This was unequivocally the best experience I have had at any fast food chain in my life. The most positive group of employees across the board. All 6 people positively interacting with customers, including saying hello to regulars who pulled into the drive through. Attentive to coffee order and food order. The breakfast wrap I had was additionally the best I've ever had at a Starbucks in terms of freshness. I don't think I've left a yelp review prior to this but felt obligated based on the experience I had at this location. Not sure why this Starbucks doesn't have a higher rating. We stopped by in our road trip from CA to Tucson. This location is very spacious, super clean, and so cozy! They have a couch section where it feels like you're sitting in someone's cozy living room! The only thing missing is a fireplace. Plenty of tables and big tables to work, study, or just chill. Baristas were super friendly and drinks were made pretty fast! There are two restrooms and they were both pretty clean! This location seems like it's fairly new, and in the same shopping plaza as the Costco. Would def recommend! read more

I've been to this Starbucks a few times now, with the most recent being this morning. Every time I come in, the baristas are friendly, chipper, and helpful. The music is always pretty solid, and the place is usually clean. This morning I went with a trenta iced coffee with dark caramel sauce, cinnamon dulce syrup, light ice, and sweet cream. It was really good! My coffee was made to perfection, and was ready when I arrived, as I did a mobile order. So disappointed in this place. I go to a lot of Starbucks. I entered into this one ready to order. They had a sign advertising a Strawberry Green Tea, Acai drinks, and more. I go to ask about the tea, and no one had any opinion about it. After that, one of the ladies told me they had no strawberries today. Ok, so I went back to ordering my usual Skinny Caramel Macchiato. There was plenty of seating outside with umbrellas. They could use more indoor seating, but there is not much more room. The bathrooms were decently clean. The trash was overflowing. It stayed that way the entire time I was there. (About an hour) There was about 5 workers. No excuse for trash overflowing. 3.5* I like this location because it is comfortable and quiet during the day, so I can get some editing done. The restrooms are not as clean as they should be, and outlets are few and far between for powering up. The baristas are friendly, and we've never had a problem with the preparation of drinks. I appreciated a tutorial in Chai - can skip syrup, have it 'lightly sweet' etc - because I'm not a fan of drinks that contain more KCal & sugar than a couple of candy bars. Also, one of the baristas suggested a Skinny Cinnamon Dolce, which I really like, and I'm a tea drinker almost exclusively. Aside from Kind & That's It bars, I've never had Starbucks food, but Scott likes the cookies and cake pops. Lots of people are bemoaning the lack of a drive through, but for the life of me, I've never needed food or drink urgently enough to be unable to get out of my car to obtain them. Typical starbucks chain - was an okay experience. Friendly customer service, nice ambiance. This location is a little older and needs improvement like more tables, I dont think there was a drive-through, the ac was way too cold for me - I had to pack up my stuff and leave. Hate to give my favorite Starbucks a - one star but the district manager has absolutely ruined the experience for me and I will have to go to another location. The district manager chose to move the mobile order station from one end of the bar to the opposite side of the store. They now want all drinks to come out of the tiny tiny one-foot wide window. There is no secondary entrance to that side of the building because it is so small they expect all mobile orders regular orders just congregate in this one teeny tiny little area. Where they also have tables. It's no longer worth-while to enter the store... fight past all the customers that are standing waiting for an order.... fight pass all the customers that are waiting for the regular orders.... and try to see if your mobile order is ready.... to then fight your way back all through those crowds to just get back to the creamer and sugar station and then exit the building. Mobile ordering was created to enhance the regular customer experience not to deter us from coming to that location. If you choose to change this back one day - to bring back the customer experience we used to have with this location and staff, I'll be happy to give my service back. The layout is bright, open, and although I wish there were more seats it accommodates singles and larger parties quite nicely. The coffee here is same as other Starbucks for the most part. I've been going to Starbucks for over decades but this was my first time ordering from the app. This was by far the worst experience I've had at a Starbucks establishment. Ordered through app, waited for 15 minutes at the store then asked the wanna be if I'm supposed to inform anyone I'm here for an online pick up. To which he responds with, no if it's not up, then he hasn't gotten to it yet. Uh huh, I see. So I wait another 10 minutes and the barista was calling out names of ppl who were not even there. Meanwhile a bag of food and two empty cups continue to sit. So I ask the perky girl, hey are these drinks going to get made bc I've been here a while now? To which she replied, oh when they sit up here that means we don't have it..can we make another drink? Yeah. You can. You can also teach your team to give a sh*t about what they do and ask questions, investigate, search, be involved, help, give answers. Basic. Drinks made, great. Bag of food wasn't labeled on the outside. Looked inside and it appeared to be mine based on a couple of items I observed. Took the bag and drinks and told the perky girl, FYI your associate (unicorn boy) didn't bother to look at my order but assumed and now I've been here for 35 minutes for no reason. Perky, no longer perky, responds with a mild attitude and asked if I told unicorn boy that the cups up there were empty. Are you f**king kidding me?? I walked away. Here are some tips ppl: 1) fix your app, take off items you don't have 2) reviews have a huge impact these days, focus on customer service bc we will take the time to bitch, amirite? 3) conduct thorough interviews with behavioral fit, job fit, and motivational fit testing. (Psst this will reduce turnover too) 4) provide customer service courses. Crucial!! More tips will cost you but you get it. Oh yeah the bag of food was not mine (labels were on each item inside of the bag...so you have to dig in there to see if it's yours. Sanitary.) Chelsea if you're out there, you took my bag of food and came up hard! All in all I was jipped and pissed and had a flight to catch so I lost my sh*t and $10. The last 3 times I've placed a mobile order; I walk in and go to the mobile order pickup area. No one makes eye contact or asks if you are picking up a mobile order. After waiting and standing there for 5-10 minutes, staring at the person handing out drinks, I have to interrupt and ask if my order is ready. read more

Nice Starbucks. Handles a lot of phone pickup orders. I met my coworkers here before a meeting and it was nice and not too busy.

Went in right before work on my birthday and they got it out pretty quick even though they got it wrong. They gave me a cold drink instead of a hot drink they quickly made the change and were very kind about everything. The coffee was obviously great and I made someone's day at work with a free coffee! The service here is horrible! I went in very early on Friday morning and there were pallets strewn all over the floor right inside the door, hello big time hazard.
