Awesome employees, compassionate, caring drivers I helped build a multi million dollar company's when I was young and this is NO way to do it With NO notice for terminally, sick patients, or anybody for that matter .;( We had ordered the day before. Emergency so that our loved one could stay at home. The new owners suddenly with NO announcement no voice message, not only did they take away delivery service for those of us that are terminally sick and or disabled and cannot drive and live 2 miles from there They also abruptly fired ALL their amazing drivers with NO notice !!!!! Pros: prices are great and staff is always super friendly/knowledgeable Cons: this place always seems to be a cluster f**k and poorly managed. I've come here pretty regularly for about 2 years now. Quite often, the a/c is broken or the roof is leaking. I stopped by one morning in mid March that happened to be pouring rain. I found an elderly gentleman sitting at the front door in a motorized scooter getting soaked. I offered to help him inside but he told me they weren't letting anyone in because their power was out. I was confused because all the lights were on in the parking lot and all the nearby businesses had power. He said he wanted to wait it out so I left. I came back later in the day and asked how late they opened. The cashier giggled and said "oh yeah, we didn't have any bud tenders today so they finally got management to come in and work" why would they flat out lie to an elderly disabled man and just let him sit in the rain like that??? Welp, this be the dispensary closest to home & it is so very different from the 1st dispensary I ever went to and the third dispensary I checked out. The process is wait outside in the rec line, then go in to the window they tell you to so you can provide your ID. They keep your ID and then tell you that you can open the door. There really isn't anything to look at, so it is best to sit and wait till they call your name. You tell the person what you're looking for and they'll tell you what they have. They take payment and then hand you the items and you exit back out the door you came in through. Recently went with plans to pick up shatter for my boyfriend. They did not have any because there was a fire at one of their locations (they have their own growers so they can keep the costs cheaper) and they were low on everything. They told me what comparable products were available, and I went with them since I know nothing about shatter or comparable products. They told me the item they offered was an oil similar to Rick Simpson Oil. They said they were not familiar with the oil, but were advised it is the other available option. Well, the oil is edible and can be used in meals and my boyfriend cannot use it with the apparatus he has. read more

Buyer Beware... Nature's Medicine on Grand first pulled a bait and switch on me, without telling me, and as you know, "no exchanges or refunds". Second, today I ordered 4 dab packages (dab Wednesday) and they didn't honor the prices listed on their website. I would have never ordered them if it hadn't been for the "dab Wednesday" deal featured on their website. It took me a while to figure out why I was overcharged because I never spend less than $100 when I go, and then of course when I brought it to their attention, "no exchanges, no refunds, no credits". Why have a website for ordering if it doesn't work, you refuse to honor the prices, and can't get it working? So you may want to stop ordering using the website, though prices cannot be given out over the phone. I don't know how they get away with this legally. read more

Whenever I come here it's an hour wait ATLEAST just to get to a budtender. Twice Ive placed express orders and waited over 30min just to get inside to wait another 20 min and I already received a text saying my order is ready? Placed another online express order and it's been an hour now and still is not ready. This place literally has about 20 cash registers and only has about 3 workers at a time including "express". I came into this location and handed this lady my ID not knowing that there was a wait and she rudely yelled at me when I tried to go to the back of shop, keep in mind that she didn't raise her voice to any of the other Customers that came in. Refuses to take my Maine state license because it's not horizontal, (they don't do horizontal licenses in Maine) although it clearly states I'm over 21 and a medical patient. Don't waste time with this place, they never have the products they advertise anyways. If I could give a negative -5 I would They don't post the 12.50 carts on the website. I preordered NEVER got a text message saying that my order was ready.
