The quality of this in n out has gone down drastically over the years. The employees still are nice and good a good job but this place is dirty and it's filled with high schoolers. Last time I was here, it was genuinely gross inside, all the tables were dirty and it wasn't even that just so it was weird the staff wasn't cleaning anything. There was a giant soda spill on the floor (from some highschoolers) that we informed the staff about and it took them 10 minutes to clean it.... Someone very easily could've slipped on it and got a million dollar settlement. But the fact the staff was informed and it took 10 minutes to clean it was crazy. Hands down one of the best In-N-Out experiences I've ever had. For the first time of many visits, my order was made exactly right and that's saying something because my order is a little complex. I get a Flying Dutchman with grilled onion buns, plus lettuce and tomato on top. During peak lunch rush they absolutely nailed it. What really made this experience stand out was an employee named Julius. I normally never eat inside. I always use the drive-thru. The only reason I was inside this time was because I was waiting for my tires to be fixed a few doors down. As soon as I sat down, Julius came over to clean the table. About ten minutes later, he brought my food directly to me. I realized he must have noticed my order number and brought it over the moment it was ready. When I stood up to grab sauces and a fork and knife, he immediately offered to get everything for me. I was honestly blown away by the level of service. On Thursday October 22rd around 5:30pm. Food was great, had very little wait time but I'm giving the location at 2449 S Market St, Gilbert, AZ 85296. (Williamsfield/Market St.) 2 's because the managers Bobby and Randy, failed to manager their restaurant. There was an obnoxious family that came in with about 5 kids screaming their heads off. War piercing screams that went on for 10 mins +. The managers failed to control the environment. I understand it's a busy restaurant, but that is your responsibility. The other customers next to the screaming kids decided to leave and others played music tables to get as far away as possible. How is it that it's ok to put everyone at an inconvenience because they didn't want to address the problem. We will be going to a different location for a while because of this. Really disappointing experience in the drive thru. I paid in cash using tips I had on me (mostly $1s and a few $5s). The employee taking my payment started counting it and showed it to a coworker while laughing about the fact that it was ones. Like trust me I get it I work in the service industry so I know it can be annoying when someone pays with a lot of ones but don't laugh about it while I'm literally right there. Anyways it doesn't stop there, when I pulled up to the next window I could hear the employee at the window on the headset saying "Bro she paid with all ones." Like god get over it. I asked for 2 regular cheese burger meals. our cheese burgers had beef patties about 1/2 cm thick. 2 slices of tomato thicker than the beef patties and wads of lettuce thicker than the tomatoes. I always get the combo with the cheeseburger but I get it protein style which comes with lettuce wrapped around the burger instead of the buns. I also get the grilled onions for a kick of flavor! I also get the fries animal style which comes with their special sauce and cheese. This time for the drink I got the chocolate milkshake!
