Full bar service, friendly servers, have alwas seen a diverse and interesting crowd there with many folks coming over to talk about pipes. Puro just opened their Aero rooftop lounge on the 3rd floor. It has great views especially at sunset. Besides bar stools and high top tables, they have booths that can seat 10 people. This open air cigar lounge helps dissipate most of the cigar smoke; however, you can still smell some of it. This is now my favorite cigar lounge. read more

Hello, well after lunch Jen & I did a little walking around in Downtown Chandler Az. I and my son have been here before so decided to stop by and have a cigar and relax a bit. This is a nice place to stop by and have a cold drink & something to eat, I haven't yet had and meals here so can't help you with that today the employees were very nice and friendly and did ask if we needed anything, I proceeded to the cigar room were a gentleman helped me out with a few choices on what I was looking for and then enjoyed it out on the balcony with Jen. Oh, they also have a separate liquor room which is very nice for additional seating & visiting. Will be back to enjoy another cigar and hope you stop by and see what you think. read more

This cigar bar/lounge has a very comfortable members area. The staff at Puro is fantastic. The weight staff are incredibly friendly, the bartenders are on point, even the bouncers are friendly. The humidor is small but it is a well curated selection. They are now expanding their accessories that are for sale. Despite being a bar lounge their prices are on par with all of the cigar retailers in the area. If you get a membership you get additional discounts. read more

Being a bit of an introvert, I tend to enjoy quieter moments and often find myself frequenting places on my own. Puro is just down the road from me, so it's an easy spot to get to when I'm looking for that personal time to unwind. However, parking can be a bit of a hassle, especially during busier times. Luckily, there's a parking garage around the block that might save you some time and frustration. Puro sits on the second floor, giving it a great vantage point over Boston Street. Below, you'll find West Alley BBQ, where you can grab food and bring it upstairs. On occasion, Ghett 'Yo Taco & Wings has someone roaming the area, taking delivery orders, which is a nice touch if you're in the mood for something different while enjoying your cigar. The humidor is a solid selection - not the largest, but they stock the big names most cigar enthusiasts will recognize. What truly stands out here, though, is the service. It's always top-notch without feeling overbearing. Shanice, in particular, was fantastic during my last visit. Honestly, Fox Cigar in Gilbert could take some notes here. (No offense, Fox, but seriously, step it up!) The atmosphere at Puro is versatile. Depending on the day and time, it can be lively or more laid-back. They offer live music, DJs, and plenty of big screens for sports fans. Personally, I love when the weather cools down enough for them to open the large patio doors. It transforms the place into an open, breezy space, perfect for enjoying a cigar on the balcony overlooking the street. Sitting outside with a cigar, watching the world go by, is peak relaxation... until you realize you've been sitting there for several hours and should probably go home. The hours are pretty generous too. They're open until midnight during the first half of the week and extend to 2 a.m. later in the week. They also have a VIP lounge, but I'm not a fan - feels like it takes up more room than it should. Still, I understand the appeal for others. Puro draws a diverse crowd, so there's always a mix of people to enjoy, whether you're in a group or flying solo like I tend to do. The lounge is well appointed. The humidor is stocked with good cigars brands and a good selection at good price points. Well, friends of mine wanted to go to this place because it was close to their house. They recently moved into the nearby neighborhood and saw this place online. I'm in town for the weekend so we met up their. The place is nice and pretty big with outside seating which in the summer is not a place to sit. It was pretty busy and then they had music bingo which was annoying because it would be nice to just listen to music as you lounge around with a drink and a smoke. Although, the music videos brought back memories. It took way to long to get our order in and receive our drinks. The ventilation is not that good, I felt like I was in a smoke house, my eyes were getting blurry and watery, good thing I had visine to put in my eyes. They need better ventilation in that place. Wonderful Cigar Bar. Low key, good selection of cigars, nicely stocked bar and great service! Ambience is that of a typical speak easy or a cigar lounge. Seats are on the cheaper side, but there is a private club section with leather seats and cozier atmosphere as well. We have enjoyed Puro in the past but the last few times we've gone in to purchase cigars, the employee in the cigar lounge has been not at all helpful. Yesterday, we once again were in, looking at cigars, looking to explore and experience some new ones. When asking the employee if there were certain types, he would say "yeah they're over there" and point, never leaving his spot to actually come show us anything. He didn't even ask if he could help us out with anything when we walked in. And unfortunately this has not been our first experience like this. It's unfortunate but, with other cigar lounges in the valley and city that have employees willing to actually educate and discuss cigars with customers, Puri won't be our first choice. read more

Not for African Americans, visited a few times never received great customer service. The drinks have always been difficult to order and not good. Tryed to kick us out and call police because we were attempting to help a young lady get to her uber and safe, unfortunately she was in their vip and they wanted her and us out which was not ok. They have a guy inside the humidified controlled room for cigars, to help you pick a good cigar if you are like me with little clue what I am doing. lol. I personally do not smoke cigars, however I do not mind the atmosphere. We were here today for family so I was getting drinks instead! The bartenders were very sweet and recommended drinks that we really liked - I prefer sweeter. The atmosphere itself is very chill, there was live music going and dim lights.
