The store is very clean, very calming and has great music playing yes, I danced on some of the aisles. The fruit and veggies were very colorful and fresh. The fresh fish and meat looks great as well. Sprouts is my go to market. Looking for a location close to my hotel, this one was right on the way. Walking in, I was in shock of how huge this location was. It's very clean, spacious, and nicely spread out to move through aisles easily. My visit was in the last hour before closing so there were very few shoppers. Mostly cleaning by the employees. I was offered help finding items by several employees. Being from California, I though prices would be a bit lower, but everything appeared to be the same....even the items on sale (that I currently remembered), were exactly the same. Very nice location and it's a pretty big store! Stopped by for some groceries on Monday and it wasn't too busy. There were a few employees on the floor and two out of the four we ran into interacted with us. We were looking for coconut cult and the employee quickly let us know they were all sold out. Then again at the vitamin section another friendly employee directed us to what we were looking for. The bathrooms were clean and they had an assortment of soaps we could try that they also sell. In total we spent about an hour in store. The cashier was also friendly. Will be back! read more

They all go above and beyond for each and every customer. the service you cannot beat I've never shopped at a store that I feel more comfortable in if you're looking for a farmers market store to go to this one is your best bet. This sprouts is definitely my favorite. It seems to have such a better layout and maybe even it's a little bigger than the other few in my five mile radius. The people are always so nice and ready to help. Alsooooo, THEY HAVE A PRESS COFFEE INSIDE. They are so for the customer too in the sense that I order my coffee to have made and then do my quick shopping and pick up my drink on the way out. Love that. The food menu for this Press location is not the same as others, though they do offer some food items. read more

If I could give this place zero stars, I would, because that is what they deserve for price gouging. We were going to the DQ next door and remembered needed some gluten free bread. The Canyon, Schaar's and one other brand of gluten free bread, ALL $9.99 for small loaf. I can get exact same brands of gluten free bread at Albertson's, Wal-Mart, Fry's and Basha's for $6.79 to $6.99. No need ever to go to Sprout's, any Sprout's!! read more

This is a new location for Sprouts, having just moved from down the road on Southern and Higley. I always love the selection of produce here. Such a large selection and great sale prices as well. I also like some of their store brand items - - the Sprouts brand Ginger snaps are so good! They have a great selection of prepped meals, and quality meat in their meat counter. One of the best things about Sprouts is there bulk section. You can find anything from candy to nuts to oats in bulk. Believe it or not, there are actually some pretty good gift items here as well. I don't think that I could do all of my grocery shopping here, but there is certainly some items that are better here than other grocery stores. read more

Today was my first time visiting this Sprouts location. What a nice store! There is plenty of parking and I like the layout. I was especially impressed with the meat department. I had several questions about an upcoming event and the gentleman, I forgot his name beard and glasses, was extremely knowledgeable and helped me get the right quantities for the number of people attending. I love this new Sprouts! I was a big fan of the original location, so when I heard there was going to be a relocation, I was very interested! To say that they upgraded would be an understatement. They made such a beautiful store, with everything organized well. I went to their grand opening and there were multiple employees around the store offering their assistance and samples. They had a great launch! I am very much a regular here, and consistently come for their sandwiches. If you want a good deal for a good meal, come to this Sprouts. I came here a few times. Deli is a nightmare every time. They do not have a lot of basic brands most stores have which forces me to buy their product for twice the cost. The rest of the place seems like it is stuck between a vegan grocery store and a regular one. If I was vegan or vegetarian this place would be my spot. Tons of food options for them. Went to the sandwich bar today and found out they no longer make hot sandwiches. I got a turkey sandwich. The bread was stale and falling apart. They put maybe one slice of turkey, one lettuce leaf and two pieces of tiny tomato. I saw some Mayo but not much and only on one side of the bread. Total waste of money. My first, and probably last, shopping trip at Sprouts didn't go so well. On a positive note the fish market guy with the hoodie was more than helpful, make him the manager. For the most part my impression of their store employees is that they don't like to talk to people. One who said she was the manager was actually quite curt. In any grocery store in America if their price sign is in the wrong place they will cheerfully give you an instant refund. Not at Sprouts. Her solution was to move the sign over right in front of me and say I should know better that a "family" salad is different from another one mixed in with it and is packaged almost identically but only one of the two was on sale. I felt like she was lecturing a child. In an economy racked with spiraling inflation Sprouts prices are stratospheric. But it seems they certainly aren't going to dip into their profits a few cents in the name of good customer service to make good their pricing error. Bad first impression of a company that I doubt will be around long. By the way, at Yelp they show one address and their company's website shows a different address for the same store, come on, they can't even get that right? read more

I would have recommended them, but with them moving I cannot recommended them now. They are to a location that they have to compete with 2 major grocery stores that have more products and cheaper prices. They are leaving a place that was perfect for several neighborhoods and were the only competition. I got hassled at Sprouts the other day b/c I paid in cash. The snowbird in front of me paid $140 in cash ($100 + $10 & several $5s) but her bills were not checked. I paid my $50.39 tab with 5 $10s and each one got checked. The clerk was certain one was fake and tried to call a manager, but they weren't available so I was allowed to move on. I spoke with Ben & Russ (managers) afterwards & they said $20 bills and above are always checked. They asserted my tens must have "felt funny" & that's why I was hassled. But they couldn't explain & tried to move away from why the other customer's $100 wasn't checked. SMH. So a clerk can say your tender is "funny"; which can be a guise for they believe YOU are suspicious or you don't belong. Thanks sprouts. I got your message loud & clear. I won't be returning. I'll buy my items directly from the manufacteror & let them know about the recent treatment by this distributer. read more

I never thought that I would say this, but I actually prefer sprouts to Whole Foods. First of all, I think that their grass fed beef taste, much better, but it's just a more accessible store, and I find the prices to be very competitive with Whole Foods. The inside of the store is very clean and easy to navigate, the organic produce is good quality, and it has never been too busy when we are there. My favorite market. read more

Lol Miss Lady in the deli hates her lifeeeee. Anytime we've come here, there's always an elder woman that wears black glasses in the deli. Have never seen her name tag unfortunately. She helps make the sandwiches made to order. You basically have to paint yourself red and set off fireworks to get her attention or if you don't she's in your face five minutes later once she has finished whatever she's doing asking "do you have a sandwich?!" Rolling her eyes, raising her eyebrows, smh. She's not only got our order wrong multiple times on previous occasions and then blamed it on us but constantly has an attitude to follow. Not saying the customer is always right but if you're the one messing up sandwiches and always have an attitude, there's a problem on your end not mine... If you hate your job, that's fine but don't take it out on me lady Hope she heals! I am writing this review for the sole purpose of complimenting Brandon, who works in the grocery department. I was shopping for an Instacart order and couldn't find a few items. Brandon saw me looking bewildered and immediately offered to help. He quickly found all the products that I was missing, and took the time to ask how my day was going. He was SO KIND and professional, and shared his experience working with Instacart and other delivery services when I asked about them. From what I understand, he works 4 separate jobs to support his little girls in this economy, and I just hope Sprouts gives him a RAISE and the recognition he deserves. It's becoming increasingly rare to find kind and friendly people who are willing to go above and beyond the call of duty to help out a customer. Sprouts, TREAT THIS MAN WELL! I'm here several times a week and they usually have what I need and the customer service is always great. They've done away with a few things recently that always sold out so I'm not sure what the reasoning is behind that but that's OK I can head over to Fry's to grab those items. I am SO disappointed. Spent a lot of money on sandwiches for the whole family PLUS we have a guest visiting from out of state so I figured it would just be nice to not have to cook tonight so I got sandwiches for us all. WHAT A MISTAKE THAT WAS! All 4 sandwiches were tasteless and the bread was stale. Screw that . Waste of money..I bought one sushi roll (crunchy shrimp I think it was called) that was decent for $7.99. This seems to be a common occurance since COVID hit that a business went downhill in what they serve their customers it's such a shame.
