For someone who doesn't smoke, I feel comfortable hanging out here for a while. I frequent many establishments in the greater Phoenix area to read and socialize but this café has an exceptionally warm yet lively atmosphere. There's a particular sublime effect upon entering because you wouldn't guess from the plaza outside the ambience within. I think what adds to this too is that the half dozen staff I've met within the last couple months have very inviting but not intrusive personalities. My boyfriend and I were looking for somewhere that wasn't overcrowded or overstimulating to relax and do homework. We came across this establishment and loved the atmosphere! Ahmed A. Was very kind and helpful! I brought in an energy drink and he was very respectful when I asked if I could drink it, they don't allow outside food or drinks due to licensing which is understandable. Awful experience. Didn't even bother to stay for the hookah. First, the staff had no idea what they were talking about regarding their food menu. Second, we were waiting for our hookah for approximately ten minutes or so, but other people that arrived AFTER we were seated received their hookah before us. Then the icing on the cake was when the worker was speed walking past us with the burning hookah in her hand, the coals that were on fire fell in our direction. We could have been caught on fire, very unsafe, as my partner and I had a little bit of fragrance on. I've been to a lot of hookah lounges and this has never happened. Staff was not apologetic about having lit coal thrown in our direction, so at that point I did not feel comfortable staying in a careless establishment. What annoyed me was the staff seem annoyed like we were an inconvenience to them. Also, my partner was trying to figure out what food they have since a food menu was not provided in the establishment. We were asking the worker about what food was provided like the names of the food etc. She told us that we could go look at the food options that they have in the window, but how does that help if we don't know what it was. They were very pushy for us to buy extra things that we did not want. We stated loud and clear what we wanted. 0/10, I've been to this hookah lounge in Virginia and it was 10/10. I was very disappointed. The staff got annoyed because we decided we did not want the hookah anymore, and tried to rush us out the establishment and make my partner take her food to go, but we weren't provided with to go boxes. read more

I travel a lot because of work, so I have been to many hookah lounges across the United States. I usually try out different hookah lounges in every city I go to. I must say, this is one of the best hookah lounges I have been to anywhere in the US. I did try another place around here, I was very disappointed and left the place. The customer service is by far the best I have been to. They make you feel like your family and I never have had to wait for coals. The place is extremely clean, and it has an extremely comfortable setting. The minute I walked in, they welcome you. I have not had to wait for my shisha at all. If you are looking for a place to feel comfortable, get a quality hookah, this is seriously the best I have tried in this area. I would highly recommend their house mix along with their mint tea. The artwork and the waterfall, makes it a ! I can't thank these guys enough for making me feel like I'm at home. read more

The prices are good for hookah, and i have not tried the drinks yet. I would suggest for them to turn off the music or they lower it down because sometimes it's disturbing and distracting. Well, nothing has been done new here it used to be an older lounge and opened under new owner it seems, the hookah takes a while to get out and it's bad burns right away...place is dark and ventilation is bad.....I couldn't really taste my flavor after 15 minutes, the selection isnt all that but the person working was nice...If i am going to smoke hookah at a lounge I expect the hookah to be good but it wasnt the case! I'd go back if hookah was better but they didnt work on it for me and it was slow! If they were busy I would understand but they werent! I recommend they get some help and they pack better shisha! read more

Came in on grand opening with a group of friends to check this place out the set up was SICK every group gets to have their own space as well as having so much room to get up and dance all around the lounge never seen a fish tank in a lounge but it was like kick to the place service was faster than most places I been and the hookah was nice smooth and tasted fresh I think this places is going to be the new takeover in the area read more
