hopefully the other girl comes back, she was more detailed, kind and held a conversation while kicking ass at her job. read more

Bad service. No communication. Slow AF. I don't understand why it's like this. Such a messy set up

I'm kinda surprised at how many negative reviews this location has! I've been coming here for 3-4 years and never had any issues. I do always do order ahead orders and have never had to wait in a line for longer than like 30 minutes ( which is usually on weekends around 6-7pm) the area is definitely run down but it doesn't feel unsafe, I've always seen security in the evenings and nights and have had a pleasant experience coming here. Luv yall down read more

Westside Location: Feeling a little CHEATED and talked sideways to, this morning, when asking for an explanation from the pretty but slick talking budtender. BOGO on CDT Carts for $24.99 every day. She charged me the reg $36.99 during the BOGO hours? No tip this time with that "sad" uneducated excuse on pricing and not able to prove her excuses on print. Seems like I was being scammed from the Budtender for $10 BS come up. Long time customer... now going back to my old "tax free" personal budtender. He doesn't have a big selection. But it's always fire and never cheated. read more

This location is my favorite spot to go to based on prices and their selection BUT this location has such a horrible check in process and pick up process. On multiple occasions I've had to wait in line for well over 30 minutes. This is whether I place a pick up order or walk in this morning. They had two girls working the front desk when they should have had one of those girls in the back helping there should be no reason that I am waiting 15 minutes in one lobby and then having to wait another 15 minutes in another lobby read more

Picked up an online order last night. Not only did I not get the $10.00 off for being a new customer. The cashier (short reddish hair) was very rude. My bad experience at this location will keep me away. I drove here for a specific item no one else sells. I'll spend my money elsewhere! read more

The lady was rude as all get out. She snatched my husbands ID and spoke in a condescending rude manner. Crazy too since it's "herbal wellness". read more

LOVE THE PRICES this place always have AWESOME prices and deals They got deals under 20 buks. staff and security are always Awesome,. I used to go to other places but this place is closest and has the lowests prices from carts to flower. Only a few tweaks i think , is the way the online kinda suks anf point system, would be nice if you are a loyal memeber and at time of purchase online and in person the staff will let u knw how much and if u earned enough to to add to purchase . And maybe a recycle isentive system for emptied carts .. but all in all THIS PLACE is always my First choice. If ur Medical like me or not and dont wanna burn a whole in ur pocket while on a budget with all other living exspensives. Stop bye this place and try it out. read more

Went to this dispensary in a pinch cause I was told it was closest one to where I was. I started off being told 10-15 minutes to be taken back. This of course turned into 35. Maybe even 40 minutes but we stopped looking at the clock at 35 minutes because we got so frustrated. We then went back looking for the 5 full gram pre-rolls for 35 as advertised online. They said that they're out of the one I was looking for but they have 5 half gram pre-rolls for the same price. I asked for the ones on the list that were 22% (I forget the name) after I get home and look at my actual product. It turns out that I paid $35 for 5 half grams that were around 10%.... Pretty sure I could grow a better product in my bathtub honestly. Thanks for the free preroll for it being my first time. That's where the one star was earned in my mind. Do yourself a favor, go a little further north and go to Curaleaf, better deals, better flower, and you will actually get in your bag what you are being told is going in there. Oh and no 35 minute waiting room experience. read more

Oh my god this place is the pits I've been coming here forever they make you wait in this other line to be here hour just waiting to get tree man find somewhere else to go or buy that off the street because this place is not worth it And they don't offer you no compensation read more

A joke of a dispensary. I don't understand why they would run specials for recreational only. People with medical cards who need their medication aren't important? Now I'm never going to set foot in there and I'll tell everyone to stay far far away. Much better places to go to. Don't waste your time with a dispensary who doesn't care about their medical patients. read more

One of my top 3 dispensary in the valley! Staff are nice and thier product never disappoint.

I placed a pre-order around 2:30pm. I then received the pick up message at 7:30pm. I drive the 30 minutes to get there only to discover the line for pre-orders was down the sidewalk. They were also letting recreational customers in before med patients. This place was already horrible, now it's a spit in the face to medical patients. I hope all med patients find better sources for their medications. read more

Ordered online just to avoid the wait times from the reviews seem to be long, showed up just to be told the online window doesn't open until 10a although they open at 8am. So ordering online was a waste of time as I had to sit and wait. 30 min wait so far as I write this!!! WASTE IF TIME!! read more

Trash They need to update their menu Their prices on their menu were absolute lies. I just went to go get a half right now at a certain price. PLEASE BRING BACK THE APPLICATOR FLAVORS!!! I've noticed that you guys have so many more flavors in your cartridges versus your applicators. And then I noticed that the flavors you did have in your applicators are starting to vanish as well. No strawberry shortcake, no blue razz, no mellow melons ever!! THE LAST THREE TIMES THERE WERE NONE!!! But I would love to see peaches and cream and huckleberry too! Thanks! read more

Good prices. Good product. Good people. Been going here for many years. I recommend this facility to all.

How tf does the ATM not work and not bothered getting fixed, waste of time when the website doesn't relay that information

Great Deals Great Staff and lovely hang out spot next door where you can get CBD dog treats and play games while you wait.

I knew this was a trash dispensary lol all these reviews prove it. service is trash. selection is not all that great. cost is the worst it's the reason why I don't buy there and it's my closest dispensary. thank you and good night. read more

Tried to call to ask about a deal and I'm a disabled Vet and am hard of hearing a little and I had to ask again because i didn't here her. When I proceeded to ask again she flipped out yelled and said " ya! Like I said!" Wow. I thought. She was rude and disrespectful for no reason. This dispensary needs to give classes to there employees how to show good customer service. Good thing I called and didn't waste my gas. Yikes! read more
