This is the second time in two weeks I've come here after my morning workout and they're closed. It says they're open at 6:30am on Google and also on their door, yet, it's 6:45am and no one is here?

If you are buying the single items, double check the expiration date on all of them cause this was still left on the shelf. I went on Friday..

    Cheers!

I am a huge smoothie fan and I kept seeing One Stop Nutrition everywhere. As if it was kismet for me to go there. I saw the signs off the highway, people walking around with smoothies that said One Stop Nutrition so I looked it up online and I decided to head there before getting my nails done so that I had something to sip on while I was waiting at the nail salon, sometimes it can be hours, as you ladies know. Upon arrival, it was kind of difficult to see because it's tucked in the corner behind the taco joint. They still had their Christmas decorations up which I appreciated. There were two young girls working there and they were very quick and efficient. There isn't a menu of smoothies to choose from so you build your own. You choose your base which I chose almond milk, then you choose your flavor which I chose vanilla, then you choose any kind of add-ons that are $.75 each, I chose peanut butter and banana. You can choose to put in protein or not. I went with the plant-based because I can't stand whey protein. They asked me if I wanted to start a rewards membership for no charge and a chance to get a free smoothie after you've purchased 10. I obliged. The smoothie was a little over eight dollars which I found to be pricey, but I guess with my add-ons and the protein it was more expensive than your average smoothie/protein shake. It was delicious and very large in portion, it got me through my entire manicure pedicure which was hours! I like One Stop Nutrition & I will definitely be returning.

The coupon I applied for and they didn't take it.

It was my first time here after a nice work out. The service was good and the guy made my drink really good. I'll definitely come back.

This is an amazing little (well not so little little) shop that includes groceries, gifts, an enormous full wall of every kind of drink you can imagine! There is a sushi bar, a poke bar, a coffee shop, a sandwich shop, pizza place and then so much more!!! And they do not sell guitars! The entire shop is clean, extremely well organized, and so packed with goodies that you can spend a few hours just wondering. They do sell groceries, many of the basics you need. I did some checking of prices and truly, you may pay a few more cents then going down to the local grocery store, but overall...it wasn't that out of whack! Everyone working was friendly and pleasant and open to questions, responding with suggestions and ideas as well as information. What a true gem in the middle of a busy mixed-use space including restaurants and apartments and other event venues. They have a huge patio and we were told it was 100% dog friendly and they are even to welcome to come into the store to shop with their owners, as long as they are well-behaved. Great find and I say go visit! Can't imagine not loving this place!

Air Guitar is in the same plaza, and I had been in once before and enjoyed a delicious sandwich. We had also seen on Instagram that Air Guitar sells big chocolate chip cookies from Urban Cookie, which was probably the deciding factor. We both got the breakfast sandwich, mine with the standard croissant waffle, and my friend's with an everything bagel. It was delicious with the egg, bacon, and cheese. The croissant added a sweetness to it, so I think I'll try it with a bagel next time. The cookie was warm and a bit over-baked, so it didn't have a gooey center as expected. Taste was pretty good though. There was a long table inside by the windows, but it was almost full from a large group watching the World Cup match and we didn't want to intrude. We stood off to the side to eat while watching the match too. One of the guys was so nice and offered us a couple of open seats. There were 15 minutes left in the match, so we stayed. It was so fun, especially with everyone dressed in USA gear and cheering. I never would've even thought to watch sports here, and now I might consider it for future games! I mean they've got a lot of food options, coffee, beer, and more.

It was hard to make it here during my trip to Phoenix because of their limited hours, but I am SO…read moreglad I did. As a health food vegan, I am always on the lookout for food like this: whole foods/plant-based, including some oil-free options. Their whole menu reads like a list of my favorite food buzzwords: buckwheat, lentil cauliflower scramble, sunflower seed meat, local fermented sauerkraut, freshly milled Sonoran wheat; tempeh, sourdough, homemade seeded bread, homemade cashew milk, etc. etc. It was legitimately hard to decide what to get. I went with the baked(!) strawberry banana oat buckwheat pancakes. Super tasty, and a generous portion. I also couldn't resist an oil-free sunbutter cookie (with its wacky bluegreen tinge that was apparently from the sunflower seeds) and also loved the cold brew coffee with cashew milk.

It is a little pricey, however, it's worth the cost. As I mentioned, everything is healthy and made fresh. You can't get that without paying a bit extra Their bread is so good, the chutney is awesome, their little side salads are so tasty. I haven't tried anything here that I have not loved. They are a small husband and wife run business, which is always great to see. They are very friendly people who clearly love what they do. There's limited seating indoors, as it's inside Barnone, but you can easily find places to sit outdoors as well.
