we stopped in and I immediately loved the whole vibe! the musician mug shots are so fun. we tried the buffalo chicken tots and they were AMAZING! the sauce was on point, it was what I expect a buffalo sauce is supposed to be and not too spicy. the tots themselves were so crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. we also had a meat pizza which I really enjoyed! plenty of toppings! not cheap on cheese and the crust was soooo good! I had a frosted cookie dough shot and it was so delicious (like dessert) I ordered a second one! i.also tried fly me to the booze which for me was just okay. a bit too sweet, and not enough complexity. the bar tender was so helpful and attentive. read more

Recently stopped here on a Friday night around 9:30pm the crowd wasn't bad at all, everyone still had a place to sit. I enjoyed the music, the drink prices weren't bad at all, we got two wells drinks with tip was less than $20! Not bad. I would like to visit here at a later date during the weekday. Very noisy and expensive, you couldn't order anything small to eat. It had to be a big burger with fries and salad too much.

Five stars for the cookie dough whisky frosty shot alone. Otherwise, place is really clean and on the more energetic side of the bars in the area. We were served pretty quickly at the bar. read more

The soda water was surprisingly refreshing (yes, even that stood out!), and the cookie dough shot was amazing, sweet, smooth, and definitely a highlight. We ordered the nachos, which came in a generous portion: perfect for sharing. Flavor-wise, they were solid, but the temperature was off. Been wanting to try this place for a while, and we finally got the chance when we happened to be nearby on a Tuesday! and wow, we were glad we stopped in! They had $5 bottomless wings and $5 domestic pints during happy hour, so we really hit the jackpot. We sat at the bar, and the young guys working behind it were super attentive and friendly. We tried four different wing sauces, each order comes with 10 wings, and you can do two flavors per order so we got to sample quite a bit. The wings came out fast, hot, and exactly how I like them: drenched in sauce and cooked to perfection. We tried Gunslinger, cilantro garlic, honey hot and buffalo. This place has specials every day and they are great! Nice open air laid back vibe great music. They have outside patio. A couple low tables as you walk in the door otherwise all high top. We got Tuesday wing special $6 plus you have to order a drink of any kind. 1 order is 10 wings 2 sauces. All you can eat no to go orders. My husband's favorite was garlic cilantro . My favorite was bbq bourbon. These are some good wings big thick juicy! We also tried ranch bbq , gunslinger. They were all very tasty. This is our 2nd visit. Worth the drive 45 minutes. The nachos are the bomb! Had those last time. Everything is done to perfection! Good was 5/5 service was 2/5 only one person working tables and she forgot our 2nd round of drinks. She forgot our add ons. Probably short staffed. She would remember when she would check on us and say ohhh and roll her eyes sorry I'll be right back. Went here with my two friends on a Monday night and asked for 3 espresso martinis. Saw the bartender use kahlua and whipped cream in our drinks. What a great and open location, walking distance to many other bars, restaurants, and shopping spots. Easy parking. This place stayed open late for a quick catching up with friends and getting drinks/apps. Music playing was a great mix of everything from country-rock-90s/2000s. I decided I wanted to try Rebel and Rogue which used to be Bourbon Jacks. So I met up with my friend so we can try the bottomless wings special. Our waitress was really nice. I was worried about the changes because Bourbon Jacks was one of my favorite sit down bar. I was very much impressed with ambiance and atmosphere. It was really pretty much the same. The wings were cooked perfectly. All the different sauces kept me wanting more. I also ordered a side of crinkle fries with a Dr. Pepper. I told my group of friends about my experience and they want to join me next Tuesday for wing night. I think they're having a wing eating contest! read more

I bought a $100 gift card and got an additional $25 card during the Holidays when it was Bourbon Jacks, then they changed to Bourbon Jack's American Tavern. They then would not honor the gift cards because they changed their POS system. I had asked several times and had been in contact with managers twice who were going to look into it, but then they never followed through. I'm out $100 that I paid. Not good business practice seeing that even if the business sold, they should honor the cards and keep their (onetime) loyal customers. read more

Came here for the $5 all-you-can-eat wings deal that Rogue & Rebel was advertising -- and honestly, it was a mess. First, we waited 45 minutes just to be seated. Once we got a table, it took another 50 minutes to get our *first* round of wings (just 10 wings total). Nowhere on the signage did it say you had to buy a drink to get the deal, but we were already there and hungry, so we rolled with it. Still seemed like a decent value -- in theory. Problem was, by the time the food came out, we'd already been there nearly two hours, and the idea of waiting another 50 minutes for the next round of wings just wasn't worth it. So we left after one round, still hungry. To make matters worse, our group split up when we were ready to go -- some paid and left, others stayed for a bit longer. But when the second half of the group tried to leave, the restaurant claimed the first group hadn't paid their tab (same server, by the way), *even after* being shown bank statement proof. Still, they insisted on charging us again -- so we basically paid double for one round of wings. Total BS. Wings were actually good, and the vibe of the place was solid -- but the wait times, hidden requirements, and payment confusion just made the whole thing a headache. First time here. We sat at the bar and were immediately greeted by Morgan our soon to be bartender. She was amazing. Excellent service she didn't miss a beat. Our drinks were great and she even made me a custom mango watermelon candy drink that was delicious. We will definitely be coming back. You have to check this place out and if Morgan is bartending sit where she is you won't be disappointed in the service or drinks. We came back for the first time since they've remodeled and unknowingly walked right into AYCE wing day which was the best surprise ever. They added some new pictures and lights that look great, but it is a little disappointing that there's no more live music. The wings were hot, delicious, and only 5 dollars! Service was great as always, we had Maddie again and she was so sweet and took great care of us. They were out of Ultra, but she recommended some other options and we landed on some of their new cocktails, and they were actually really good. It was pretty busy and took a bit to find a seat, but the waitresses do their best to help fit you in somewhere, I would recommend to get there early! Great experience overall!! read more

This place was really fun and the live band was amazing! Also, when the lights go down the music goes up, the alcohol flows and the the beautiful wait staff put on there comfy clothes. I loved the Bourbon BBQ wings so much that I forgot to take a pic of them. The waitress we had was so nice and really looked after me and my wife. Most of the staff were nice. However, please take a note- their mix drinks like grey goose vodka cranberry or grey goose screwdriver drinks are $17 each. They come in very small glasses with a lot of ice. See picture of the empty glass. Stopped by nicer places the same night, and none of the restaurants charge what bourbon jack charges for their tinny glasses. We normally come here late at night but tonight we came early to have dinner. The band had just started and they were REALLY talented! The vibe was perfect. I ordered the bbq chicken salad and I was a little disappointed that it wasn't what I was expecting. The menu showed bacon and crunchy onions but all it was-was lettuce, some carrot shreds and chicken. HOWEVER-it really was delicious. Just not what I was hoping for.
