Never heard of a place that requires and key word is requires IDS to be sideways instead of straight up. Pretty disrespectful place. Security guard is rude as well & was about to get checked. By the end of our visit, we spent over $100 but also saved over $100. (Took the photo attached prior to ringing out all the products we got). My friend and I have very limited experience visiting dispensaries, but we've only ever had good experiences at this JARS Metro Center location! (We've been a few times previously, but this was the visit where we had the largest haul). NOTE: THEY ARE CASH ONLY, INCLUDING TIP. THERE IS AN ATM WITH A $3.50 TRANSACTION FEE.

Harvest North Mountain Phoenix undoubtedly was my very favorite medical dispensary. Its convenient…read morelocation, products, daily specials, and especially the employees were all the reason I chose to shop exclusively at Harvest North Mountain on Peoria. Then one day a new-to-me employee assisted me with my online purchase and since it was a BOGO (buy one get one free) day, my order had to be adjusted to add the extra items. Last minute, I decided to add another purchase, which meant that I was getting two for the price of one for $52 plus tax, making my current total of six items up to eight items. My bright yellow Harvest bag with my supplies was in my sight at all times. When I returned home, I opened up the bag and tossed the items on the bed. There were only six items‼ in the bag so I called HARVEST immediately. I was told to come back and everything would be straightened out. That wasn't the case. The manager, who I dearly adore, said "wait a minute." (Unbeknownst to me Harvest tapes everything happening in its store from open to close, which is a good thing.) He returned and said "I watched the video and indeed eight items were inserted in your bag." The receipt says eight items but I only had six items. I told the manager I am telling you the truth. I would never lie about something like this, and he basically shrugged his shoulders and I walked out the door. The manager asked me if I wanted to see the video and I grappled with his suggestion, and took him for his word. I know that this was business and should have gone back and watched the video myself, but instead I took my friend's word. Yes, I kick myself. I felt so betrayed and sick to my stomach and haven't and won't be back. The employees know me so well I practically lived there after my go-to store Petsmart, and they chose not to believe me. So it makes me wonder: do they do inventory? Where are the two missing items? Did the new employee take my product? What in the hell happened? I'm out $52 plus tax, and my message to all of you is just a reminder to double check when your order is placed because no one ever knows when something can go amiss. I was too busy gabbing instead of focusing on my order.
