Cava is usually pretty good but it has gone downhill the last couple times I've gotten it. Terrible service, dirty tables everywhere, and smaller portions than previous visits. I don't want to really dive in on my most recent experience but it was horrible. Probably will avoid cava for a while.

The servings and service is not great. Individual paying infront of me is gripping about the same situation

I've loved Cava since I first discovered it but haven't been in awhile. However I keep coming back despite it being in the middle of all the ASU hubbub. It's an incredible alternative to Chipotle and it's my favorite health conscious food spot, they always deliver and the atmosphere there is pretty lively. Lovely sunsets can be seen from this location too however I failed to snap any photos of that. Overall great spot and always worth the trip!

Food is always fresh, greens are crisp, and the sauces are divine at Cava! I have to give this location four stars for service (poor staff are rushed and understaffed), as well as the dining room's condition (tables are often dirty and have crumbs/trash). I would be able to rate this location five stars if the dining room was cleaner!

Management seriously needs to get involved and do something about this location. My review and even those before me, take a hint already! -Line server staff so quiet and inconsiderate. No greeting when you get up to the counter, she just stood there staring at me and I saw her do the same with other customers. -My pita was dripping wet from the chicken (hello, drain it from the spoon when you scoop it). I asked for a new paper wrap and it was still soggy enough to soak my pita. - Dirty tables everywhere! There's even a sign posted in the dining area that tables are sanitized after each use. Not true. If the front looks like this, then how is the back kitchen area? The location is convenient but it isn't worth it when you get a gross meal, bad/rude service, and a dirty, disgusting environment.

I'd never been here before but as I had heard, the food was delicious! They had a ton of different options for food and drinks. Very unique drink options like blueberry side and pineapple mint lemonade. My only minor complaint is that the line was super long (not a big deal) but also moving pretty slow. There was only one worker taking orders. The restaurant was very clean considering how busy it was and there was nice outdoor seating. Pricing was a little on the high side for fast casual but not terrible. The parking can also be a little hard as that lot is always packed but that's the nature of the location.

If Chipotle & Pita Jungle had a baby it would be "Cava". Cava is seriously the best! It's that perfect mix of healthy and actually tastes amazing. We made custom bowls, they come with pita on the side--so good! Everything was super fresh and full of flavor. All the sauces are so good!! Definitely one of my fave spots for a quick meal as they move you through the line quickly.

Val is the best! Customer service is top notch and everything is always clean. Miles ahead of all other locations, will go out of my way to come here

I really love Cava but not this one. I ordered my standard build your own salad, with my go-to three scoops of red pepper hummus. Zero hummus included. One star deducted for each missing hummus.

I am fed up with this location. I'm really almost done with the whole food chain because the laziness of preparing the food is diabolical. First I walk in and there's a puddle in front of the refrigerator at the beginning of the order line. No wet floor sign. You almost had a lawsuit on your hand. I'm especially done with the Tempe location. I came in a time before this one. And the rice look like mashed potatoes. And the chicken (much like this very recent visit) is inedible. The chickens always half-ass cut up. Then the chicken is cooked with skin and gristle still attached, and Chewy as hell. Then has the nerve to still have bone in it. I know there's nothing but kids working at this location. But that is no excuse. The manager is not training the employees, clearly. I don't care if that is something you don't normally do. You can't sell supposed to be fillet chicken with boned, skin and gristle on it. Now back to the rice. It's like it's rarely ever cooked right. It either looks like mashed potatoes or it's burnt on the bottom because it's sat all day. The girl literally looked at me. And said, I got the rice from the top not the bottom. I literally saw her flip the bottom of it over that's how I knew it was burnt. I told her if you can see the bottom from the top you're at the bottom. On top of that all the food is always cold. I have reached out to the manager and voiced my concerns. He could care less. I love cava and have spent a pretty penny over the last year or so. I wish I could turn in my points that I have and get my $8 and that doesn't even cover a whole bowl. And be done with this place. The food here is too expensive for this s***. I want to give no stars. Negative Stars If you want a shity fake Chipotle with horrible parking, then come here!!!!

Love Cava! So many great flavors and always fresh. My kids love Cava too. I usually make my own bowl and haven't tried the pre-set options.

I went there for lunch. Not too crowded. Good service, healthy food, very reasonable price, many options.

Parking is valet only, but since I'm not about that life, I found some parking on the street in a residential neighborhood five minutes away on foot. Ambiance (5/5): Definitely one of the areas in which thea shines. While they have both an indoor and outdoor area, I highly recommend sitting outside on the rooftop. If you do, you'll experience scenic views of the mountains in the background. If you can catch a sunset here, even better. Outside of the views, the restaurant has the fresh decor you would expect from a Mediterranean/Greek restaurant. There's also an outdoor area, and an indoor bar area, if you're just looking for drinks. Service (5/5): Attentive, friendly, and efficient service. Exactly what I was hoping for, especially on my birthday. They were kind enough to hook me up with a dessert for my special day. Much appreciated! Drinks (4.5/5): A full bar with a nice wine list and an interesting cocktail menu. I split a bottle of wine with my parents, but also started off with a refreshing cocktail. Food (5/5): I started off with the flaming saganaki because how can you say no to cheese flambeed table side. Dinner with a little entertainment. If you've never had saganaki cheese, it's a delicious Greek cheese. Pair it with some pita bread and you have yourself a delicious app. From there, I had the grilled skirt steak with crushed potatoes. Naturally, I ordered my steak medium rare. The skirt steak was sliced and cooked perfectly. The potatoes were well seasoned and paired nicely with the steak. All in all, a perfect meal. My parents similarly had great things to say about their selections. Thea isn't cheap. And it does have the see and be seen type of vibe which I'm not a big fan of. Yet, despite all of that, it's an excellent dining experience all-around. While it's more of a special occasion type of spot in my book, I'm definitely looking forward to stopping by again sometime!
