My first time here. I walk in & this place is nice & clean. I looked at the menu board on the wall as the family ahead of me in line placed their order. Upon my turn & asking a few questions, I decided on the Sonoran Fries & added bacon plus a soda. They have Coke products here in both the bottle & soda fountain. You know that scores BIG points with me. This is the perfect place for all American comfort foods: hot dogs, burgers, fries of all kinds, plus they have milkshakes! My fries were very good & tasty! Friendly we were greeted with a warm welcome as soon as we entered. The place was clean and all the staff was smiling. Menu was easy to read and cashier asked if we had any questions. We didn't was easy to order got a number and sat and waited for our order. I was less than five minutes and burgers, fries and hot dogs were all very good. Since opening in 2019, I have frequented this location as they hands down have the best burgers in town! Heck, maybe even the whole valley! They make their own sauces and have a great set up to pick and choose what you want to make your perfect burger. I've vocally supported them, and many in the community have agreed after trying them that they are the most delicious burgers they've had out! Food is always a great thing to make the dining experience, but how is the service you may ask? You order at a register and they are always friendly. You can sit and sip your beverage while they prepare, and they will call you when it is ready. They do have a glass guard up where you can view to see them in action to! Good spot. 3.75 stars. GREAT prices. Restaurant is clean. I believe it was the owners cooking and working the register. Place is clean and feels trendier than you'd expect in Apache Junction. The fries were the star of my dish. A little thicker than shoestring but not quite steak fries with skins on. Seem like they were made from scratch but I dont know I didn't ask. I give this place 5 stars on their fries and their value(caliber/quality of food for the price). Burger patty was well cooked and tasty and the bun was toasted nicely. My main thing I would like to see that would take this spot to the top is a better bun. Looks like a great brioche bun and very nicely toasted but the bun itself was a little dry and crumbly but overall this is a really good place with great prices. read more

I love Fresh Press. I think it's one of the best burger joints in the area. The service is always fast and the burgers and phenomenal. The restaurant is smaller but adequate and the tables are always clean. They have a smaller meal for kiddos/seniors, a variety of burgers, hot dogs, and fries. I got the aloha burger today and it was mouth watering. The perfect blend of burger and aioli and pineapple... I had a food baby I was so stuffed but had to devour every bite. The only thing I don't understand is all of the food is served in to go containers so it ends up being a lot of waste; maybe lack of storage or kitchen space? read more

We're sort of regulars, and last night we weren't too hungry so we had hot dogs. I had the Chicago, and it wouldn't pass the purity test for a Chicago dog due to the bun and the relish wasn't glowing, but it was fantastic. The frank was fabulous. The slightly oversized bun was a benefit, not a detriment. No poppy seeds but do you really need those anyway? The bun was grilled, and the whole thing tasted great, every bite. The food is always good. The place is always clean. The owner is always there. If you are in AJ and need a burger, come here. Forget the chains. This burger place is located in a strip mall next to Goodwill. It's bright and cheery on the inside with booths and tables. The menu has quite a few burgers styles to choose from along with hot dogs and loaded fries. If you don't see exactly what you want you can build your own from the extensive list. I ordered the aloha burger and my husband got the all American burger, both were excellent. Next time I'd replace the thousand island dressing on my aloha burger with either bbq sauce or teriyaki sauce (not sure if that's an option or not). We also got fries, they were perfect, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The prices were excellent, where can you get a great freshly made burger for $7-$8 anymore? They also have a rewards program you can sign up for and work your way to a free burger. One of my complaints was that they bag all orders like it's a to go order instead of using reusable trays. I understand the trays would require more effort from the wait staff to clean and sanitize them but what a waste for every order to have a brown paper bag that goes directly into the trash. My other complaint was the lack of friendliness. A gentleman took my order, I assumed he was probably the owner, and he was not at all friendly. I realize he was taking orders and making burgers but if someone walks into your establishment a smile and a thank you doesn't take anymore time and it means a lot. I will definitely go back when I'm in the mood for a nice juicy burger. Next time I might even try the loaded fries. read more

I been here maybe 3 times. I don't live on this side of town, so only come if I'm dog sitting for my friend. I love the burgers here, unfortunately I only have had the Aloha Burger. It is so juicy and just has so many wonderful flavors. Had fries this time and you can tell they're freshly cooked. Coming back next month again, so I'll be stopping by. I have to be honest, I was not blown away by my experience, but the burgers were fresh, staff was friendly and the place was clean. For being a first-timer, the menu was a little overwhelming just looking at the screen upon walking in. Luckily, I had checked the menu online before stopping in, so I had an idea of what I would be ordering. It would be great to see a more simplified/cleaner menu to help making a choice easier, but that is my only complaint. I ordered my food and as I sat there for 10 minutes in a booth a worker on their "break" would not stop looking at us as me and my partner were having a private conversation . When confronted the worker just laughed to my face. Terrible. I went to this location based on previous reviews and instead I felt uncomfortable just waiting for my food. And as we received our food to-go the same worker kept staring and laughing to our faces as we complained and had made a mention about him, immature kid thought it was comedy hour n kept laughing in my direction.
