The drinks are pretty good for Boba. The cups are so cute and you get to take them home. I enjoy playing on the arcade machines and they have great prizes! They don't often have more than one person working there so if you are trading in prizes, you have to wait for the person serving and making drinks to trade in your prizes! read more

Everything about this place is adorable! The little pancakes were just as tasty as they looked, we noticed it took the employee about 4 tries until she got it right so the wait was a little long. We waited about 20 minutes for food/drinks but mini game machines inside made it a unique touch that added to the charm of the whole experience. read more

I'm rating this place three starts largely because the atmosphere was wonderful. The service was friendly and fast! It was so cute and fun, the claw machines were adorable. I was very excited to get our drinks! My husband got the Sunset Dream refresher and I got the Thai milk tea. The Thai milk tea had hardly any flavor and a very funky after taste. The brown sugar boba had hard chunks inside, which was very unpleasant. The pearls did not have any flavor. My husband's drink was decent in flavor. The jellies inside of his were very chewy, almost hard. I'd consider returning to try different drinks because the experience was so nice. read more

This is a super cute spot. It gets a little crowded once customers start coming in. The staff could have been a little bit more friendly. The drinks themselves were only instagram worthy. Where they thrive in looking adorable with the cat ear lids, they lack in the flavor. read more

Feeling like an absolute cu-tea today at Boba Cutea! Okay, maybe not, but hey! With all the new boba shops opening up around town, it's hard to find any jokes, puns, or facts for my reviews. While not exactly new to the scene, this Boba Cutea location is new. I ordered the Oolong Flower Tea for $5.49 and it was decent. Described as cold brew oolong tea with osmanthus flowers and brown sugar boba, which I substituted for crystal boba, it was refreshing for the late-summer evening. Boba Cutea is a brightly lit space with plenty of seating for you to hang out with friends. What are you waiting for? Grab a stamp card and start collecting those stamps! read more

I've been wanting to check this place out because I saw a tiktok about it- I ended up going during a BTS cupsleeve event! Normally they would have plenty of games to play while sipping your drink, and they also have a variety of very cute items around the store that you can purchase. During the cupsleeve events, you can find the place filled with business booths and decorations throughout. I ordered the Watermelon Tea Slush, excited to sip on the combination of fresh watermelon and green tea. I was surprised by the taste- to me it tasted more flowery, or how a flowery candle would smell. There was definitely watermelon in it, but I couldn't taste it :( They also have food (fried chicken, takoyaki, gyoza, noodle bowls, rice bowls) and desserts (like ice cream). Maybe I'll try the food next time and find a drink I enjoy! I also appreciated the cute reusable cups. read more

Another bubble tea shop for Arizona! There seems to be a new shop opening every week. While Boba Cutea isn't exactly new, as they already have multiple locations, this one is much closer to home. I ordered an Oolong Flower Tea for $5.49 for my first visit at this location and it was good. Cold brew oolong tea, osmanthus flowers, and brown sugar boba is what this drink consists of and the flavors work well together. I changed my brown sugar boba to the crystal boba. All in all an excellent way to spend the Mid-Autumn Moon Festival. This place is bright and spacious with lots of seating. They even have a couple of Super Mario gaming chairs to swivel around in. Don't forget to start a stamp card. read more

Overall rating: 3/5 Wait: 4/5 Arrival time: Sunday 12:15pm Food: 3/5 Order: fresh taro milk tea Service: n/a Price: 4/5 Worth a try but probably won't be back Boba Cutea's fresh taro milk tea proved a disappointing venture into the realm of bubble tea, a beverage that should offer a symphony of sweet tea and chewy tapioca pearls. Instead, this rendition fell flat, the boba themselves possessing an unpleasant texture, lacking the satisfying chew one expects. The tea base, a crucial element in any milk tea, was conspicuously absent of any discernible flavor, leaving a watery, diluted impression. The only saving grace of this particular location was the presence of claw machines, offering a brief distraction from the subpar drink. Perhaps other concoctions on their menu fare better, but this taro milk tea was a far cry from the delightful experience I've had at their Roosevelt location (assuming it's the same chain), which offered a much more balanced and flavorful beverage. It seems quality control varies drastically between locations. read more

I was excited for a new boba shop to open near my work and honestly boba cutea had decent drinks, but they are very inconsistent. I've gotten drinks there where they gave me maybe 10 boba.... It was a little ridiculous. The service is a little hit and miss too. Despite that, it's a cute shop and it's convenient so I've been several times and will likely return. If you're nearby, it's worth a try! read more

We waited in line for a good 10 minutes before we felt too awkward and just went to figure out the machines ourselves. The employee was present just not really acknowledging anyone. Boba is good. Prizes are not good. That's including the trade up system. Selection is VERY limited. read more

First of all, boba cutea is such a cute boba spot. It was clean, the music matched the vibes, and all around pretty. On the other hand, my taro milk tea wasn't a hit. It tasted like watered-down black tea. I know there is black tea in the drink, I couldn't even taste a hint of milk or taro. It was such a letdown. The waffle pop was good, really sweet. It does take a while for the waffle pop to be made fresh. The staff were really friendly. read more

I really wanted soft serve ube ice cream so we ended up here. I ordered the double ube soft serve ice cream & my son ordered a Thai tea with boba. There was barely any boba in the tea and the ice cream had that powder ice cream taste. Not really what I was hoping for but it satisfied the ube soft serve ice cream craving. My niece said that fruit tea bucket is excellent! read more

First Time in AZ and first time to Boba Cutea! A cute little boba place that has a lot of cute little claw machine. I got the jasmine green tea with light ice and boba. Thank you for the yummy drinks and boba read more

I had a craving for boba tea and had passed by this place several times, so I decided to give it a try. It's a cute little shop with a variety of drink options, a few food options and dessert. There is a gaming area and little souvenirs section. I appreciate the fact that you can make the drink less sweet, which was perfect for me. Friendly staff as well, I'll be back. read more

Fun atmosphere and great food and drinks! Taro bao buns are a must try. The claw games are fun and we w

So sad and disappointed about their food. Their teas are good, but food was Soo bad. The tempura combo looked like it had good amount of fries, but I got cocktail shrimp size of 3 tempuras. Also the rice was so MUSHY it can become a porridge. Maybe because it was a delivery order? Idk but the gyudon also had barely any meat but filled with steamed broccoli and carrots instead which are not shown on the menu. read more

After going to the Chandler Boba Cutea, I made it my mission to visit the other locations and try out a new tea and some of the food options. This location is adorable! The ambiance was so creative! I felt like a child in a candy shop, I had to look at everything and tired really hard not to touch. The service was great but it did take a long time to get your drinks. I only saw two people working and they had a line for awhile plus online orders. The ladies did their best to get the orders out in a timely manner. The drinks were great and the boba was fresh. It was a great place to try and I would come again. read more

One of my favorite boba tea shops in the valley. My only regret is not finding this place sooner before I left AZ. They have two locations that I'm aware of and both are super cute and have adorable photo areas. Customer service is stellar and just as good as their drinks! I'm a fan of the strawberry crema with crystal boba. Definitely my go to for this business. Definitely will stop back in if I pass through the Phoenix area again. read more

this review is only for their royal house milk tea this place is super cute!!!!!! i love the mascots they are cute omg 1.5/5 milk tea but sadly the milk tea cant love up to how cute the decor and cups are. the milk tea taste really watery with the tea practically dominating the drink (it basically tastes bitter???), honestly i thought the drink was powdered with how generically bland it was, almost zero milky taste at all. 1/5 boba the boba had enough structure for one bite before falling apart, it feel like a store brought boba that was left out to sit for awhile. with all the boba places we have now in Arizona, there's no reason to come here at all if you want boba milk tea. read more

Tried boba cutea a few times and it's okay. If you order a drink make sure to have the sweetness stay original or extra. Do not do less sweet- you can barely taste any flavor in the drink, especially for their milk tea. Their Taro Tornado less sweet, barely tasted like taro. When we went the table was fairly dirty with food stains. Maybe clean some of the tables when customers leave. I like Ni Hao or Tea Fresho since you can taste the tea more in their drinks. read more

Omgomg. Boba Cutea is so stinking adorable!! I really like the concept behind this boba shop as they have super cute decor & small items for purchase. They even have a little gaming area and tons of seating options that can truly bring on the cozy & kawaii vibes. Unfortunately, it was so dirty and unkept at the time that I visited that I did not want to stay after getting my drink. The tables were unwiped and filthy, trash was apparent, and the customer service was lacking. I ordered the Thai Milk tea which was really good with the brown sugar boba. The packaging was so cute, it made me feel happy. I can definitely see myself visiting again but I just hope it will be clean and managed better so that I can stay and get the full experience. read more

We're visiting from out of town and decided to check this place out. It's such a cute spot! Half of the store is filled with claw machines, and the other half is all about the drinks. The best part?
