Last time I was here, it was genuinely gross inside, all the tables were dirty and it wasn't even that just so it was weird the staff wasn't cleaning anything. There was a giant soda spill on the floor (from some highschoolers) that we informed the staff about and it took them 10 minutes to clean it.... Someone very easily could've slipped on it and got a million dollar settlement. But the fact the staff was informed and it took 10 minutes to clean it was crazy. Hands down one of the best In-N-Out experiences I've ever had. For the first time of many visits, my order was made exactly right and that's saying something because my order is a little complex. I get a Flying Dutchman with grilled onion buns, plus lettuce and tomato on top. During peak lunch rush they absolutely nailed it. What really made this experience stand out was an employee named Julius. I normally never eat inside. I always use the drive-thru. The only reason I was inside this time was because I was waiting for my tires to be fixed a few doors down. As soon as I sat down, Julius came over to clean the table. About ten minutes later, he brought my food directly to me. I realized he must have noticed my order number and brought it over the moment it was ready. When I stood up to grab sauces and a fork and knife, he immediately offered to get everything for me. I was honestly blown away by the level of service. On Thursday October 22rd around 5:30pm. Food was great, had very little wait time but I'm giving the location at 2449 S Market St, Gilbert, AZ 85296. (Williamsfield/Market St.) 2 's because the managers Bobby and Randy, failed to manager their restaurant. There was an obnoxious family that came in with about 5 kids screaming their heads off. War piercing screams that went on for 10 mins +. The managers failed to control the environment. I understand it's a busy restaurant, but that is your responsibility. The other customers next to the screaming kids decided to leave and others played music tables to get as far away as possible. How is it that it's ok to put everyone at an inconvenience because they didn't want to address the problem. We will be going to a different location for a while because of this. Super bummed to have to do this as I hate leaving bad reviews but this is time after time, so it must be done. We visited 8/26/24 and waited roughly 20 minutes, multiple numbers after ours had been called so finally we go up to ask what the wait/hold up was for and they looked around and were like ohhh and grabbed the bag that had been sitting on the counter just starring back at us as everyone else got their food before us :( the fries were already cold so I did request to have the food remade to which they obliged, however it's time after time of our food sitting around because someone isn't paying attention; or our order is wrong; or I've found hair in the food. I asked for 2 regular cheese burger meals. our cheese burgers had beef patties about 1/2 cm thick. 2 slices of tomato thicker than the beef patties and wads of lettuce thicker than the tomatoes. Really disappointing experience in the drive thru. I paid in cash using tips I had on me (mostly $1s and a few $5s). This " grilled cheese " is NOT safe for lactose intolerant people and does not fit any satisfactory points. Bread is seared on the inside, cheese half-melted or over-melted, yet there is only two slices of presumably Kraft Singles cheese in otherwise always cold, small, beaten down hamburger buns. Your grilled cheese has traumatized generations. It's nothing short of horrifically pathetic and by far the worst grilled cheese to date. read more

As our burgers were filled thick with lettuce folded over a few times. I'm starting to get concerned. In addition, the fries seemed to be undercooked... Next time I will make sure to ask for them to be crispy and I may have to shoot for a 3x3 burger. The measures inside they took to comply with the pandemic were good. I always get the combo with the cheeseburger but I get it protein style which comes with lettuce wrapped around the burger instead of the buns. I also get the grilled onions for a kick of flavor! I also get the fries animal style which comes with their special sauce and cheese. This time for the drink I got the chocolate milkshake! Super good but it's very thick and rich so you have to wait a bit because it'll be hard to drink in the beginning haha.
