Drive through employee accosted me over my partner having an account with my name on it and that we ordered the same thing and couldn't do that. Her iPhone broke and she is using an old phone of mine. She had to make a new account this morning and didn't notice it used my name. The orders were the same because I copied her drink order since I couldn't make up my mind. I explained this to the lady as soon as I realized and had to explain three times. She kept insisting I had two accounts and would have to report it. To top it off, my order was incorrect. I went in for a refund. The drink was free with a coupon and so she didn't refund that. Understandable, however disappointing since I cannot go to a different location to get it now. She then shorted me a dollar, even though what I got was a dollar more than I spent. So her drawer is going to be a mess. Sloppy, rude, careless staff. I hate McDonald's now days. I haven't had a good visit in like 6 months. read more

Honestly pissed. Didn't give me food I paid for. I ordered ahead on the app, old lady had the order code and name- said her computer wasn't loading the items. I showed her the full order on my phone, she refused to make the food because her computer wasn't pulling up the items. The food was perfect. The service was slow AF, the ambiance was cool because the lobby was empty.

Absolute worst McDonald's I have ever been to in my life. I am not a fast food fan, but sometimes you have no choice but to eat it. I was in that situation, it was late, I had been on the road all day and this location was literally right next to my hotel for the night. So I though ok I can get something here to make it through the night. Went to the drive through they have two lanes but only one person working drive through so it is very inefficient. Once they deigned to take my order I pulled around and waited in line. When I pulled up to the window it was as if I had never placed an order and then once they finally figured out my order they handed me my food. By the time I get into my room the food was completely room temperature. I ate it but it was obviously old and had been sitting for some time before they gave it to me. Very poor customer service not at all like any other McDonald's I have ever been to. read more

Would rate 0 if i could, our food was mouldy. Manager completely refunded us and took the food back to examine. We watched another car get out and throw their food away, then go back inside angrily with their receipt. We didnt eat any of the food bc i know they have to wear gloves, so if they grabbed the bread with the gloves, everything else they touch is contaminated so, its just sad :( im sure the staff is stressed, but this location seems to have a lot of issues unfortunately :( read more

This place never gets my order right. Everything I go back it's because I'm driving through town and STARVING. BUYER BEWARE. I went in the afternoon. I had to walk inside multiple times because they can never get my order right. This last trip the manager but my order of bacon (standard on my burger) in a chicken nugget box. She was also annoyed that I asked for my burger to be made correctly. Everytime I go here they are always in a bad mood, and mess up my order. I am more than willing to drive further for food now. I should have looked at reviews but who does that for a McDonalds? Stuck in the drive thru line for 12 minutes before the gal even takes our order and 9 of those minutes were at the kiosk to order. We had to ask twice if she had forgotten about us to even place an order. And when she finally did take our order she was as rude as can be. I'm still stuck in this drive through line. Haven't even gotten close to the pick up window. If we could back up to get out of the line we would. Now approaching 19 minutes in line and finally just 1 car ahead of us. I've worked at McDonald's before and I'm not the person to complain, but never been to a fast food establishment this bad. Their customer service is horrible, nearly don't even know how to talk to people. I only ordered a couple drinks, some nuggets, and 2 small sandwiches. It took nearly 20 minutes to get my order and there was hardly anyone there. My soda tasted like Co2 and didn't have a straw, the nuggets were cold and thrown in the bag sideways without sauce, and the sandwiches were cold as well and thrown together without any care. I didn't actually eat here, but I am sure glad I didn't after seeing how dirty/disgusting the Men's Bathroom was (see attached pictures). I don't think I have ever seen a restroom that was so gross in my entire life ... It seriously didn't look like this restroom had been cleaned in weeks. First of all there was no mirror in the sink area, which is strange ... The urinal had funky stuff growing inside of it, and the one stall appeared to be a mess... This bathroom literally smells like a garbage can!!! All I can say is wow ... I hate McDonalds to begin with because the food is horrible quality fast food, but I couldn't imagine eating at a food establishment that has such a filthy bathroom ... Easy access off Highway 10. Ample parking. Pesky flies by counter area. Lots of people waiting for food. Took about 5 minutes to get order taken but server was very pleasant. Food came out quickly and prepared as ordered. Except for flies, restaurant was relatively clean. read more

Worst service ever. Waited 5 minuets at the first speaker, no response. Went to the second and waited another 5 minuets just find out they did not accept card. Unfortunately I didn't have any cash so I ordered nothing. People pulled in behind me and I was trapped in the drive thru. All the garbage cans were full, the floor was filthy with food and black shoe prints, straw wrappers and lids all over drink station, garbage laying on top of the grates and every table but one was dirty. This has got to be the worst McDonald's in AZ. They are sooooo slow! I've been here 4 days in a row due to a dog show at Rawhide. Each time was at least 15 minutes in the Drive Thru. You just sit and wait and wait. Asking for ketchup or a drink carrier is another couple minute wait. Their service times must be horrendous. Run by morons. And that's being generous. Was over charged but wasn't worth my time to argue for the $.70. I asked for sweet tea with lemon. Since they only make two kinds of tea sweet and unsweet there's a 50-50 chance of getting it right. Had to repeat myself multiple times in the drive through. They gave me unsweetened and then argued with me that it was sweet. Like I didn't just taste it? Lemons were brown and it all went in the trash. This location is always friendly. I go through the drive-thru after long work days when I need a pick-me-up for the commute home. Today around 5pm I ordered a small hot coffee. I would have never known the difference between them giving me the coffee that had been there for a while (until it was too late, at least), but they chose to brew a fresh pot for me.
