Really happy to have found a shop in AZ that carries the just ingredients products. I travelled all the way from Avondale for what I needed (toothpaste and deodorant.) The reason for the two star review is due to the customer service I received, or lack thereof. As soon as I walked in I saw the just ingredients display and walked over. I knew what I was there for but was also looking at the variety of just ingredients products they had. I didn't get to look at them for longer than a few moments because I felt a glare from the cashier. No greetings, no conversation, no nothing. Just staring me up and down. That made me uncomfortable enough to just grab what I needed and get out of there. I walk over to the register and she scans my items without saying a word. During the awkward silence I saw that it looked like they have a loyalty program which I wanted to ask about but didn't feel comfortable to do so. She bagged my items and handed me my bag. I said thank you, received a dry your welcome, and walked out. I was so excited about going into this store. So excited to have somewhere to pick up the products from this line that I know and love. Now I am questioning if I should just keep ordering the products online because I felt very unwelcome here. read more

Use to love this store and staff but they definitely are having aproblem with customers who decide to wear masks. Very uncomfortable and disappointed on my visit. One of the employees was even consistently coughing all over the place and didn't even bother to cover her mouth let alone wear a mask. Wont be returning until this is over. read more

Even though I live across town and it takes me 30 minutes to drive to this store, I go! (Just call ahead to make sure they have what you want). The products they sale here are of GOOD quality and priced well. I like buying herbs and vitamins that I know if I ingest, they will help my health the way they are supposed to. Over the years, I have bought some fish oil from a different source, only to find out that it was not the best. This occurred when I went online to research good fish oils and was instructed to do this one experiment; which was to break open a fish oil capsule and pour it into a Styrofoam cup or Styrofoam plate. I left it on their over night. It ate my plate away!! scary. So then I bought some fish oil, Nordic Naturals Ultimate Omega, from this store and tried the same experiment. The Styrofoam plate was fine. Yes, this particular fish oil cost more, but then again, at least my stomach is safer. This is just one good experience I have had with this store. Others include the fact that Nature's Finest now will ship their herbs and supplements right to your door; and if you order more than $100 worth of product, shipping is free! Another is that in one of the shipments they sent me, they included a pamphlet about Andrographis, a supplement that helps prevent colds, flus and upper respiratory infections among other things. I thought that the information contained in the pamphlet/small booklet is important, so I have given it to friends. Then every time I go back to the store, I ask if I can have another pamphlet and they give it to me; which is awesome! Even if they did not give me another one, I would buy it because I think the information about Adrographis is pretty important. In conclusion, I have a motto that I frequently share with others: "You either pay now or pay later, and if you pay later, it is usually to a doctor who may need to do surgery - on you." Yes, I understand that not all health issues can be solved using this method and doctors are very important to have around. But, with recommendations for herbs and supplements from those who are knowledgeable in this field of health, we all may just be a little bit healthier as we grow older. read more

Very small but very nice store. They have some pretty great gluten free items and I was extremely impressed with their essential oils selection. Their protein powders are $10 cheaper than most stores- (sprouts especially). Customer service is great and we were asked and greeted by 3 different employees if we needed any help. Very sweet. Also they offered if we didn't see something we wanted to let them know and they would order it for us!! Will definitely be coming back. :) read more
