The guy I talked to, who's definitely the manager or owner of the place (I think his name was Mathew), really took alot of time to talk to me about my health goals and what I want to accomplish, and customized the weight loss meals to my dietary needs. The meals are weighed on a food scale and calorie counted. And you get on a daily or weekly food plan geared towards the goal you're trying to accomplish. For affordable healthy food, it's pretty good. I went into it not expecting a gourmet meal, I went into it expecting something simple and healthy so I can lose weight, and I definitely got what I was looking for.

The vegetables were not cooked nor seasoned, the brown rice and mashed potatoes were cooked but not seasoned, and the protein was hit or miss. The ground turkey was seasoned with black pepper and tasty but I also had the chicken which had zero seasoning and no sauce. The chicken was not very good at all, very bland and chewy. I didn't appreciate uncooked vegetables nor did I like how large the zucchini slices were. A meal shouldn't require a knife to eat if it's in a microwaveable container. Speaking of containers, they have no heating instructions nor do they list or circle the ingredients inside. I assume I was eating ground turkey but it wasn't labeled. I also was surprised I didn't receive any meals with fish or tofu. Same with the lack of variety with the vegetables. None of my seven meals had asparagus, green beans, peas, or peppers. Something got lost in translation with the variety. Look at my photos to see what the food and containers looks like. The concept is great and they get a lot of business but it was a miss for me.
