Love the place, also love all the employees there. They are so welcomed and so helping the customer. I got the energy fusion green apple flavor. Definitely go back in the future

Super easy to park and always able to find parking. Not too busy inside, service is nice and fast. I fell in love with their white peanut butter mocha, definitely worth the try! We also like the gold rush cold brew, everything is great. Ambiance is super cute, good music, and if you love dogs this is the place to go.

Unfortunately, all of the food here is microwaveable. This location has no drive thru and inside, all the food is layed out cicke K style ready for the nuker. The cold drinks are still great and stick to the pastries.

This place looked really awesome. Kind of an inconvenient corner in downtown Tempe and parking kind of sucks but the drink I ordered taste amazing! the guy at the window who took my order did a wonderful job. Definitely seems like a kind of place that I would come hang out. Just the location is what does it for me. It'd be hard to park down here and then walk all the way back to the coffee shop

Update to my year old review: Americano was tasty but more important, the staff was so friendly. It's a cool place filled with ASU students. Makes me feel old but I'm ok with that. Pricey right. 2 Americanos for under $10. Nice pastry selection that look good but didn't try. Will be back when I'm in the area.

I loved this place for several reasons: - great location, close to ASU Tempe campus - great drinks that would be ready fast (their mocha could be a little too sweet other than that everything is perfect!) - suitable for working - friendly staff My only complaint is about the parking that it isn't easy to find(if any!).

As part of the grand opening, Ziggi's was offering a free 16oz beverage. Free coffee on a Saturday morning? Yes please! Ziggi's is located on Apache Blvd and Terrace Rd nearby Press Coffee and Kuka Sushi and across the street from Mango Rabbit and Filiberto's. There is no drive-thru. The location is ideal if you live in any neighboring apartment complexes, otherwise parking is an issue. We didn't notice a parking lot for Ziggi's and ended up parking in a neighborhood (oops). Although Ziggi's is quite close to us, parking definitely does present as a barrier. As busy as it was, we had our drinks within 5 minutes of ordering! There was plenty of staff working the event in their Ziggi's shirt, all smiling and friendly. We sampled the zucchini bread and strawberry streusel and collected a few stickers. I ordered the Gold Rush, an iced cold brew with half and half and caramel. I opted to swap the half and half with oat milk. Other dairy free options include soy, coconut, and almond milk. The Gold Rush was DELICIOUS! The caramel added sweetness without being too sweet. I'd definitely order it again! BF enjoyed his cold brew; it was sweet and flavorful. Something unique is that Ziggi's uses straws made out of agave! And unlike paper straws, they're sturdy! Super sturdy, sturdier than average straws! Eco-friendly and functional :)

Had my morning Java from this location after Yoga and since today was their "Grand Opening" I received a 16oz for free!!! Who doesn't like "Free" Java! My first impression was PARKING... THERE IS NO place to park if you're in a hurry, unless you park across the street which takes a good 10 min to park and cross over due to the light rail system. It took me a good 20 min before I gave up trying to park in the garage that had like 10 spaces inside(exaggerating), and parked at a nearby park and walked over. It was a nice day for the walk. Upon finally arriving , they have a window outside, where you're able to walk up and order or you may go inside to order and be seated if you prefer. I liked the outside window as it has friendly service and is a quick way to order. Once your order is placed, a guy named "Warren" was there to bring your drink to you, hand delivered, which was nice and prevented a crowded window for pickup. I ordered a Caramel Macchiato which was good. I probably should've paid for extra Caramel though. These coffee franchises are popping up all over now, in fact, I've even considered opening one since they have a great package to buy in on, but then, I changed my mind after thinking about long hours if employees don't show up. This location will never have an employee shortage since it's in College City. I did notice that no one wore mask nor gloves but each is own. No judgement here, but I definitely wore mine. (I was the only one there (it seemed) to have one on) I recommend stopping by to enjoy your Java of the day!

We were enroute to reliable Press Coffee in Tempe before we saw a sign for Ziggi's, across the street and made a hard left. Our spontaneity led to disappoint. The coffee shops exterior was more appealing than its prosaic interior. I ordered an Americano, which I found super light and bland. The highlight of the coffee was the chocolate espresso bean placed on the lid.

This recently opened coffee place is amazing! I tried both Latte and Mocha. Both are good, especially the Latte, because it's not too sweet. This place is suitable to get a coffee and work (free internet + there are outlets for charging your device). ** they also have an event on Jan/22 that you can get a free 16 oz drink

New cafe in neighborhood, so thought of visiting on the very first day.. First day I ordered one of their speciality coffee Colorado Mocha frankly speaking didnt like much as it was too sweet and of less coffee.. But thought of not coming to any conclusion unless trying some classics.. And next day ordered Gold Rush (cold brew half n half with drizzle of caramel) and I loved it also got croissants which is pretty decent .. Their outdoor sitting area is also cool and you can get breakfast burrito which m planning to try next!!!

Been waiting for this place to open! Carmel latte was good and hot. Staff was friendly! Good location especially for students in need of caffeine. Looking forward to returning again soon (they have punch cards, time to start collecting). Breakfast items available which makes it a nice quick pitstop in the morning!

    How is parking?

It sucks!!! They have a garage with limited spots in which, "you might get lucky" but each time I've gone, I had to park blocks away by a park and walk.

I had their regular cold brew with a splash of cream and a Sunrise Sandwich- both were so good! The cold brew had a lovely aftertaste that in my opinion, reminded me of dark chocolate and whiskey. Service was also fantastic- the lovely barista was thorough in her explanations of each cold coffee option to help me find what I was looking for! My sandwich was also lovely- the Sunrise Sandwich on an Everything Bagel is easily my favorite breakfast sandwich in Tempe. The Basil Pesto adds a bit of freshness to an otherwise very rich sandwich. Also stopped in a few more times on my evening walks for a Lavender Haze (seasonal earl grey sage honey drink: EXCELLENT!) and their seasonal energy drink- it was a Sunset Spritz (energy with grapefruit pink cordial): both delicious. Happy to say service has improved greatly. Employees are on task and happy to answer my questions. The drinks on the seasonal menu are very good, and their classics are also great. If you're going to go soon, I'm a big fan of the Sage honey and a big fan of the cordial syrup on the 2026 Spring Menu. Will definitely be hitting Infusion up for some future study sessions. Glad to see Infusion takes customer feedback seriously.
