Had such a bad experience, i was patiently waiting for 15 minutes while the lady was finishing other subs. she let another customer before me , and still had us wait to start on our sandwiches because of online orders. as a customer that has been waiting this is unacceptable. there was only one person working so i get it to some point but customers RIGHT IN FRONT of you should be a priority . person scheduled should be trained for sense of urgency . it was at 8:30pm , a youngish girl. read more

My boyfriend and I ordered a sandwich for pickup and it was said to be ready at 12:25pm. As we got there we waited at the pickup and the assistant manager took a while to get to us and told us to wait on a pickup order we had that was supposed to be ready. Turns out it was never ready and she claimed that they had no receipt paper so she made our sandwich and it was horrible there was too much of everything that was just thrown in the sub. I went back to hopefully get a remake but unfortunately we had to talk to the same little girl who gave us a trashy sandwich who saw "nothing wrong with it" and it wasn't even cut in half right to begin with, she claimed to be a "assistant manager" with no name tag either and didn't care about what our concerns or made it better. She shouldn't be an assistant manager with her bratty attitude. On top of that there was a long line she had as well and she's doing the subs by herself. She slaps everything together on everyone's sandwiches and it's terrible. Even one customer behind us left the store because of how long she was taking. I'll never come back here again, so if you want a remade sandwich she won't do it for you. She didn't even check the sandwich we had brought back either so it says a lot how she doesn't care about her work. She should get retraining or fired. Wowza! I don't often review chains like this, but I was so impressed that I wanted to share. This Subway recently renovated the interior and it feels fresh and bright! I regret not taking a picture. Even more, the new manager/owner (took over in the last 3mo) is super friendly and so was the young lady helping out. My husband's sandwich was delicious, and my chopped BMT salad hit the spot. I'll definitely be back as this is a healthy and low cost option while all these delivery/pickup companies are charging so much extra for food that doesn't deliver well. read more

Occasionally stop by this location to pick up a sub on my way home from work because it's convenient there's always the girls that work there that are super friendly but not tonight, The person working tonight look like a child that belonged in high school had no personality I ordered a tuna sub and he pulled his knife out of somewhere to spread it around and it had dried up stuff on the knife I asked him where the knife came from because it looks like it hadn't been washed and it looks kind of disgusting to be using on my sandwich he just looked at me like he had no fucking clue didn't seem very concerned at all so I told him to fuck off and he could stuff his sandwich shop his stupid ass and left I'll probably never go to this location again terrible customer service who left his teenager on his own with no supervision who knows he came from the back he could've been in the bathroom and didn't even wash his hands for all I know disgusting Update spoke to Brittany the manager Did not seem to concerned as well and basically thought I was lying ? There are so many subway restaurants and I just stumbled into this one because my friend wanted a tuna sandwich. The manger was very friendly and I was so impressed how the food prep area looked so clean! I had no plan to get anything but the veggies looked so fresh so I ended up with a veggie sandwich....sorry I forgot to take a picture before I ate it but yes, the veggies tasted fresh. I went in to buy 3 sanwiches and there was a line. I asked for the bathroom key. He acted like I was trying to steal something. It was a hispanic kid with asian writing tattoo behind his ear, I offered for him to hold my credit card or ID. I offered to buy a 25 dollar gift card just to keep him happy till I got out of the bathroom. I was waiting on orders to come in via text from the people in my house and there was a line. It shouldn't be a big deal to use the bathroom before i place my order. The kid was rude, unprofessional and actually asked me to leave over it. I guess you get what you pay for. Visited the Baseline Subway location in Tempe 1/11/2020 as we were on our way to the airport. The only person working was Austin. While the long was 12 people deep he was wonderful in getting everyone taken care of. Very mature young gentleman. Everyone waiting in line was aware of how diligent and quickly he got the orders made. Friendly, clean and excellent service!! read more

Come here and order a kids meal.... They make the "kids" meal and I complete my order. I sit down eat and my little one asked where his toy is? I check the bag and no toy. Then I check the receipt, they charged me individually for each item of the kids meal. I ask the cashier and she's dumbfounded. She says she didn't "charge me" for the toy. I assume that meant for the kids meal. I then compare the cost of the kids meal and the individual meal and she charged me an EXTRA $1.41. Obviously she didn't understand basic arithmetic. read more

It's always "HI, welcome to Subway!" The young men who work here always use "ma'am, " and "sir" which I think is so old school, but they really are always so respectful. I come to this location due to being on my direct route to work. Every time I come into this establishment, the manager looks at me with an attitude, act as if he doesn't want to service me though I'm always very polite continually. Then today, I'm asked if using an food card or paying cash. So I said okay, let me see how this plays out, so I answered, had me pay for the meal in advance before preparing my order. Then I deliberately sat, eating, watching as numerous other customers come in afterwards, just waiting for them to be asked the same question, at least 9 others were service, and not one time has any been asked food card or cash. Now because I've been pretty regular here, have noticed numerous times how different the blacks are treated from all others, and it's not the best. I want to note this was a few months ago and delayed in posting because my grandmother had not wanted to difficult but i need to speak up for her!! The Indian man who works there has no respect for the elderly. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. I had brought my grandparents here and they had 2 coupons for 2 footings and it was VERY busy. My grandpa told them he wanted to sandwiches but they insisted on him only making one first then got all the way to the front of the line and he again days he wanted 2 sandwiches so with the line to the door the Indian man tells him while he's at the register to go to the very end of the line and order the 2nd one so he does and when he's done and gets to the front of the line my grandma pays and the Indian man grabs her card out of her hand, physically pushes her hands out of the way and insert her card before she had a chance to even try to do it herself!!!! He then just says PIN! And rolls his eyes. She was near tears.....and my grandpa is a VETERAN!!! HE WAS WEARING HIS VETERAN HAT!! i am so angry I can't tell you....we haven't been back in the months this happened but since when I call they always make up some excuse of why I can't talk to someone I've took it here. Shame on subway. This may have been months ago but i haven't forgotten. She deserves a free meal or something for what you guys put her through! This is an older Subway but probably one of the most efficient Subway's ever. If you go here during lunch rush don't let the long line fool ya; they will move 10 people in less than 10 minutes. The employees are always friendly and reminding you of different promotions they have going on. Most of all they've always rang me up correctly even when it's chaotic- my wallet thanks them. Although I know prefer Jimmy Johns this particular Subway can still get my money when I don't feel like driving the extra way for Jimmy's! read more

Good quality sandwich for the price. Bonus is that they are nice to you!! Extra bonus is that they have diet sandwiches and baked chips and 5 calorie drinks to meet my dietary needs. Friendly, efficient and fast -- a full house line gets processed no time -- However, I review this particular Subway because it's on my daily route, and the easiest of all Subways for me to drop into for lunch. Today was completely SPECIAL, however, not the menu but the occasion. I ordered my usual, one of the daily 6-inch meals, paid the bill, then took a seat and started checking my emails, then, lo and behold, the Manager Roberto walks up to my table and shows me a certificate he is posting on his bulletin board that has my name on it as the "Customer of the Month", plus a ticket for a free meal -- Now THAT''s promotion !! But, notice this happened after the fact, and it didn't take an award to get me to come in -- it is the handy fresh meals that are served by the most efficient staff you can imagine. it's a subway, how could it be any different than every other subway? well, this location doesn't have egg salad and it doesn't have jalapeno cheese bread. on the plus side, the veggie patties are not kept frozen! i say this with an exclamation mark because most subways have so very few vegetarians that they keep the patties in the freezer. or maybe the vegetarians don't go to those other subways because they don't want to be reminded that everything is freshly frozen and freshly thawed, so you're not really eating "fresh" in terms of any of the regular meat or the fake meat (how could it be fresh, anyway?). the service here was fantastic - they didn't even look at me sideways when i requested more spinach and jalapenos. read more
