We've tried Eat Clean Phx for about 3 weeks now and are very happy! Prior to this, we've tried everything from Hello Fresh, Blue Apron, and Factor, all of which had questionable freshness with ingredients and repetitive menus. The dinner items we've picked from Eat Clean Phx are very flavorful and the perfect portion size. The sodium content is balanced and not overloaded with sauces. Though slightly higher priced than the other meal prep choices, the quality of the food, the time saved from cooking, and the menu choices, make it worth it in my opinion! Lastly, the staff are friendly at their location in Scottsdale! read more

I love their meal prep food! You can order ahead on the app and choose pick up option from their shop in Scottsdale or delivery. If in a pinch, you can stop by their shop and grab premade options. They always have a lot of inventory from meals to bulk basics (proteins, healthy carbs, veggies) prepped too. The staff is always so kind and helpful. They don't use junk ingredients or oils so easy on your body. Thanks to everything having macro counts included on labels you know what you're getting. Can't recommend them enough. read more

The food is good but the macros can be way off. The proportions are eyeballed, not weighed. Sometimes pools of oil in the bottom of the bowl on something that says 14 grams of fat. This place would be so solid if you could rely on the labels. read more

Best meal prep food I've had yet. I live in California and it's a must to stop in for a grab n go and smoothie anytime we visit.

One meal was great. The second one the meat was so tough we couldn't eat and the rice side was so dry read more

I have been ordering from Eat Clean Phoenix since 2021 and the food is always amazing. Once you figure out what meals you like, it's easy to pick and choose for the week. Bill is one of the delivery drivers and we always talk football when he delivers my meals, he's professional and kind! I recommend the Peach Cobbler overnight oats and the Crispy Lemon Chicken! read more

I love the food, but I can't get into the website to place an order. How do I call to place an order? Can you help me please?

Best meal prep service delivery in the Valley! To start, the food is great. Lots of options each week with all the macros laid out for you. And the food is truly very good. Also, the level of service here is impeccable. Each week I have received a text with an estimated drop-off time from both the automated system and the driver themselves both the day before and day of delivery. And if you are not going to be home, they will leave the food on ice in a cooling bag for you. If you are looking for a meal prep delivery service, Eat Clean Phx is 100% the way you need to go! read more

Excited to try. Great reviews! Stopped by today to grab dinner. About mid way through meal I bit down on what I thought might be a bone but instead pulled out a piece of metal. Praying my filling isn't cracked. Beware! read more

Extremely disappointed with this place. I really wanted to like them and they seemed to have better portions and good quality of food. However, after ordering from them for about 4 months now I have since found many hairs in my food and just found this hard, sharp piece of plastic in my food. This is unacceptable and gross, there needs to be a more sanitary and clean way to prepare your food. read more

Wife and I did all our meal prep for many years. We switched to Eat Clean about 6 months ago, purchasing lunch and dinner for Mo-Fri which is about 8 meals each per week. We absolutely love the meals, service, and fact they save us time and make us healthier. Huge fans, highly recommend! read more

I feel so fortunate to have such a high-quality healthy meal service right here in Scottsdale. Or I guess in Phoenix I still get the two of them confused. Not only is the food, fresh, high-quality and healthy... It's also delicious. They package it and present it very nicely, and they are constantly offering different options which is nice.... It's easy to feel bored when you eat the same thing every day. It's very convenient to either order ahead and pick up your meals, or go in and just grab something healthy instead of getting unhealthy takeout. If you haven't tried this business, I would highly suggested.I've recommended it again and again to friends and family. read more

Staff is great and quick. Always a good experience. Smoothies are bomb! The deliveries are always on time as promised.

Been waiting for some time to try this place out. I live far and wanted to wait until I was in the area. Although they do deliver!!! and pricing for delivery isn't bad. Around $10. For pre-made meals this is the best I've ever tasted. The pork carnitas dish is amazing. I also tried the PB&J overnight oats and the S'mores overnight oats. The PB&J was my favorite. It's expensive. For 2 overnight oats and 2 meals + a liquid Gold juice (mango, lemon, ginger, turmeric) drink I grabbed was a little over $72 The quality of food is worth the price- so if you can afford it- do it EDIT A FEW DAYS LATER: ok I felt it was expensive. But now that we have been home and eating on the 4 things we got for days. I want to say I think prices are very reasonable. The pork carnitas was about $20 alone but you get so much meat! We have eaten for breakfast (as tacos) for 3 days between the two of us. Each overnight oat has fed us for several days. The ravioli we split and was enough for both of us. read more

I heard of Eat Clean Phx through a friend. They offer a weekly menu that includes mains, breakfast, juice and snack options. I found the pricing to be fair and loved that they offer free delivery after a $60 purchase. Delivery was communicated and updated the day before and the day of delivery. Definitely something I'll consider again for the lazy or busy weeks. read more

I confirm with great enthusiasm that this is the best meal prep delivery service in the Phoenix area. Not only do they offer the best variety, but the food is super tasty and super fresh. It offered me a chance to stay on track with my macros ! it is so refreshing to see such a high-quality business with the most friendly and best customer service. It is way cheaper than going out to eat and way healthier and better. Keep up the great work guys.! I'm continuously impressed with the food delivered to me every week. read more

Absolutely amazing food and service! We cannot say enough great things about this company!

This place has left me speechless in the best possible way...just wow. I have been on a health journey to add more protein to my diet. I am terrible at meal prep because A) who has that much time and B) I travel a ton for work which brings me back to A). I have had a hard time with those services like factor because they just are too high in calories and I'm not a huge fan of the frozen meals. Hence I began to look for an alternative and one that was local. I actually found eat clean Phx through Yelp and decided to give them a try. Everything about the process was easy, the ordering, the delivery, the protein in each item. First off, I had Fred text me when he would be delivering and if I needed insulated bags or not. He was so nice to work with! Second was the taste test. I ordered a little bit of everything, oatmeal, protein balls, multiple entrees, and cheesecakes. Everything was freaking phenomenal!! I mean like how is healthy food this food phenomenal! There was only one meal of all the 12 items I ordered that I didn't care for (breakfast sausage bowl). But I beyond loved everything else! Blessing and a curse because I decided to place another order last Monday that was delivered today. Everything new that I've tried I loved. At this point my salary will now be going directly to eat clean phx so thank you! I've already referred several people to them just purely but how much I've talked about how good their food is and good it is for you! I will continue to order and send people their way because this is just such an awesome business and I'm so glad I found them! read more

Updated review, Lowering Protein Peanut Butter Balls number of stars. I have spent over $400 last two years. I decided to make my own. Experimenting with my own recipe after 5 batches mine are 100 x better. instead of $8.50 for two, I made 52 for $15 estimate. read more

This place is awesome! The owner Ashley and staff are also great and very accommodating. It's so nice to have healthy food, that's reasonable, and actually tastes GOOD! My husband enjoyed his buffalo burger, and my daughter really enjoyed the Mac and cheese, I had the gluten free queso wrap, we were all very impressed. We will be regulars for sure. Great job guys! read more

This review is not for the food because I did not actually try anything. While, I love the concept and have heard great things about eat clean phx, what I really wanted was to have the ability to easily choose meals/snacks based on macros. I tried going on the website, calling and actually even stopping in the store but the way it is set up does not actually make it easy to "eat healthy" for me personally. A lot of the counts on meals were very high in carbs. I think there needs to be a more customizable approach for people with various goals and then I would love to try it. read more

Best prepared meals in the valley!! I love that there is no subscription service as my schedule changes constantly. Good quality; way too much garlic. Even the chicken that didn't advertise garlic had way too much garlic. I get sick when I eat garlic. Too bad, because their quality is good. I would have enjoyed being a long-term customer. I tried the filet, citrus chicken, and a few meals. read more

I'm so happy I discovered this place. I was so tired of not having a fast and healthy option for the same price as fast casual dining. They use no seed oils, and have different meals every single week. So easy, good and convenient. And if you don't want their meals they have a la carte items so you can just get a bunch of meat or vegetables. I'm also obsessed with their over night oats. The smores one is DUMB GOOD read more

Honestly not impressed. Just moved here from vegas and wanted a meal prep service. Vegas has great options for grab and go service and thought this would be similar. First the customer service terrible. No one greeted or even explained anything to us. Then we got home. And the meals are nothing insane. Bland and didn't seem like Any thought was put into this. And for the carb count on every meal...really high!! Don't really see this as a meal prep service for healthy options for a fitness journey. Just a place to make your food if You don't have time. For the price of the food I definitely expected better quality and service. Fool me once. Shame on you. Fool me twice. Shame on me. I won't be fooled again. And won't be ordering a 2nd time read more

I have been using Eat Clean since October after doing extensive research for my father on helping him find a healthy local meal delivery service. I personally tried out Eat Clean breakfast, lunch and dinner meals for 2 weeks prior to setting up weekly deliveries for dad, and I can honestly say their food is delicious! They have so many healthy meal alternatives that are suitable for a plethora of dietary restrictions/modifications. Not only is the food fresh and delicious, but the customer care is above and beyond. Ryan truly cares about each customer and that is priceless~! Thanks Eat Clean PHX! read more

They a la carte is fantastic for food prepping and their meals are very well balanced. I love their snacks as well. It is pricey but you get quality food. Would recommend to anyone wanting to meal prep and eat healthier. I live very close to them and pick it up in their store front but they also deliver, everyone is pretty great here. read more

Absolutely amazing! Good portion sizes, food is amazing, amazing service, we love everything!

Eating healthy is important to me, but in this busy world we live in it's not always easy to find delicious and nutritious food, and as a result I ate my share of fast food. Over time I developed a chronic illness plus sensitives to gluten and dairy. For years I struggled to make the right choices. That's all behind me now since I found Eat Clean Phx! Now my refrigerator is stocked with delicious, nutritious and visually stunning food thanks to Eat Clean Phx! Thank you for bringing "pleasure and excitement" back to my dinner table! read more

I am going on week three of ordering meals from here and I'm pretty pleased. I usually meal prep myself but I am pregnant and have zero cravings or want to cook due to food aversions and I was really struggling with getting enough calories in! The meals always taste fresh and it is not over saturated with salt. No subscription needed, I can pick up any time and the cost is very affordable imo esp compared to other local prep services out there AND no seed oils which is a huge bonus!! read more

Really great meals and awesome overnight oatmeal options! Easy to order and pick up. Highly recommend!

We've tried pretty much every food prep service out there and Eat Clean Phoenix stands heads and shoulders above the rest. Their meals are healthy and always tasty. As a plus they are a really nice group of people with great communication. I'm thankful our busy family found them! read more

I have gotten food from here for 4 or 5 weeks now, and it's by far the best meal prep service I've found, but also the most expensive. You can get the meals delivered for a fee of $10 or pick up if you're in the area. One day I ordered for a Sunday pick up and they accommodated me to pick up Saturday by just giving them a phone call. It is a little tricky to find the first time, but afterward it's easy and there's runs of parking. The food quality has been consistently good. I wasn't a huge fan of the a la carte options, but have enjoyed most of the mains. I am not sure if they rotate meals, but some of my favorites have been the million dollar chicken enchilada, the buffalo chicken sweet potato, and the brisket mac n cheese. On the other hand, I did not enjoy the sriracha sweet and sour meatballs or the kobe meatloaf. The turkey sausage breakfast bowl with some hot sauce does the trick and keeps me full, but I wouldn't say it's the best, but easier than cooking! I saw they just changed their hours to be open until 6pm, which is exciting for the working people! I am also addicted to the protein puffs, I've been eating double the amount of protein as I usually do read more

Blown away, this place is a gem! The food is delicious and healthy and even my picky kids have loved it. I stumbled upon it because we are remodeling our kitchen but will use them again for sure. So nice to have some healthy options that actually taste good. I ordered the grilled chicken and it was moist and had great flavor. I was expecting rubber chicken but even on day 3, it is still great. The meatballs were out of this world, the broccoli cooked perfectly and the roasted brussel sprouts were amazing. Hope this place is around for a long time! read more
