$10 Lunch Special: 2 Pizza slices, Salad, and Drink (not pictured)

I walk by this place all the time going to class and finally decided to give it a try. I got the $10 lunch special with 2 pepperoni slices, a Caesar salad, and a drink. It took about 15 minutes for my order as they make their pizzas fresh to order. It was delicious. The pizza was crispy and the cheese pull was insane. Their Caesar dressing was so good as well. I usually find Caesar dressing to be too tangy but this one was perfect. I ate every last drop, using the crust to soak up all that goodness. The service was also really good. The staff was super helpful and the owner is really friendly as well. Overall, this was a great place to grab a bite between classes, and I will definitely be coming back.

Great pizza, friendly service and garlic knots were no joke. Definitely recommend. Clean and comfortable environment to enjoy some good eats.

Food is amazing and so well priced. The manager and everyone i've experienced taking my order have been above and beyond. Everyone here is so sweet and so nice and it's such a cute spot for a date night or to study and do work. I recommend this place for fast made homemade pizza and their amazing crispy wings. They have yummy calzones and desert options i have yet to try.

    Grandma's Pie and NY Roni
    St C.

After a long day touring the campus with my son, we saw this place had a happy hour pizza for $5 across the street from the welcome center. I got the grandma that has Garlic and evoo, Parmesan, light mozzarella, oregano, marinara sauce, and basil. It was a good pizza, though they almost forgot one side that got a little burnt in the oven. My son got the NY Roni and it was solid. Service is great and they let you build your own pizzas. It is highly recommended if looking for a good quick bite in Tempe.

I was looking forward to my cauliflower crust pizza. I picked it up and found that it was burnt. I feel very disappointed.

Great crust, 2 minute cook time, and unlimited toppings. The only caveat here is that if you load up on too many toppings the top of the pizza may not brown in time with the bottom. Overall though this is a great lunch spot and if you nab their $7 pizza and drink combo a relatively good deal.

Our favorite build your own pizza concept, we enjoy the pizza crust here better than the others plus they are more apt to letting you build what you want and less limit on how much you put on the pie. We generally go to the the location by Paradise Valley Mall and if you create an account will sent you notifications about specials and when you earn a free item. Mondays have the classic pizzas for $5

The made to order pizza fad is in full effect in downtown Tempe. My Pie is one of my top pics. for a few reasons. Great crust, even the wheat crust is light crisp and has a decent flavor. Good deals especially on class pies after 3 or with the $1 off for ASU students Distinct flavors. I just tried the "grandma pie" and the sauce was tart, the cheese was salty sweet and the garlic pungent, just ask my co workers in my meeting afterwards. I also like the fact they get the condiment lids correct, slots on the red pepper and holes for the cheese.

Afterwards, he mentioned that he tasted it and agreed about our comments- I appreciate that level of attention. Shortly after, the food arrived. Spicy pork tacos for me, and BLTA for my wife. The tacos looked a little overdressed. I was so wrong. Flavor and texture were balanced perfectly. The tortillas were firm, but again, perfectly suited to the juicy pork, that had a teriyaki vibe. Sprouts, carrot and cucumber toppings worked well, despite my expectations. The BLTA was HUGE. Great flavor. Both entrees were ordered with sweet potato fries. Unusual cut to them, but seasoned perfectly. I paired mine with chipotle aioli and ate every last one. And the Alex mocktail was SO tart and delicious! It tasted just like those fruity fruit rolls haha! I added a photo because reference! Haha The restaurant was a little smaller, so seating was pretty busy. The girls working were dressed pretty casually in T-shirts and gym shorts. I guess that's the style they're going for? It was a little odd to me, but okay haha! Overall, it was a good place to grab lunch, especially if you're looking for something on the healthier side!

They serve salads, bowls, sandwiches, all-day breakfast, protein shakes, fresh juices, and other healthy, fast-casual eats for dine-in or take-away. My kind of place! This is one of those spots that I'd frequent if I lived nearby (ChopShop, want to open in Northern California?!). I stumbled upon this spot after a little self-guided tour of ASU campus on a sleepy Sunday morning (everyone must have been asleep after the big football game the day before). I'd forgotten about this spot and it was such a happy surprise to find it again and to see that they survived the pandemic and are still thriving. First visit I ordered: -Cheat Day Wrap: scrambled egg, bacon, white cheddar, smashed avocado, tomato, brown rice (I ordered without rice), and turkey or ham (I skipped these too) *DELISH on a whole wheat wrap!!! Full of flavor and super easy to eat. This hearty breakfast sando fueled my active morning of hiking "A" Mountain (Hayden Butte Preserve) the running around the the IronMan course to spectate (30,000+ steps as a spectator!). We couldn't leave town without another trip. I took my guy and we enjoyed a salad, another breakfast wrap, and: -Chicken + Prosciutto Sandwich: grilled chicken, prosciutto, fontina, arugula, fig mostarda, dijon (no dijon for us), on a house bun. If you're in the area, looking for a healthy-ish breakfast, lunch, or snack, definitely check out Original ChopShop. Note: it gets busy at peak meal hours with students and faculty. Order at the kiosks (super easy), grab a number, find a table in their cozy interior or on their large front patio, and your food will be brought to you. Have a question? Just ask - the staff were very friendly and helpful in guiding our choices. And I love that they allow modifications to most menu items! We'll be back!!!

Some people were casual and some more dressed up. We were seated at the front by the stage where live music was about to start. I thought this would be nice since I do enjoy live music. Well the speakers were facing right at our table and it was noticeably loud when the entertainer began to play. We asked for another table. We could not hear ourselves talking. Our food, Fish & Chips, BBQ Nachos, Aged Manchego, Crusty Bread Garlic Oil & Balsamic, and Molinari Sopressata. Everything was absolutely delicious! The fries with the Fish were perfect. 5/5 -- One of the Best Middle Eastern Meals I've Had in Years!…read more Kabizza was a fantastic find in North Tempe and easily one of the better Middle Eastern restaurants I've been to in years. I ordered the kebab plate, while my mom ordered the chicken tikka plate. Both came with a generous portion of seasoned rice, hummus, pita and a very fresh side salad. My kebab was very good -- 4/5. The meat was cooked extremely well, with a great char on the outside while remaining moist and tender inside. I personally thought it could have used more seasoning to really make the flavor pop, but that's a relatively minor criticism. I'll definitely order it again because seasoning can sometimes vary depending on who is cooking that day. The chicken tikka, however, was absolutely perfect -- 5/5! The chicken had exactly what you want from grilled Middle Eastern food: a beautiful char on the exterior while remaining incredibly juicy and tender inside. I wouldn't change a thing about it. The sides were also 5/5 across the board. The rice, hummus and salad all tasted remarkably fresh. The hummus was smooth and creamy, and the salad had crisp vegetables that tasted like they had just been cut rather than sitting around waiting to be served. Everything on the plates worked together really well. The restaurant is located in a plaza that certainly isn't the fanciest or most upscale in N. Tempe, so don't judge this place by its surroundings. Inside, Kabizza is clean, comfortable and casual, and ultimately the quality of the food is what matters. I also thought the prices were reasonable considering both the quality of the food and the generous portion sizes. The gentleman who took our order was friendly, and our food came out surprisingly quickly. Kebab plate: 4/5 Chicken tikka plate: 5/5 Rice, hummus & salad: 5/5 Freshness: 5/5 Value: 5/5 Overall experience: 5/5 Kabizza may be an unassuming neighborhood restaurant from the outside, but the food punches WAY above what you might expect from the location. I'll absolutely be back, and next time I want to explore more of the menu. Definitely worth trying if you're looking for fresh, flavorful and reasonably priced Middle Eastern food in Tempe!
