Nice place to stop at for Asian-fusion snacks and tea. The customer service has always been great here. Fusion Tea Lounge is located in an old strip mall in Tempe that I used to hang out at during my college days. I have tried a variety of items here and found the food quality to be great. You can't go wrong with any of the noodle dishes or the sushi. I like personally like the Spring Rolls and the Fried Chicken. The menu has a little bit of everything for everyone. The music can be a little loud for my taste. But other than that, this is a solid place to grab a bite at.
AMAZING! It was exactly what I wanted and more! I don't make it to Tempe very often these days, so when I have an excuse to grab dinner over here I'm always excited to try something new! But there are A LOT of options to choose from and always new places popping up! So after spending a ton of time looking, I picked this place because of the crab. I saw some of their pictures of crab fries and crab nachos, crab on other things...it really didn't matter at that point. Pretty much anything with crab on it is an instant yes for me! The restaurant is simple on the inside with some cool chalk walls. They have so many dishes and drinks to choose from, and their prices are really good! My friend and I both got taro milk teas with boba, you can choose your milk and sweetness level. For food we shared Nacho Crab, Scallion Pancake, Rolling Avocado, and Crunchy Spicy Tuna Roll. It was ALL DELICIOUS! I would order it all again but double the Rolling Avocado! I haven't had anything like this before and it was heaven! I want to go back just for it...and to try so many other things! I'm not sure how popular Fusion Tea Lounge is but it deserves to be famous! In my world it is! I'll be back as soon as I can!
We have been to fusion tea lounge many times and continue to come back for their solid items and great customer service. Their DQ honey wings are our favorite, they have the perfect crunch and tossed in their delicious spicy honey sauce. Their crab flatbread is also our go to. It's a California roll on a scallion pancake, it's amazing and I love the crunch from the pancake underneath. We have had some other items like sushi rolls, Dan xiao mien, and some boba teas. The only lack luster item I have had are their teas, they often use powder and were underwhelming. Definitely a solid 4 for the items we do enjoy and the owner is always super nice when we come in. It will continue to be a staple in our house.
Amazing food and fantastic prices. We must continue to frequent this place. The owner came around and chatted with me. So sweet and relatable. I'm from out of town where fish is just as fresh but prices almost twice the price. I will be back when I am in town next time.
Saw some good reviews from fellow Yelper's who I trust their judgement and gave this spot a try. Overall it's great. They have large menu so it can be helpful to look at it before going. The people working there are friendly and everything came out freshly prepared as each dish was ready. The price points are awesome. I'd come back just for that alone. The only reason I give 4 stars vs my standard 5 for places that meet or exceed my criteria (meaning everything was just right), is that the music was blasting pretty loud and there was this dude in there talking SO LOUD! It was like he was yelling the entire time. I didn't enjoy that ambiance lol. Also, and this might be on us, I have to stop ordering things with "traditional Sichuan flavors". I would have loved the Dan Xiao Mien if it had a different flavor profile. I thought I liked sichuan spiced items but twice now at 2 different places I hated it. Could be difference in preparations from place to place but it's better if I just avoid it since it's happened twice now. Otherwise food was tasty and price for 2 ppl with 1 cold foam tea & 3 entrees was like $40. That's awesome. I look forward to trying some other items on the menu. See photos for what we ordered.
There are very few places that can get both good food and good bubble tea right and this is one of your best options in the area for a tasty meal and a delicious drink all in one shop. You can order both at the cashier register or on a large screen off to the side, and I love that they have the option to sub monkfruit in any boba drink for those looking to reduce their sugar intake. The meals I've gotten here have been really good and there's a good mix of different dishes for any appetite. On our latest outing we got a few sides, meals, sushi rolls and bubble tea of course. Everything tasted excellent and the gentleman here who is the chef was really nice and made sure we were all enjoying our food. I've enjoyed the bubble tea as well and I got a winter wonderland at the last visit at 30% sweetness. It's basically a creamy wintermelon tea and was delicious and just the right amount of sweetness at 30%. I'd get it again for sure if I need a non-caffeinated drink. There are plenty of tables for dine in and we had no problem as a larger group getting enough table space for everyone to sit and eat on our last dining adventure.
Love this place!!! One of my go to spots for boba and snacks. The owner is always so gracious and generous as well with the food. I definitely would need to try the other rolls next time
I have been seeing this place pop up on Instagram, so I had to put it on my list to eat. So for my birthday lunch, I told my brother this place is where I want to go. We got the the fries and poutine with gravy, chicken fried rice, and pork stir fried udon. Everything was delicious. Their customer service was great. You can order at the front or use the kiosk. We used the kiosk because I wanted to see everything and you can specialize your team. Their green latte and passion fruit tea was amazing !
This is my favorite Happy place!!! The owner Yao is one of the best human beings I've ever met!! He and his father are true magicians of their craft! Don't let their restaurant name fool u! No doubt these guys make the best milk teas in town, and they're the ONLY place in town that I know of that has ALMOND milk tea, but their FOOD is equally yabba dabba doo delicious!!! Their sushi rolls are made fresh to order, and they cater to gluten free restrictive diets! They've made some amazing gluten free rolls for my husband and me! Their Sailor rolls are spectacular!! Although the Dragon fire roll is not gluten free, if u need it to be gluten free, just ask Yao, and he will make ur wish come true!! They have an easy convenient-kiosk ordering system, and pure good restaurant vibes!! Come in for a taste and u'll be hooked!!

I was in the neighborhood and suddenly hit with a serious craving for boba tea. This place had good reviews, so I thought--why not check it out? It's a mid-sized tea shop with an open kitchen, and it gave off major family-owned vibes--like a solid 2-3 generation operation. Everyone was super friendly, which made the visit even better. The menu? Massive! I was honestly surprised they could fit that many food and drink options into a place this size. From rolls and tapas to desserts, teas, and milk teas--they've got it all. Props to them for pulling it off without turning it into chaos. I went with the strawberry banana milk tea with boba, and they asked about sweetness level--25%, 50%, or 75%. I picked 50%, and let me tell you... it was chef's kiss perfect. I didn't ask for light ice, but the guy made it that way anyway (bless him), and later I was super grateful for it. Who knows, maybe I'll find myself in that neighborhood again. And if I do, I'm definitely stopping by for round two!

I found this gem while on a layover and chose to bypass the hotel lobby restaurant and take a Lyft to try Fusion instead. Zero regrets! I was pretty hungry when I got here so I immediately ordered based off of some Yelp reviews. I had the scallion pancakes, shrimp tempura roll, and a coconut milk boba tea. Literally everything was fresh and tasted absolutely amazing. The scallion pancakes are 100% worth the hype. The sushi roll was fresh and the shrimp was warm, indicating they make everything to order. Huge plus to me. The service was quick and efficient. My food was hot and fresh. This is a no frills kind of restaurant. Good and quality food without all the extra. It's simply decorated inside (holiday decor on my visit today--so can't speak to its usual state). But I'll definitely be back next time I'm in AZ! I also ordered lo mein to go. Will update once h try it!
This is a hidden gem. Delicious sushi and Asian food. Service is fast. I am surprised the restaurant is not packed at all time. Restaurant decoration and seating are set up to be more like grab and go kind of vibe. Not really like sit down and eat vibe. I think if the restaurant has a better atmosphere with more comfy seats, this will be a big hit.

I've been meaning to check this out for a bit and finally stopped by. I ordered the "Dancin' Duck" to go. The man who took my order and got everything ready was very nice. Possibly the owner? The Dancin Duck is like a riff on Peking Duck and a sushi roll with some extra fusion -- fitting the restaurant name! Duck, avocado, cucumber and salad greens are rolled in a soft and flaky phyllo-ish wrap, served on hoisin sauce and a little bit of what I think was a spicy mayo. This was a little messy and a LOT delicious. I hope they have more duck items on the menu. Looking forward to trying more here! read more

Arrived for lunch with friendly greetings once you enter the door. Tables were clean and plenty of seating. Staff was friendly and showed us where to order. To the right is a ordering screen. Pretty easy to use. My husband and I shared the chicken udon noodles with chicken and a salmon/avocado sushi roll. Everything was delicious. Found our tea was made with the powder kind which was a bummer but still was enjoyable. Cute area for a quick bite to eat. read more
Wow!!! This tea shop is an undercover foodie haven! It's tucked away and a bit hard to find but once you get there, the food is absolutely amazing! We ordered: Cauliflower Fried Rice Dan Dan Noodles Popcorn Chicken Ramen Wings Fish Tacos Mexican pizza - a must!! Steak roll - really good! The steak is torched & has gold flakes! Seafood roll - not sure what this roll was called but it was delicious! Custom made no carb roll Lettuce wrapped fish with mango salsa Based on the name, you would never know that they serve the most amazing food!! I was so full that they had to roll me out of there!! Ordered via uber eats. Dan xiao mian was good, it came with some liquid to pour in to make it a little soupy (but not a full soup). Quite flavorful and our favorite dish. The potstickers were average but filled the craving. Popcorn chicken didn't taste authentic but it wasn't bad. Needs some basil in there. read more

Definitely need to come back! Stumbled across this spot after visiting a friend on this side of town. Wow! One of my top 3 sushi spots in the valley now! Honestly you cannot go wrong with any menu choice here! Sushi is affordable for the quality & their milk tea tastes like a mochi ice cream (if you don't know what that is -- look it up. It's delicious!) The staff were very friendly and helpful with deciding options as well. read more
Customer service- insanely good customer service. Food- sushi is surprisingly really really good. The chef and I believe owner work. That means better quality food prepared. Prices- you aren't going to beat these people with their prices. I highly suggest this place. You will be surprised on quality, flavor and price. What don't they don't tell you about the General's Chicken is: Thats its FRESHLY breaded and fried to order! It's crunchy and flavorful and the best I have ever had! Oh and the rice is a Japanese short grain which is moist and tender! This dish is worth coming in for. My wife enjoyed her Lo mein Noodles and our steamed dumplings were terrific! Highly recommend you stop by this shop! Oh and my passion fruit tea was refreshing and delightful! Thank you for a great meal! read more

This review is long overdue, as Fusion Tea Lounge earned their five stars long ago! On a recent visit, I went with the almond milk tea (70% sweetness) - as kids these days MIGHT say, "it's bomb, yo!" The last few visits, I have opted for 50% sweetness and dare I say that it's even better?! Yep, I'd say so! The Sailor Roll is equally "bomb" and is sure to bring light and happiness to your life... and possibly even make you jump for joy! The Spicy Tuna Cucumber Roll is fresh, fun, and best shared with the loved ones in your life! Not sure why I haven't visited more frequently in the past, but in the past two weeks, I have been to Fusion six or seven times! And now, I'm a Fusion Tea Lounge fan (and addict)! I have been to Fusion tea lounge a good fives time. The service is remarkable along with the amazing food. This is hands down my favorite place for wings and sushi. I recommend going in person and getting the full experience. They go out of their way to give water and stay on top of refills without even asking . Quality and love in this place. Amazon ambience. We came here wanting to get a drink but realized they had extensive food menu too. Since we weren't hungry, we opted to take home a noodle dish called soba noodle with shrimp. They didn't skimp in the shrimp either. They were large shrimps and there were plenty. The sauce was really yummy without being salty. Perfect meal. We also shared the taro coconut milk tea. Since we weren't in the mood for very sweet drink, he recommended 50% sweetness level and that turned out to be absolutely perfect. We will be in again shorty to try other menu items and more drinks. a delicious hit every time! food is made fresh and always hot. their Spicy Honey DQ Wings are a must try if you like big juicy flavorful wings. tried their Mexican pizza with shrimp for the first time and it did not disappoint, so tasty! love the mango popping boba on top for a bit of sweetness. the spicy chicken BTS are also a must. the chili oil it comes with has a lot of ginger and pairs well. all their teas and drinks i've had here are delicious as well and i love that they offer lots of non-dairy milk options. very few boba places offer this! overall great service, clean store, & friendly staff! read more

A boba shop with a nice atmosphere and a pretty sizeable dining area. The customer service was very good and their menu is pretty sizeable. We ordered the Shao kao fries, the fuzz, red milk tea, and the grape pa tea. The Shao kao fries were pretty good. The seasoning tasted really good with a slightly spicy and salty flavor and the dips went well with the fries. Did wish they were heavier on the seasoning but not a big issue. The fuzz is a Earl Grey based tea that I didn't enjoy. It tasted tasted a bit like medicine to me and just wasn't what I was expecting. Red milk tea was also an Earl Grey based tea but was milk tea instead. I enjoyed this a lot more than the fuzz, but it was much too sweet at 70%. The grape pa tea is a pa tea series which is a carbonated drink. I was pretty skeptical and it was pretty much as expected. Not something I would get or recommend. Overall a OK experience with a highlight on the food. I'm not sure if we were unlucky with our drink choices not fitting our taste and will have to revisit to try out some more standard picks next time. read more

This place NEVER disappoints. Consistently delicious and good service. Always fast. Always affordable. Always hits the spot. The way the fiery sauce on the cold noodles makes my tongue tingle and the avocado boba compliments the spice is INSANE. Yao is always so nice and knows my order. I never stray from my fiery cold noodles with extra sauce and my avocado milk tea boba 30% sweet. There has never been a single inconsistency in my order. I even got my friend Cesar hooked on this place and we both drive 20-30 minutes to get there. Always worth it. FTL SUPREMACY!!!!!!!!! read more

GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. So this spot does offer a variety of foods too, but I just got a drink. They offer differing levels of sweetness when you order a drink, which I greatly appreciate. Sometimes you don't want a sugar overloaded drink. I don't see many boba spots ask what sweetness level you want, so I was pleasantly surprised. I give a 4 stars because it's not some of the best boba I've ever had, but it was good! The boba texture was not too chewy and not too soft. Not much else to say about it since all I got was a drink. Definitely give this place a shot if you live in the area, it may be your favorite. read more

The service here is great and the store is very clean. Complimentary waters were brought out without requests As well. Ordering boba doesn't work at the kiosk so you have to order at the counter with the full menu. Mom went for the matcha blended milk tea which had the salted cream mixed in. It was really yummy. I was pleasantly surprised with the cute seal they used for the top of the container. It left a smile on my face for a while. read more
