What a difference a month makes. Last month, I dined at this location and had a transformative experience on a down day. The generous military discount they gave was unexpected and deeply appreciated. Playing bingo with other guests made the dining experience a community event. In fact, that memory is what brought me in today. Consequently, I was surprised when the man taking my order told me they don't do military discounts. First responders, yes. Military, no. I shared my surprise with him and told him that I had been in a month ago and was given a discount. He was polite but did not offer a discount. I understand that offering military discounts is a business decision and I am not bitter towards companies who don't offer one. What troubled me about today's experience was the inconsistency in practice. I came in today because of the military discount they gave me last time. If I were the one standing at the register, I would have granted the discount today while informing the guest of the change in practice instead of questioning the guest's claim of a past discount. As it turned out, I felt very awkward for having brought up the issue. Chick-fil-A has good food and as a business they have a stellar reputation. Their customer service is typically exceptional. (Even today, the man who took my order stopped by my table and got me a drink refill.) The awkward interaction at the register was atypical. I'm hopeful Chick-fil-A managers will use the scenario above in training their teams. I come to Chic-fil-A primarily for the dining experience not the food. We hadn't had Chick-Fil-A forever, but hubby saw a commercial for a new sandwich. The Jalapeño Ranch Club. Last week we had errands to run after work so I grabbed food from here. I went through the drive thru. They have improved the drive thru. It's now 2 lanes, has a cover that's expanded & misters for the employees. The window now doubles as a door & window. The second lane is for mobile orders. Hubby got the sandwich he was wanting to try with a crispy & spicy chicken breast. I got the original chicken sandwich with American cheese, our son got the spicy chicken deluxe, no tomato & our daughter got the mac n cheese. We all got fries. The line seemed to go faster than before. Our order was correct when I got home. Everyone enjoyed the food. I didn't get any pictures because we were all starving & dug in before I could. read more

5/12/26- Sam was so helpful and polite. He took my drive-thru order with ease. He also mentioned they're doing a complimentary soda for Mother's Day, which I thought was so nice since it's over. I ordered on the app for curbside pick-up on a Friday night. Parked at a designated curbside spot and entered the parking space number into the app. After a few minutes, I saw an employee on his way out with a bag in hand. The app said my food was on its way, so I knew it was mine. However, on his way out he recognized a customer walking in, and they started chatting. Other customers walked in in between them, and even that didn't break up the conversation. I patiently waited, and finally made eye contact with the guy. He then wrapped up the conversation and brought my food to me. Whenever I do a pick-up, I love eating a waffle fry or two while it's fresh before I drive away. Thank goodness the waffle fries were still hot and crunchy! But I docked a star for the unnecessary extra wait time. Also, they salt the fries well at this location. I stopped by the drive through for grilled chicken sandwich since i already had a treat/craving meal on Wednesday. I sensed the chicken sandwich would be relatively healthy option. I enjoy the Pineapple dragonfruit and opt for the unsweetened tea and lemonade. The drive thru was particularly slow today and the young lady at drive through wasn't in a good mood but I understand it's hot. This is one of our favorite Chick-fil-a locations to go to. The food is consistent and the customer service here is wonderful. If you haven't already, download the CFA app to earn free food! I made an order for curb side pickup and went to check in and a free breakfast entree popped up in the app. I went ahead and placed the second order with the free item and the staff brought out both my orders relatively fast. The location can be hard to get in an out of due to the small parking lot. read more

The Mobile-Through orders is a COMPLETE JOKE. It is literally an insult. And it is not just this location - THEY ALL SUCK. I am convinced that the concept was built to make their normal drive-through line shorter. Instead of sitting in the drive through and forcing them to serve you in order they make you park to the side and make you wait. Every time I've done this method I've waited while the counter and regular drive through empty out. Ridiculous. Wish my kids would stop wanting CFA so I could quick going. read more

I go to this Chick-fil-A often and I've never had issues up until around a month ago. I went 2 weeks ago and my chicken sandwich was cold, but considering the service is always great I ignored it and assumed it was a simple mistake. Although, when I went today, every part of my order was messed up. My iced tea was given to me with no ice (I did not ask for no ice), and my chicken sandwich was yet again cold. I'm more so disappointed that I spent $11 here when I could've gone to In-N-Out across the street for the same price and they never mess up my order. I'd love to keep coming back here because the service has always been good, but the food quality has noticeably gone downhill recently unfortunately. read more

You could never go wrong with Chi fi la!!! The bun is smaller than the meat inside but, it's perfect as is. Their waffle fries are dipped into Polynesian sauce. They, hands down, have the best lemonade and shakes!!! I love that they give senior citizens over 45yrs of age a free drink!!! The customer service is always great here!!! Shout out to my good pals in the drive thru... they see me coming and know that my drink of choice is always lemonade. read more

I only come to this location when I'm on this side of town and have been here twice within the past couple of months. Both times I have dined in and the dining area has been super dirty. Tables are sticky, there are crumbs all over, the floors are nasty / sticky, and there are wrappers / napkins on the floor, etc. Food is good but not sure if the kitchen is even clean since they don't even bother cleaning up the dining area. There are luckily wipes set on top of the trash can you can use to wipe down your own table. Service is usually good but this dirty look is not a good one. read more

I've given this Chick-fil-A location multiple chances, but it consistently underwhelms. The time it takes to receive food is just average not what you'd expect from a brand known for speed and efficiency. More concerning, though, is the professionalism of the staff, which feels lackluster at best. Especially when you approach a counter to order and seem as though they are inconvenienced. Interactions often feel rushed or indifferent, and it doesn't reflect the usual courteous service the chain is known for. On top of that, the restaurant itself is not very clean. Tables are often left unbussed, and the dining area could use more frequent attention especially when there are several team members often standing around having casual conversation with one another.. Never again (this location). Chick Fil A service come with an expected level of professionalism and on this trip I'm still shaking my head as their was none. The restaurant is in the same plaza section with another high in demand fast food spot which makes the closed in parking lot area a 'hot mess'... My issue was the slower than normal service for 2 simple meals followed by not 1 but 2 pieces of hair in my son's fries. I told the staff and they were like, ok here's another and unapologetic. People were coming in post the drive thru complaining of missed items and wrong meals so that should of been the hint! That made me critical for every bite so didn't enjoy. I also took offense to staff following up with everyone around us and picking up their trays and offering refills... yet we sat near the 'request area' to no avail. We even sat for 5+ mins when done and I noticed the staff offer to help everyone around but us... I'm so done with this location... not recommended! read more

My husband and I came tonight for dinner and to take advantage of the kids playground. Food and service were great as always but I want to especially call out Michael. I'm not sure if he's an associate or manager but we had a decent sized fountain drink spilled all over the ground and he couldn't have been more helpful or gracious. He was quick to act and did it with kindness. It's always a challenge when taking 2 toddlers out but Michael handled it in the best way possible. Everything is always awesome except 3 out of my 4 Door Dash order I have not received any Chick-fil-A sauce, which makes the food enjoyment level go down. We get all excited for our food and find no sauce, it's frustrating!!! I made sure to click 2 Chick-fil-A sauces with each item last order, totaling 12 sauces and figured there was no way they could not give us any sauce and sure enough there is zero sauces. Please please avoid this location at any cost. I was craving for some chicken and went for a drive through coz I didn't want to order much. I ordered spicy chicken sandwich and spicy chicken strips two pieces. I went to the pick up window and after 5 min they asked me to come upfront coz it was taking time. If I wanted to come upfront I wouldn't have done a drive through. The experience starts here there was a guy in orange shirt I consider him the manager. He asked what I was waiting for and I told him the story. He then kept on making his rounds serving other customers. After I waiting for good 15min my order arrived. No one cared that I was just standing and waiting there. So, unapologetic he comes and hands me my order and says thank you. Really? I come by every Tuesday morning after my class and before I head over to work and I always order the chic fil a chicken sandwhich. But today I ordered two, for myself and a coworker so I went to the drive way and the lady said "Its a lovely day this morning, how may I help you?" and I replied, "I'll have two chic fil a sandwhiches". She then told me what my total was and I went straight to the next window. A guy stood there went over what I ordered and told me what my total was and I paid in cash. Hands me the bag of chic fil a sandwhiches and on my way I drove. Halfway to my work I felt the bag and I just felt two chic fil a sandwhiches and napkins. When the traffic light was a red light, I took all what was inside the bag just with disbelief and you know what I didn't check? The sauces! It was too late for me to go back and my dumb butt didn't ask the time I paid just to make sure he put in those sauces in the bag. Ugh! Told my coworker and he was like "I can't believe they forgot the sauces!" And I'm like I'm sorry too for not checking. But he said "It's ok, I only have to kill you now" Lol.
