I checked the spot out on a Tuesday night after hanging out in culinary Dropout with a friend of mine in town visiting. He doesn't drink anymore, so hookah is his thing. And because I had not tried any spots out since my return to Phoenix, we decided to use Yelp to find this place. As hookah lounges go, I found this one to be super chill, but pretty spacious and accommodating. Service was on point, as we got to the location after 10 P.M. and were still properly greeted and served as soon as we walked in. It is a self seat environment with multiple lounges and TVs. Some of the TVs even have PlayStation and Xbox set up on it if that's your thing. My homeboy actually played a little bit of FIFA with somebody that was already hanging out while we sat there and talked for a while. They have a wide selection of drinks, juices and sodas, but I didn't see any food selection, so I would definitely prepare accordingly. Had to create an account just to leave this review. For a place that operates 24/7, you'd think they'd make enough money to cover the basics, but apparently not. I used to come here after the pandemic, and somewhere along the way they decided to nickel-and-dime their customers. Everything costs extra. At this point, I'm surprised they haven't started charging a breathing fee. You used to be able to share a hookah with your group. Now it's one hookah for every two people, regardless of whether everyone is even smoking. If your group has more than two people, you're required to order additional hookahs. Additional options are available--for a price, of course. The whole experience feels less about creating a place people want to come back to and more about finding new ways to charge customers. I'd recommend saving yourself the frustration and going somewhere else. Honestly, hanging out in the parking lot would've been a better experience than spending time here. read more

The server insisted their policy is one hookah per two people, so because we were three, we "had to" order two hookahs. I explained--twice--that I was the only one smoking. He didn't care and kept pushing the second hookah. When I asked who was supposed to smoke it, he stared at me and said, "I'm going to leave for a minute so you can decide what you want to do." It's very open, it has a lot of TV's and I love the lighting. Colors are very inviting and the service is decent. We had to wait a little while for our hookah to come, and they didn't change the coals very often but overall it was really good service and the hookah was fresh.
