Five guys is a good chain. These guys look clean, but what is with the floors? Why does this location always have sticky floors? My order was 100% correct but the bun was dry and hard all around the edge. Don't know if it's old or just stored incorrectly but it kind of ruined the $20 burger experience. read more

Best Five Guys I've had! It's no secret, Five Guys is expensive, and when you pay that price, you expect a good meal. I can describe this location in 2 words...Delicious and CONSISTENT! Every time I go here, the fries are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The burgers are delicious as well! My first visit to Five Guys! I'm a big fan of that "other" burger place but my better half is a Five Guys fan so we stopped here today. This particular location is directly across from a high school so if you go at the wrong time, the area is going to be mobbed by high school students. We went at lunch time on a Wednesday and got there just before the rush. We each ordered a cheeseburger and to my amazement it came with two patties! It was a lot of burger for sure. Burger was cooked perfectly and it was super tasty and all the condiments were great. We ordered a strawberry shake and it was a little watery but still good. Fries and free peanuts were great! The facility was nice and clean and there was a worker actively cleaning the entire time we were there. However - and maybe the veteran Five Guys clients already know this - it was SO EXPENSIVE! We had two cheeseburgers, and order of fries, one drink and a shake and it was $40.00! Was it good? Absolutely! Was it worth it? Probably not. read more

I've made many stops at this Five Guys when l lived in Chandler. Mostly because I have had family members work here in the past. It is also across the street from Hamilton High School and I have attended many Friday night football games there. It can be packed with students from time to time. But I love loading my burger up with lots of toppings and getting my bag full off fries. Scooping up some peanuts always makes for a nice snack while I wait for my food. Service has been pretty good for me at this location. Even though they make a good burger, Five Guys can be a little pricey for fast casual food. read more

Been wrestling with the idea of this place charging what they do which kept me away for a long time. Normally a huge fan years ago before the price hikes. Went back today after a long couple years of a break. For $20 I got a little cheeseburger and large fries. The burger, at best, was ok. I can go to Flemings, Charleston's, The Keg, Rehab Burger and several other real, non fast food, restaurants in the valley and pay the same price for a much much much better burger and fries in the same price range. Unfortunately, I feel five guys is going to join the list of chains that go out of business. They seem out of touch. Their prices are no longer competitive and the food is easily bested by chains like In & Out and Culvers if you want fast food. If you are going to spend $20+ on a burger and fries, this isn't the place if you want your monies worth. Money is tight in today's economy. I eat ALOT of five guys and this location is one of the best. If I was the owner of this Five Guys, I would do anything I could to retain the current staff. The shop is always clean and the service is always Friendly. Unlike other five guys, this place has never gotten my order wrong, which shows attention to detail. Soda fountain was excellent! Here's our criticism... Low, hard uncomfortable chairs, or high tops. The place was cold! Ok in August, not comfy in December. $30 for 2 double cheeseburgers, 1 medium fry ( which was too large for the 2 ) of us, and 2 fountain drinks. Compared to In n Out, same quality, 1/2 the price!!! It had been over six years since we visited a Five Guys. Well, it will be even longer before we would even think of a return visit. First and foremost it is so over priced. I had a hamburger and my wife had a BLT. We shared a small fry and both had a small drink.....$24.09 later we had our over priced lunch. You can get a much better burger and even better hand cut fries at In-Out burger for half the price. And $2.49 for a small drink? Really! Then they dump all your food in a bag even with it's not take out! Why? I cannot see any students from Hamilton High ( across the street) being able to afford to eat here.... a burger fires and a small drink is over $13.00. Let me begin by saying we love their burgers! The food is not the issue whatsoever. The problem lies in their customer service. I placed a online order today. It was paid for. When my husband picked it up, they had him pay. Once my husband got home and we realized we paid twice, I immediately called the restaurant. They were able to find the order but said that we would have to come down in person to get it refunded. My husband goes down to the restaurant and was told that they couldn't refund him without a manager. There was no manager on duty. At this point, my husband is perturbed that he was told to go down there, then still got the run around. He is home now....NO refund. It was not very good at all the meat patty was so small the hamburger bun was so wet I finally just ate what was supposed to a hamburger patty. Just nasty. The employees in here are extremely rude. Especially the heavy set manager with glasses. I witnessed her yelling at customers and being so rude to many people numerous times. It's as if she thinks she owns the place and she can do what she wants. I've witnessed her trying to argue and fight with a young kid. I've see her yell at a grown man. This establishment needs to better train their employees and hire better. We no longer will go here as long as she is there. She also has the other employee afraid of her and she's yelled at them too. No ok! I also saw her take off her mask rub her nose then put her mask back on and serve French fries. Okay hear me out. This specific location is usually amazing. First mistake I thought eh it happens. Second mistake was just plain lazy. First - My husband and I were on a Keto kick. If I'm spending more than 15 dollars at a fast foodish type restaurant it isn't worth it in my opinion. And you will DEFINITELY spend over 15 dollars on each individual person. I called to make sure that they were open and the employee on the phone ensured me that they were, but told me that if I came in at 7:45 to not be disappointed to not receive my order, although they close at 8.
