I use a product called Blackout for sleep that is sold here. I had bought lots of times over the past year or so. I bought 2 the week of 9/29/25. We opened it up the 2nd one on 10/29/25 and it tasted off. We looked at the bottom of the jar for expiration date and found that it had expired in August of 2025. On 10/30/25 I drove the jar down there and asked for a replacement. The employee stated that they don't accept opened product back. (as if they'd put an expired product back on the shelf!) I argued a little with him since this was ridiculous, but he wouldn't budge. I told him I'd be writing bad reviews and he said that he didn't care because he's not the owner. I thought everyone should know that this is a business that doesn't do the right thing. read more

Everytime I buy a shake the tell me I have 6 points. You guys have told me I have 6 points the last 5 times I have come in.. and honestly tipping on top of an overpriced shake shouldn't feel like a requirement. Whoever took over operations of one stop nutrition has done a great job revamping these stores and pushing good customer experiences. The products on the shelf are convenience buying. Not really the best prices. I personally use their smoothie bar to get a high protein shake. $6.25 plus tax for a meal replacement with 50 G protein. It's high prices but for the amount of protein and supplement options, the price is still reasonable. I admittedly pay a $1 more for the cotton candy flavor. It's quite good. I hope this time around these shops are able to continue the good service and prices. We get shakes at least 3X a week. Especially in this hot weather. A cold icy protein smoothie is awesome. read more

This is the second time in a row now that I have come in right before closing, around 7:50pm (after my workout), and the doors are locked and completely shut. The last time before that I walked in and the dude working the counter told me to leave and wouldn't serve me because they close at 8 when it was actually 7:58pm. even though I come in almost every day for a workout shake, I get terrible customer service. Smoothie was ok, staff def have 0 knowledge about nutrition so be careful when you shop here for your nutrition stuff. Over priced on most products, my wife accidentally purchased a glutamine from them on the same day that I got mine. We went and trying to make a return - their staff stat that they can only doing store cred but if come back after dec 1 they will refund full cash to our card since they will have a policy update. We came last weekend, store manager was not there another staff member confirmed that we will able to make our return. We had to fill out the paperwork then their manager will call us on Monday to process the refund. Monday - cricket - no phone call no follow up. We called on Tuesday (today for the refund) and the manager said that policy never exist. Check this out tho, if you have opened the product then you cant make the return, but you will able to if you get sick from it which doesn't make any sense. We didn't open the product at all. Not even the seal from the lid. They said we can come back and pick up the glutamine since they won't do anything about it. Phenomenal customer service would definitely rated 0 from a scale 0 to 0. GNC and Vitaminshoppe would probably treat you better than this store. read more

I am a huge smoothie fan and I kept seeing One Stop Nutrition everywhere. As if it was kismet for me to go there. I saw the signs off the highway, people walking around with smoothies that said One Stop Nutrition so I looked it up online and I decided to head there before getting my nails done so that I had something to sip on while I was waiting at the nail salon, sometimes it can be hours, as you ladies know. Upon arrival, it was kind of difficult to see because it's tucked in the corner behind the taco joint. They still had their Christmas decorations up which I appreciated. There were two young girls working there and they were very quick and efficient. There isn't a menu of smoothies to choose from so you build your own. You choose your base which I chose almond milk, then you choose your flavor which I chose vanilla, then you choose any kind of add-ons that are $.75 each, I chose peanut butter and banana. You can choose to put in protein or not. I went with the plant-based because I can't stand whey protein. They asked me if I wanted to start a rewards membership for no charge and a chance to get a free smoothie after you've purchased 10. I obliged. The smoothie was a little over eight dollars which I found to be pricey, but I guess with my add-ons and the protein it was more expensive than your average smoothie/protein shake. It was delicious and very large in portion, it got me through my entire manicure pedicure which was hours! I like One Stop Nutrition & I will definitely be returning. read more

The young lady at the register was very nice, but unfortunately I won't be going back nonetheless didn't even try it. I live very close to this location and saw an Instagram ad the day before today to apply for a free shake. Did what I was suppose to and when I presented the screen shot I was told they don't accept that coupon from Instagram. Why promote this and not follow through? I love coming to One Stop Nutrition after a good workout! The staff is always very welcoming and helpful and it's always very clean and pristine. I love one stop nutrition. The only problem I have with this one particular location is one or more of the employees. Whether you order a "low carb meal replacement" or "low carb post workout" or what-have-you; you get the exact same thing. No added vitamins, glutamine or supplements as noted in the description. I watch them make it every time. Some employees take the extra step to add the supplicants you pay more for, others give you the base, the flavor and protein and call it a day. I even Gave one of the employees the benefit of the doubt and gave him an opportunity to correct himself by asking him about the additional supplements, at which point he gave me the lame excuse that they pre-mix all of their supplements into the protein. read more
