Ron said the he owns a coffee farm in Costa Rica (where he is from), but he sources his beans from around the world, depending on where the best beans are from at a particular time of year. This location was so charming, especially being right inside the ASU bookstore! The customer…read moreservice was awesome from start to finish. My daughter and I walked up to the counter ready to order, and I knew I wanted a mocha--but I wasn't completely sure. Hunter stepped right up to the register, already fired up and ready to help. I asked him, "Do you think I want a mocha?" and without hesitation he said yes! We both laughed, and then he suggested adding vanilla, which had me completely sold. Then he started talking to my daughter about a couple of other drink options, and wow--he had me reconsidering my whole order! My daughter reminded me that I don't like prickly pear, but Hunter kindly let me sample it anyway. Sure enough, I still didn't like it--but he made it sound so delicious and refreshing that I almost believed I would! We left already planning our next visit just to see Hunter again. If you get the chance to have an encounter with him, take it! He truly knows the products and how to market them. And most importantly--the drinks were excellent!!!

I'll admit, I was a little hesitant at first because when I walked in, I realized it was also a bike shop. Usually when a coffee shop is combined with something completely different, I wonder if the coffee will be more of an afterthought. That was definitely NOT the case here. The coffee was seriously good. You could tell there was real attention to detail and a focus on quality. Such a unique concept, great atmosphere, and most importantly, amazing coffee. This is a really, really good coffee spot, and I would absolutely come back whenever I'm in the area. Definitely worth checking out!

In addition to coffee and tea, they serve pastries from Chacónne Patisserie and Noble Bread, which are both local legends. I stopped by Regroup Coffee on a random Saturday morning. I ordered a maple date latte with almond milk and a peanut butter banana toast. Both were delicious! I would absolutely return to try more from their menu!

I started going to this coffee shop on weekends because I like supporting locally owned small…read morebusinesses. The staff has always been friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and the coffee is smooth and enjoyable. My biggest concern is the pricing. Only the regular-size drink prices are displayed, so ordering a larger size can come as an unpleasant surprise. Paying over $8.50 for a 20 oz pour-over coffee feels excessive. Another issue is the limited restroom capacity. There is only one bathroom, and wait times can sometimes be quite long, especially during busy periods. The shop also struggles during the summer months. The air conditioning doesn't seem capable of keeping the space comfortable, and it can become uncomfortably hot inside. I appreciate supporting local businesses and enjoy the coffee and customer service, but the high prices, lack of transparent sizing costs, restroom limitations, and uncomfortable indoor temperatures make it difficult to justify visiting as often as I'd like.
