The chicken was indeed crispy and crunchy without much flavor except salt. The chicken legs were dry, the thighs were juicy and just didn't taste good. We threw 4 of the 6 pieces in the trash. I cycle through different meal options and different meat options quite regularly. Now the only negative I would give them is that their site does not list calories. So if you're in the market for healthy and want to count your calories, as far as I could find, they do not have that listed anywhere.
