The staff was upbeat, friendly, and more than happy to walk me through the options (which was great, because there are a lot of tempting choices). Let's talk about the desserts -- INSANE. I tried the Strawberry Shortcake jar and the Chocolate Fudge Brownie one, and both were rich, perfectly layered, and totally worth every calorie. You can tell the ingredients are high quality, and the flavors are thoughtfully balanced -- not just sugar bombs. Plus, the jars themselves are adorable and reusable. They also serve some hot treats, like cookies and brownies, that are warm, gooey, and straight-up addictive. And yes, I grabbed a couple extras "for later"... they didn't last long. I go shopping at a lot of dispensaries but I find this particular dispensary (jars) is where I hang my hat, because every time I go in there the employees are very nice and courteous, and there's never a long wait they get you in and out, and unlike other dispensaries that I've visited in Phoenix, this one's seems to be always clean neat and kept up, the employees are very helpful when you're making your purchase you have good advice for other purchases, I don't know how many they have in a valley but I'm hoping in the near future they would flood the valley because this particular dispensary always has giveaways gimmicks and fun read more

This location can be hard to spot when driving by but it is SO worth coming to. I have been in a handful of times and every single time I have come in, the staff has been friendlier than ANY dispensary I have been to. It feels like I'm chatting with a friend I've known forever, it makes the whole experience so chill. It has been like this every time I have come in, it's not just one staff member, it's everyone. Some dispensaries give me anxiety, some make me feel unwelcome or like I'm just another customer. You feel different here. If I could rate more than five stars for the staff, I definitely would. read more

I have been to many dispensary's in many states and Jars is up there with the best of them. I have been to a couple dispensary's that Can't seem to be able to keep their bud tenders long enough for customers to get used to and comfortable with. The bud tenders at the Jars location off of Cave Creek road are alway's friendly and knowledgable. They also have a great selection of various price ranges making it easy to fit your budget, or splurge if you want to. There are a couple other dispensaries within walking distance but I did not feel the connection at those dispensaries like I feel at Jars. read more

I shop here all the time. last thing I purchased was 14grams of Lychee punch. Bud was mid... my issue is that there were several pieces of white paper in the pack. kinda like rolling paper,like they dumped pre-rolls back into this bag. Not only does that make the weight deceptive, you can't return open bud so I just had to throw it away. something about the paper made me feel like the whole bag was contaminated. I won't be shopping here anymore. This is not the first time I've found questionable things in the bag. I probably smoked some as well. I have pics for proof. read more

I visited Jars Cannabis in El Mirage for the first time and I was satisfied with my experience. although it was super busy at this location the staff did a great job of minimizing the wait time. my bud tender Deja was awesome and very informative about type of flower I was interested in purchasing, she made me feel like I was getting the most for my money. definitely two thumbs up from me and I will be visiting again in the future. best flower if you looking for the loud pack lol. read more

I love this place. The El Mirage location is my favorite bc of the people who are always friendly and willing to help. The selection and prices are excellent as well. I also appreciate that it is open 24 hours a day which allows me the freedom to visit at my convenience. One thing they could improve on is the website set up.
