I spent a few years in Las Vegas basically living on Dutch Bros Dutch Soda, but since moving to LA I haven't really been too much since they aren't too many. Well, when it's 100 degrees in Arizona and you see a Dutch Bros, you get in that line to quench that thirst. I was here around 1PM and the line was pretty long, but per usual the staff was managing and drinks were being brought out. I ended up trying the new Fruit Punch Sparking Soda and boy oh boy, this might actually be the best Dutch Soda I've ever had. I ordered a large and it came with a sour straw (which I didn't use, but my wife will eat it so it's not getting wasted) and it was super delicious. Overall, Dutch Bros continues to be the GOAT of drink stops and one of my favourite places to order pop (I'm Canadian, I will never voluntarily call it soda). If you need a pick me up, a cool me down, or just feel like being forced into conversation by people who literally have to be nice to you, Dutch Bros has you taken care of. read more

Been coming here for years. It has become incredibly slow as of recently every time I have been, peak hours or not. They have skimped on soft top, blended drinks come out like they are melted, and the workers seem unhappy to be there. I don't know if there's new management or new policies creating high turnover and unhappy workers or what but there are very clearly issues that need to be addressed. I can't even count how many times I've gone here since this location opened on a weekly basis and I've never had a bad drink at this location or bad service. Yes it may take long at times but they are churning out non stop drinks in those morning and after work rushes! And also many of those people are ordering 3-8 drinks in 1 car too. So these days I save it for the weekends when I know I have plenty of time to wait for it. It should never be the customers responsibility to have to share this kind of information with the appropriate people on your team. You have every means to do this yourself. My drinks are always wrong, the service is meh at best and they are hands down the slowest Dutch I have ever been to. This is the only Dutch any where near me and it's still 20 plus minutes away so getting my drinks wrong regularly, despite every one repeating them back to us correctly and being as slow as they are I am just officially done doing business with Dutch. Coffee is a luxury not a need and for how expensive it is it's not worth going to a place that can't have enough respect for the paying customer to be sure and make them what they paid for. read more

Was excited to be in town and try Dutch Brothers for the first time! Location was a drive-through. We got drinks and baked goods. My husband I got the blue berry pastry and the oreo cookies and cream loaf. Both were moist and very good. Golden eagle was a chai based drink and daughter felt it was smooth and good. My daughters seen Dutch bro's on tictok so when we came out to Arizona naturally we had to come and try it out. The line look long but we weren't going allow that to change our mind- it went really fast and the girls taking our order was so sweet and patient. We had a few questions since our first time, we wanted to make sure we tried the signature drinks. She was very polite and went over the menu and gave us her recommendations. We were so excited. When we got up to the window they wanted to make sure we like all of drinks before we drove away. She told us she wanted make sure our experience was pleasant and we enjoyed-everything. We order the almond bar mocha iced , the caramelizer, americano w/coconut milk and white mocha, blue raspberry energy and Dutch freeze. Every single one was so delicious. After walking around ASU all morning we needed a pick me up. Dutch Bro is at a nearby parking lot, so we walked up to the window and order our drinks. For those who are not familiar with this brand, it's a little drive through coffee kiosk always located in parking lot, not much else in ways of ambiance, WiFi or sittings. It's not a place to hangout unless you don't mind standing in the parking lot. Now to the good stuff, they have a large menu from hot flavored coffee, iced blended, tea, smoothies, energy drinks and snacks. Their medium size drink is as big as the Starbucks venti, large is the wumbo size. We ordered a hot mocha (one of us is boring, always getting the same thing), a Annihilator Nitro cold brew, and a shark attack rebel. Shark attack is a blended energy drink with blue raspberry, coconut...at the end it's a awesome and beautiful drink. The nitro cold brew is smooth not too sweet, highly caffeinated, over all great. Many coffee shops make nitro cold brew, only a handful are memorable, and Dutch Bros Coffee is certainly one of them. Service is always good and friendly. Never met a Dutch Bro that we didn't like. They are also very accommodating, as we can see that we are a big fan of Dutch Bro, we usually order from the web menu which is much more than the store menu. This location is not one I'd recommend or return to. Service is not very good. Well there was an extremely long line. One person taking orders then when we are 6 cars from the front, another person comes out. It Took a long time to have our order taken. Then took a long time for us to receive the order. We were in the process of placing the order all to find out no more soy.... Why ??? the girl said they no longer have soy milk. Wow really. Well I said I'll try a "small"iced chai tea latte with almond milk then since you do not have soy milk. Well then she said with the works??? Huh .. I said huh the works??? Well, no whip cream or sprinkles (I don't drink dairy)... well I received a medium that had been watered down, no flavor and then had nutmeg on the top... Well there was no chai flavor, no almond milk flavor (at least not the almond milk I've tasted) this was horrible over priced and definitely not worth returning to this location. Service was poor as well. I had someone with me and their green tea was filled with ice and looked like water down something. She said it has no flavor of green tea, just tons of ice and it was cold.. These are definitely but like another establishment (I will not say there name here in the review) .... What type of tea is used here? I had no idea. We will not be back. This was extremely disappointing since she had been bragging on Dutch Bros. So we ordered 3 drinks a medium ICE vanilla bean breve, a medium hot VANILLA BEAN BREVE, and a small HOT golden eagle. when we arrived to the window the lady was very nice and she did repeat our order and she did say it correctly so the first drink she hands me is the golden eagle but I noticed that it was iced so i said nicely that we ordered a hot not a iced so at first she looked confused on what to do but then she told a guy behind her that we wanted it hot and he looked sort of upset well as they were remaking the golden eagle the lady hands us the hot Vanilla bean breve so we set it down while waiting for the other two drinks and then she hands us the hot golden eagle and she starts to say goodbye and telling us to have a well night but i kindly told her that i'm still waiting for the iced vanilla bean breve and she said oh and grabs it and i say thank you and have a nice night so we left and the hot vanilla bean breve was for my dad since he wanted coffee too so when we got home we gave my dad his coffee and he said it doesnt taste like vanilla bean so he opens it, and turns out its just milk thats half way filled. So ofc i got upset because i know we did not just wait in their long line have many complications and paid $17 for one to just be milk and especially since they are expensive and take long ofc i'd be upset so my dad ends up throwing it away and a similar problem happened a couple days so idk why i never wrote this probably because i was low key tired of the same problems occurring at this dutch bros location. read more

Without a doubt, a fun coffee experience with a very good product. That is how I can sum my Dutch Bros experience while traveling through Phoenix and Tempe. If this is your first-time visiting this location (close to ASU) or any other Dutch Bros location, be prepared to see and hear things that you normally don't from coffee baristas and other employees that take your order from outside of the building. My impression: very laid back, very customer service oriented, fun, and enthusiastic. I've only gone through the drive-thru and haven't had the opportunity to seat myself, yet had a good experience each time regardless. A family member and myself drove to this location from the South Mountain area (15-20 minutes) just for coffee. We were both given stamp cards that were almost filled out and good for a free coffee upon the next visit, which I thought was a very good marketing hook to have me return. Although appreciated (I'll take them all day long), what had me coming back was the customer service as well as the coffee. The iced coffee choices is a cut above Starbucks (in my opinion) and about 25-30% less in price. The expressos? Wow! You get quite a bit for your money, and yes, they cost less than Starbucks. I tried one of their Granola bars, which is oh so soft and full of flavor. And yes, for less money than competitors. Dutch Bros, you all have got me hooked! I'll definitely return. read more

I'm not a coffee drinker but decided to make a run for the team while practice was just around the corner... WTH... I thought it was Black Friday when I pulled into the parking lot!!! The line was OUT OF CONTROL to say the least and I was ready to head back. I decided to hop out and head to the counter and everyone was standing around waiting to put in their orders (or receive)... Either way it was a little chaotic. When it was time to order, I think i lucked out as I had a list so I didn't have to stare at the menu. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful with my order. Lots of traffic at this location but I'm guessing due to the location being near ASU... but we aren't that close for it to be jam packed now that I think more about it. When I got back to the field, everyone was happy with the coffee I picked up and even I would say the chai tea I got was pretty good. Everyone talked about the coffee to point where I called them all some "fiends" and they had no problem with that labeling.
