I was cravingggg fried chicken and girl I ordered the bucket treat a with a side of steamed rice and jolly spaghetti (came with gravy) a spicy chicken sandwich and the peach mango pie. I have never received the crispiest, juiciest, freshest, piping hot piece of spicy fried chicken like this. My first bite had my jaw on the floooooooor. We always come when we're in the area(rarely) but even still every time they messed up our order and under delivers. So much so we counted everything this time in store and found missing 2 missing spicy chicken pieces of our 12 piece. We went back and they said it would take 20min for a new batch. (We were there 40+ mins) We just took the reg. So I'm sure they knew what they did and not count on people verifying everything. The previous reviews verifies countless missing orders and this establishments needs extreme management and more people if they can't handle the volume. When I was living in Houston, I went to Jollibee several times. How was I convinced. The legendary Anthony Bourdain, who had a disdain for chain restaurants, said Jollibee was the exception. This Filipino fried chicken fast food joint has definitely earned my affection too. I visited their only location in the Phoenix metropolitan area for dinner on a weekday. Located in Chandler, parking won't be tough in the large complimentary lot surrounding the restaurant. Ambiance (3.5/5): I mean it's a fast food joint so you don't really go there for ambiance. It's similar in this way to other fast food restaurants we've all been to. When it comes to a fast casual restaurant, I mostly care about cleanliness. This is done at a high level there. I snagged a booth that was a bit dirty. A worker cleaned off my table without me asking soon after I started hovering around the table. Well done. Service (4.5/5): You can either place your order at the counter if you're paying cash or use your card at one of the self-service kiosks. I used the latter option. What's nice about it is that it's easy to customize your order. The kiosk was easy to use and I got my food within a reasonable amount of time (even with the restaurant close to capacity while we were there). Drinks (4/5): At fast food joints, you're expecting your typical soft drinks. Jollibee has that, but they also offer more. Which is a nice touch. I had a pineapple refresher. Pineapple is my favorite fruit so I couldn't say no. While a bit pricey, it was good. Food (4.5/5): Now, for the good stuff. Jollibee is known for a couple of things. First and foremost, their fried chicken. I've had my fair share and the chicken here is quality. When you think of fried chicken, you want a flavorful crispy exterior with a juicy interior. Mission accomplished. The crispiness is at a high level. We shared a six piece chicken joy bucket so you get all the different parts e.g. drumstick, breast, etc. and they all delivered. Another thing Jollibee is know for is their spaghetti. Yep, you read that right. Spaghet' at a fast food restaurant. And this isn't your mom's spaghetti. Instead of marinara sauce, as is popular in The Philippines, they use banana ketchup. Throw in some cheese and some sausage and there's your side dish. It's going to shock you at first as it's sweeter than what you're used to but it's pretty good. A better side than rice (even the adobo rice) or fries in my opinion. O and I forgot to mention, you're given gravy with your fried chicken. Dunk that thing in there. It makes it even better. You're probably already full by reading this but finish things off with a peach mango pie. They look like McDonald's apple pies but they are significantly better. Trust me. I like jollibee chicken but the reason this deserves a 1 star is purely because of their service and order accuracy. I came here 3 times in the last year, and the consistent thing about all 3 times is I had a missing item every time. U can't mess up my order 3 times in a row that's just statistically impossible. 1st time they forgot 1 pie, 2nd time they forgot my mashed potatoes, and this time I was missing 2 pieces of chicken. My star rating is for the chicken...which is what we typically order when here. We then take it home and I make mashed potatoes and green beans to round out the meal. Love their crispy, juicy chicken. It's truly the only thing we typically get because we are not fans of the spaghetti, their slaw isn't to our liking and we don't do gravy, although it does come with the chicken. I was excited to get Jolibee since I had some in another state. I ordered the 12 piece original chicken bucket, mac and cheese and spaghetti. It was a 20 minute wait for the spicy flavor which is crazy because they should've had this ready for the dinner rush on a Friday 6pm. The sides were okay, could've been better for the price ($4.95/each). The mac and cheese was not warm, and also came in a smaller container than the spaghetti. Amazing fried chicken, very fresh tasting and service was quick. It is Filipino inspired so you get some amazing choices for sides such as the Jolly spaghetti and palabok. My friends met for breakfast nearby, so I stopped by afterwards with one friend to split to try this as both new to Jollibee. We ordered: - 1pc Chickenjoy + Spaghetti - Side of Coleslaw - Drinks I started by trying the spaghetti, which I didn't realize had hot dog slices and pork in general. I try to avoid pork, but nonetheless tried today. The sweetness is not my thing, though I've had Filipino spaghetti before (no hot dogs in the one a restaurant made). Perhaps if you like pork and sweet sauce made with banana ketchup, this is your acquired taste? As for the chicken, I took a small bite as I have just reintroduced some meat in to my diet. I liked the skin and it had a good flavor. The coleslaw pairs nicely with it, but about average in flavor for a coleslaw. Still on the search for one to rival the one Chic-fil-a had and discontinued. Overall though, the dining area was spacious and the service was very friendly. The food was prepared quickly and the staff kept the tables tidy as patrons left. Very impressed with the cleanliness. Jollibee is one of my favorite fast food chains. I was craving their fried chicken and palobak today. The fried chicken was fresh today - very light and crispy. The palobak was also so delicious. I love their sauce with the noodles. My bf ordered the two chicken meal deal with biscuit and jolly spaghetti and the ube pie. I believe the meal was about $14. I lovee the jolly spaghetti- lightly sweetened. For the drink, we always get the pineapple quencher and that always hits - super refreshing. Finishing off our meal with ube pie was the icing on cake. The ube pie was warm light and crispy. I loved how biting into it, the ube just bursts in your mouth. We ordered online, so we were able to apply a $5 discount for new jollibee members. You can also order in person at the register or one of the self order kiosks. Inside the restaurant, there were a bunch of tables, but it was so packed with customers. We got lucky and scored a table. Service was so quick and efficient. There was a nice staff lady who was very attentive in cleaning tables quickly when the previous diners left. This place was incredibly packed, no tables and the line when I walked in was pretty long. The service and efficiency of the crew here was great, getting our order quick and someone consistently cleaning the tables. More importantly, the food!! We went to try the katseye Korean bbq sandwich and I wish I could have this sauce drenched on everything!! The bold flavor with undertones of heat had me excited for another one so I'll be back. Unfortunately they won't give you a side, even if I paid extra because the special menu item right now. But that's ok because my spicy chicken sandwich was just as good. Love me some Jollibee! I have been craving some Jollibee Chicken Joy since I saw the Jollibee near the Vatican in Rome. This place has a line that never ends. It almost reaches to the door and it never seems to get shorter because there's a constant stream of people coming in, at least when we've been there at regular dinner time. This is just standard fast food restaurant decor. I will say the kid that helped us at the counter was so nice and so helpful. The menu changes often and quickly, so be sure to ask questions instead of trying to wait for the screen to come back around. I ordered the two piece spicy chicken with mac and cheese. It comes with dipping gravy and a biscuit. The gravy is really yummy. I love dipping my biscuit in it. Word of warning - the spicy chicken here is really spicy. Be prepared! Hubby and son ordered the combo with spaghetti and chicken. The spaghetti here is not Italian spaghetti. The sauce is kind of sweet, almost like barbecue sauce, and has cheese on it. It's definitely different, but I noticed a lot of people ordering it. I love the chicken here so much that I don't want anything but the chicken. We also got a peach mango pie which was delicious. And I'm not sure why Jollibee has it spread out more in the valley. I would love to have a Jollibee near my house, because this one is a bit of a trek for me. If you don't know what to get get a two piece chicken joy with gravy . Also get spaghetti and a side of palabok make sure that you squeeze the lemon juice packet into them. Actually just squeeze lemon juice on everything because the lemon juice packet is everything. Definitely get the pies!!!!!! Everything is good here. Jollibee chicken is sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo delicious! I do like that there is a attendant making sure all tables are clean and trashes not overflowing. Everything is clean. The bathroom was clean and of course the workers at the cashier stand were so nice and patient to everybody because when you get there, everything is good on the menu so we all just stare at the menu like for 10 minutes and we're just like OK fine just gotta order something because there's a line building but they're so patient and they're so nice and 10 out of 10 experience in food 10 out of 10 food!!! I took my son to JOLLIBEE for the first time today. We ordered a 6pc bucket with 2 sides, the adobo rice and crispy fries. Also got the mango peach pie and passion fruit tea. The chicken was really good and the skin crispy. A bowl of gravy came with the chicken, it was a plus. My son really liked the mango peach pie, and I thought the passion fruit tea was very good. This was by far the worst Jollibee experience I've ever had. I waited over an hour for a simple order: a 2-piece Chickenjoy with spaghetti, a Spicy Chicken Sandwich, and a Yum Burger. The staff repeatedly told us they were "working on it," but nothing ever seemed to happen. What made it even more frustrating was watching multiple customers who ordered after us receive their food before we did. There was little communication, no explanation for the delay, and no effort to make things right. Waiting over an hour for a basic order is completely unacceptable. This location seriously needs to improve its customer service, order management, and communication with customers. Oh sweet mother of Moses. Lol my partner showed me this place yesterday and it was SOOOO GOOD. I went with their chicken sandwich and he went with their 2 pc combo. The pieces of chicken are ginormous lol and it comes with gravy, a biscuit, fries and a drink. The sandwich also came with a side and a drink, but I got a (very nommy) pie as well. The chicken was juicy and tender, with just the right amount of crisp and their potatoes were slamming. The pièce de résistance though was the pineapple quencher. It seriously blew my mind. The service was fair. We went through the drive thru, so I'm not sure about the inside. But we weren't there an exorbitant amount of time. We live 20m away and even after the drive home the chicken is still crispy and hot! Yes they take awhile with your order so its not that fast but at least you know they are frying your chicken fresh. I also love their ube pie and peach mango pie. Super crispy outside and yummy filling. Not too sweet. We also get the spaghetti - its def different but tasty for me. On our latest excursion, we ordered the "C" Bucket Treat (10-piece Chickenjoy with three sides - Jolly spaghetti, adobo rice, and mashed potatoes) along with a Palabok Fiesta. Everything was good. On most visits, they do not have spicy chicken when we visit. Arguably, the chicken is what you really want at Jollibee. I don't know how they do it because they can make a fried chicken that doesn't taste too greasy. Do the TikTok thing and remove the chicken skin, stuff it with adobo rice, and dip it in the cup of gravy. You can't go wrong. As for the spaghetti and palabok fiesta, I'm not a fan of either, but I have seen Joyce W. eat a whole family pack of the Jolly spaghetti by herself. It took her a few days, but she did it.
