AMAZING! It was exactly what I wanted and more! I don't make it to Tempe very often these days, so when I have an excuse to grab dinner over here I'm always excited to try something new! But there are A LOT of options to choose from and always new places popping up! So after spending a ton of time looking, I picked this place because of the crab. I saw some of their pictures of crab fries and crab nachos, crab on other things...it really didn't matter at that point. Pretty much anything with crab on it is an instant yes for me! The restaurant is simple on the inside with some cool chalk walls. They have so many dishes and drinks to choose from, and their prices are really good! My friend and I both got taro milk teas with boba, you can choose your milk and sweetness level. For food we shared Nacho Crab, Scallion Pancake, Rolling Avocado, and Crunchy Spicy Tuna Roll. It was ALL DELICIOUS! I would order it all again but double the Rolling Avocado! I haven't had anything like this before and it was heaven! I want to go back just for it...and to try so many other things! I'm not sure how popular Fusion Tea Lounge is but it deserves to be famous! In my world it is! I've been meaning to check this out for a bit and finally stopped by. I ordered the "Dancin' Duck" to go. The man who took my order and got everything ready was very nice. Possibly the owner? The Dancin Duck is like a riff on Peking Duck and a sushi roll with some extra fusion -- fitting the restaurant name! Duck, avocado, cucumber and salad greens are rolled in a soft and flaky phyllo-ish wrap, served on hoisin sauce and a little bit of what I think was a spicy mayo. Nice place to stop at for Asian-fusion snacks and tea. The customer service has always been great here. Fusion Tea Lounge is located in an old strip mall in Tempe that I used to hang out at during my college days. I have tried a variety of items here and found the food quality to be great. You can't go wrong with any of the noodle dishes or the sushi. I like personally like the Spring Rolls and the Fried Chicken. The menu has a little bit of everything for everyone. We have been to fusion tea lounge many times and continue to come back for their solid items and great customer service. Their DQ honey wings are our favorite, they have the perfect crunch and tossed in their delicious spicy honey sauce. Their crab flatbread is also our go to. It's a California roll on a scallion pancake, it's amazing and I love the crunch from the pancake underneath. We have had some other items like sushi rolls, Dan xiao mien, and some boba teas. The only lack luster item I have had are their teas, they often use powder and were underwhelming. Definitely a solid 4 for the items we do enjoy and the owner is always super nice when we come in. Saw some good reviews from fellow Yelper's who I trust their judgement and gave this spot a try. Overall it's great. They have large menu so it can be helpful to look at it before going. The people working there are friendly and everything came out freshly prepared as each dish was ready. The price points are awesome. I'd come back just for that alone. The only reason I give 4 stars vs my standard 5 for places that meet or exceed my criteria (meaning everything was just right), is that the music was blasting pretty loud and there was this dude in there talking SO LOUD! It was like he was yelling the entire time. I didn't enjoy that ambiance lol. Also, and this might be on us, I have to stop ordering things with "traditional Sichuan flavors". I would have loved the Dan Xiao Mien if it had a different flavor profile. I thought I liked sichuan spiced items but twice now at 2 different places I hated it. Could be difference in preparations from place to place but it's better if I just avoid it since it's happened twice now. Otherwise food was tasty and price for 2 ppl with 1 cold foam tea & 3 entrees was like $40. That's awesome. I look forward to trying some other items on the menu. There are very few places that can get both good food and good bubble tea right and this is one of your best options in the area for a tasty meal and a delicious drink all in one shop. You can order both at the cashier register or on a large screen off to the side, and I love that they have the option to sub monkfruit in any boba drink for those looking to reduce their sugar intake. The meals I've gotten here have been really good and there's a good mix of different dishes for any appetite. On our latest outing we got a few sides, meals, sushi rolls and bubble tea of course. Everything tasted excellent and the gentleman here who is the chef was really nice and made sure we were all enjoying our food. I've enjoyed the bubble tea as well and I got a winter wonderland at the last visit at 30% sweetness. It's basically a creamy wintermelon tea and was delicious and just the right amount of sweetness at 30%. I'd get it again for sure if I need a non-caffeinated drink. I have been seeing this place pop up on Instagram, so I had to put it on my list to eat. So for my birthday lunch, I told my brother this place is where I want to go. We got the the fries and poutine with gravy, chicken fried rice, and pork stir fried udon. Everything was delicious.  Their customer service was great. You can order at the front or use the kiosk. I was in the neighborhood and suddenly hit with a serious craving for boba tea. This place had good reviews, so I thought--why not check it out? It's a mid-sized tea shop with an open kitchen, and it gave off major family-owned vibes--like a solid 2-3 generation operation. Everyone was super friendly, which made the visit even better. The menu? Massive! I was honestly surprised they could fit that many food and drink options into a place this size. From rolls and tapas to desserts, teas, and milk teas--they've got it all. Props to them for pulling it off without turning it into chaos. I went with the strawberry banana milk tea with boba, and they asked about sweetness level--25%, 50%, or 75%. I picked 50%, and let me tell you... it was chef's kiss perfect. I didn't ask for light ice, but the guy made it that way anyway (bless him), and later I was super grateful for it. I was debating on writing on probably my favorite spot in Arizona. This place is the closest thing I can find to a local restaurant in Hawaii. Their sushi is the best in the valley. I always get their firecracker roll. They don't make their tuna into mush, but actually small cubes which is a major difference texture wise. Their spicy honey bbq chicken wings are the closet to garlic chicken that you find in Hawaii. The wings are super crispy and extra saucy. The duck is also delicious. If you're worried it'll be dry, it's surprisingly not. You'll be fighting over the last bite if you're sharing. We've tried countless other items on the menu and none of them disappoint. The last few visits, I have opted for 50% sweetness and dare I say that it's even better?! Yep, I'd say so! I found this gem while on a layover and chose to bypass the hotel lobby restaurant and take a Lyft to try Fusion instead. Zero regrets! I was pretty hungry when I got here so I immediately ordered based off of some Yelp reviews. I had the scallion pancakes, shrimp tempura roll, and a coconut milk boba tea. Literally everything was fresh and tasted absolutely amazing. The scallion pancakes are 100% worth the hype. The sushi roll was fresh and the shrimp was warm, indicating they make everything to order. Huge plus to me. The service was quick and efficient. My food was hot and fresh. This is a no frills kind of restaurant. Good and quality food without all the extra. It's simply decorated inside (holiday decor on my visit today--so can't speak to its usual state). Arrived for lunch with friendly greetings once you enter the door. Tables were clean and plenty of seating. Staff was friendly and showed us where to order. To the right is a ordering screen. Pretty easy to use. My husband and I shared the chicken udon noodles with chicken and a salmon/avocado sushi roll. Everything was delicious. What don't they don't tell you about the General's Chicken is: Thats its FRESHLY breaded and fried to order! It's crunchy and flavorful and the best I have ever had! We came here wanting to get a drink but realized they had extensive food menu too. Since we weren't hungry, we opted to take home a noodle dish called soba noodle with shrimp. They didn't skimp in the shrimp either. They were large shrimps and there were plenty. The sauce was really yummy without being salty. Perfect meal. We also shared the taro coconut milk tea. Since we weren't in the mood for very sweet drink, he recommended 50% sweetness level and that turned out to be absolutely perfect. We will be in again shorty to try other menu items and more drinks. A boba shop with a nice atmosphere and a pretty sizeable dining area. The customer service was very good and their menu is pretty sizeable. We ordered the Shao kao fries, the fuzz, red milk tea, and the grape pa tea. The Shao kao fries were pretty good. The seasoning tasted really good with a slightly spicy and salty flavor and the dips went well with the fries. Did wish they were heavier on the seasoning but not a big issue. The fuzz is a Earl Grey based tea that I didn't enjoy. It tasted tasted a bit like medicine to me and just wasn't what I was expecting. Red milk tea was also an Earl Grey based tea but was milk tea instead. I enjoyed this a lot more than the fuzz, but it was much too sweet at 70%. The grape pa tea is a pa tea series which is a carbonated drink. I was pretty skeptical and it was pretty much as expected. Not something I would get or recommend. Overall a OK experience with a highlight on the food. I'm not sure if we were unlucky with our drink choices not fitting our taste and will have to revisit to try out some more standard picks next time. read more

All in all I liked this place! It was fun to try. A basic tuna roll, chicken nuggets, fried oysters, and a matcha boba all came out to $29 plus tip. PS A very obnoxious Bible study group took all of the tables and most of the chairs and pushed them into a giant group in the middle of the room, 45 minutes before close on a Friday night.
