best Dutch bros. love everyone there and the fact that they really remember each person and their orders

The drinks and food are good the customer service is usually good, but the sport bike take overs are excessive. The icing on the cake is they are now only open 5am-11pm 7 days a week. Dutch Bros has fallen from grace a once great late night coffee spot open until 1 or later and at one time they were open 24hrs a day. Closing at 11pm in a College town on a Friday or Saturday is wild at least stay open until 1am. R.I.P. read more

It is an introvert's nightmare to go to Dutch Bros Coffee where everyone who works there is overwhelmingly friendly and rather nosy asking very direct questions and wanting to know about your day and upcoming weekend plans. Fortunately, I'm an extrovert, and I eat it all up! I enjoy the experience of going to Dutch Bros, especially when I feel like a hot chocolate and some positive energy. That's how I felt this morning when I arrived to the ASU Tempe Campus, and as expected, I had a great experience! With so many college students at this particular location, I feel that it is loaded with some wonderful personalities and energy. When I arrive to the walk-up counter, I typically expect a line of students and staff, but today no one was in line around 8:15 AM. I ordered my medium hot cocoa, and it came out just right in temperature and very tasty. I love the stoppers, which I got one to help it last a bit longer as I walked to my office. There are many flavors of hot cocoa, 23 in fact according to their website (https://www.dutchbros.com/menu/hot-cocoa). My favorite is the tuxedo, which I ordered today. That has a mix of white chocolate and dark chocolate. I have a feeling that will continue to be my regular drink order for a long time. The menu includes seasonal drinks (like Sour Berry Blast Rebel), Dutch faves (like Carmelizer), protein coffee (like Vanilla Protein Latte), blended freeze (like Golden Eagle), coffee classics (like Mocha), Rebel energy drink (like Electric Berry), lemonade (like Poppin' Berry Boba Lemonade), iced tea (like Double Rainbro), chai latte (like White Chocolate), shakes (like Cotton Candy), hot cocoa (like Tuxedo), smoothies (like Strawberry), sparkling soda (like Passion Fruit), and snacks (like Chocolate Chip Muffin Top). In addition to hot cocoas, I have ordered lemonades and blended freezes before. All are tasty! Get the Dutch Bros app and join the Dutch Rewards program (https://www.dutchbros.com/rewards) and get a free medium drink and access to exclusive offers and perks including a free birthday drink. You earn points for every purchase and can redeem the points for free drinks. You can also use the app to load funds and pay. You can also forward a free drink to a friend if you choose. In fact, if you want to send one to me, you're more than welcome to do so! Definitely come and visit this location when you make it to the ASU Tempe Campus in the future! read more

First let me say I am probably outside their target market as it is next to the ASU campus. I do not drink all the what I call foo-foo coffee drinks. I like coffee and all I wanted was a large drip coffee as I am an old-school coffee guy. When I ordered the counter person looked at me like "what do you want, what is drip coffee?" Well, they do not have just a "coffee." So I ordered a Americano instead after the girl tried to explain to me what they were and before she could finish my reply was I make them every day. Well the Americano was supposed to be hot with cream and they gave me an iced. They corrected it to a hot but did not add the cream. Once I got it right it was a solid Americano. They do offer a nice selection and make good drinks. They have a drive thru and walk up window. This is really just a grab and go place. Do not plan to sit and enjoy a coffee to visit with friends or work. This location does not have a lot to offer except coffee drinks, there is no "ambiance." I will be back to other Dutch Bros with the correct expectations on what they have and I order. read more

I went to the Dutch Bros today at 10:30 AM. There was one car in front of me and I did not leave until 10:48. I sat behind one car for 18 minutes, when I got up to the window, I asked how many drinks they ordered and she said two. I waited almost 20 minutes and my drink was extraordinarily watered down. I ended up just throwing my drink away because it was so bad. read more

I have been coming here to this location for over 4 years now and I love it. The baristas are always friendly and the drinks are always fab. I love that it's in the same parking lot as antique trove. read more

I love Dutch bros but not this location, I've given this one a chance 4-5 times and my coffee always tastes watered down. I usually get the iced golden eagle from the mill location which they make perfectly and for some reason this location never makes it right, they always make it as a darker brown color with no caramel and is gross. Also one time I tried a seasonal drink, something with cinnamon and I felt sick to my stomach the whole day after it. Service is nice though. read more

Okay we need Dutch Bros Coffee in the Bay Area, please open some. I was shocked how good the iced coffee was. I'd go out of my way when I'm in AZ to go get Dutch Bros. No notes, just a surprisingly great coffee chain. We need some competitors to Starbucks. Arguably as good as Philz. I said what I said. read more

I should've just had coffee but I really wanted to try the rebel and I honestly regret it because it tasted like Red Bull and that's it. All the syrups did nothing... yeah I was disappointed I think I would've liked this better if it were coffee. Next time read more

Dutch Bros Coffee is great. Walked to this location to grab my daughter a quick coffee before her finals. To the employees who took the time to make conversation, and actually engage, I thank you. This is my favorite Dutch Bros to go to for sticker days. It's located right on the ASU campus (basically) and not too far from my wife's workplace. Easy to swing by first thing in the morning and grab our drinks and a pair of stickers. My go-to drink is a large iced peach ring lemonade and my wife usually goes with the large hot cinnamon spice tea. The service is quick here in a Dutch-style of asking you some questions which we never mind. "How are you?" "What do you have planned today?" Nice things like that really get you thinking early in the morning and begin to actually look forward to your day. Love that they'll come out and take your order before you get to the window as that really speeds things along. Our drinks always come out right and are respectively cold and hot and delicious. Definitely stop by when you're in the area. If you've lived here long enough, you'll recognize the spot as the old SNOW location. read more

This was my first time ever having Dutch Bros. I got the Picture Perfect (caramel and chocolate drizzle) double blended. This drink includes coffee and was perhaps one of the most delicious drinks I've ever had. So good. The cashier was very very friendly and tolerated my confusion at the register. There were about 2 tables outside of the location. I wish I had more of these locations near me. So good!! read more

I love the choices of drinks on the menu. I think it is much better tasting than its major competitor. The coffee drinks are not bitter and my stomach doesn't get upset like it does at the other large chain. The creativity of coffee drinks is really cool. They come up with some very good combinations. As far as convenience, the drive through is not well organized. The parking lot is a bit difficult to navigate. The walk up is much more convenient and faster. We had to park on the side at another business but it was still much faster than waiting in the drive through. The service, though I don't frequent this place, has always been very friendly and helpful when explaining the menu options. A bit expensive, but most coffee shops are. I think mine cost nearly $7. Ugh I do recommend this place if you need that coffee fix! Especially over the competition. read more

First off, I love Dutch Brothers coffee but this experience was not the great experience I am accustomed to. I ordered a hot coconut mocha with oat milk and it tasted like bland warm water. Usually this place is awesome. This evening, however, I ordered the Cocomo with oat milk. I'm nearly 100% certain they made it with actual milk. I am severely lactose intolerant. I thought it tasted off, but my sense of smell and taste have been muted ever since I contracted covid. My wife and I had an evening planned, but we ended up having to go back home. For those who are not afflicted with this "intolerance," the symptoms, for me anyway, are intense and painful abdominal cramps, vomiting, and diarrhea. It's exceptionally uncomfortable... Kind of feel like I've been poisoned. Like I said, usually this place is great, but tonight, my evening is ruined. I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. read more

This was my second time visiting a Dutch Bros and it did not disappoint! Customer service was great as expected. I had the Cocomo and it was a yummy chocolaty and coconut cup of goodness. The drink was sweet but you can also taste the espresso which is sometimes hard to pull off. I wish I lived closer to Dutch Bros but until then, I'll patiently wait for my next visit! read more

This was a great place! We are from out of town and have never been to a Dutch bros before - we don't have them on the east coast. I would compare it to a bougie Dunkin Donuts. The drive thru attendees are so polite! And welcoming! Their service is what really made the five stars! The coffee options are mostly big calorie bombs but if that's what you're looking for this is the place! Limited food options, but also fine. Don't expect to find a whole meal here but they do have pastry sweets. The coffee was okay but the vibes were great, take that as you will. There is usually a long drive thru line so if you are looking for a quick stop this is probably not it. They do have an app though which is always a perk. read more

So took a drive out to Dutch across from asu. I ordered a light ice rebel. Annnnd this was it, no I haven't even sipped on it yet, a little heads up that over a third of my 8 dollar beverage would not be included would've been nice. It seems like they purposely tried to rub it in my face for getting "light ice" this is a bit ridiculous, especially for AN 8 DOLLAR RED BULL, with some syrup in it. Even the people behind me in line laughed their butts of when old girl served me up. I've never had an issue with other Dutches across the valley when asking for a hit less ice, will not be returning. read more

Dutch bros is great and the coffee is good. The employees were super nice as well. My only concern are the mother freakin' bees! They were flying around everywhere in this location. I think they're actually coming from INSIDE the store, because the side window has a bunch of bees flying around in it as if they have a hive there. I feel really bad for the employees. Has management even tried to deal with the bee infestation? I tried to take a picture of the window but sadly it doesn't do it Justice. read more

It's 03/01/2025. I have been waiting for 30 mins for a simple drink & muffin. There are 24 people exactly who are still waiting for their order. This is so disappointing. My Partner ordered me a coffee earlier. Went to take a drink and instead of the mocha; it's a caramel mocha. Not what I asked for. If you're using the drive through you'll likely be waiting in line for anywhere between 5-30 minutes. If you're walking up again the same wait. Drinks are amazing. Service is great what's not to love? I used to have a complaint that all locations had a horrendous habit of having employees nearly crawl into your car and have an uncomfortably close rapport building session by brute force. This has luckily calmed down, or the caffeine intake has. Either way, I love the people the process and the product. Enough that I invest. read more

I'm so disappointed with customer service today. As we were in the drive-through, the workers and a car we're having a long discussion probably about 9:53 minutes of just having a conversation while the line continue to back up. One of the workers came out and handed us our drinks while another worker continued to talk to the person in front of us. Unbelievably poor customer service today. read more

The girl with reddish/brown hair and blue eyes, with blemished skin #nohate that was on DW was so rude. She wouldn't tell her name and said she didn't know her lead's name, so we don't have that info to give. She wouldn't even look or talk to us, let alone stay on the window to interact with customers. This is not Dutch culture at all, as DB employees we came to visit another stand and they ruined the experience. When ordering my drink I added modifications, when i got to the window and i tried to clarify that's how it was being made there was attitude given and she was mad even though i had already communicated that with their LB. It also took me 4 times to get her attention because again she had her back turned and was talking inside rather than paying attention to DW. Again, this is not Dutch culture and I hope to see some change. This happened Wednesday, Dec. 18 at about 11:20PM. read more

Small selection, but it's pretty good quality stuff! I got the golden eagle with sub chocolate drizzle instead of caramel and it was surprisingly not overly sweet. I was worried it might be.
