We ordered the Gluten Free vegan and the Detroit Gluten Free, both were great, but we both favorited the Detroit Gluten Free which is more personal style with 4 square slices. It was crusty and crunchy.... I ate all the pizza bones with the yummy ranch dressing that came with hubby's salad. We asked twice for more dressing, even offering to pay the second time but finally packed the rest to go home. We had the cupping pepperoni on the Detroit crust, just a hint of a spicy bite that grows while you're eating it, but even to the wimp I am it was very tolerable and favorable. Really loved this pizza!! We also ordered the Grand Slam Pizza on the gf crust and it was very good as well. I was told the boneless wings are great as well and gluten free; having already ordered 2 pizzas will sane that for another trip. We live in Surprise and hubs said he'd drive out again for the food (about a 1 hr drive!) The employees were happy and enthusiastic working well together which also tells me something of management/ownership so I live that as well! My ONLY regret; Pepsi products... Bf & I finally stopped by Zzeeks for the first time after always seeing it, and thank goodness we did. The mozzarella sticks were well seasoned, crunchy, yet the cheese was melted perfectly it had cheese pulls! Def 1 of the best motzy sticks I've tried. For our pizza we got pepperoni & jalapeños and a sausage & jalapeños, jalapeños had a nice kick to it, both had a good amount of sauce and toppings. Im a super big fan of their crust, it actually had a good flavor and texture, I'm very picky about pizza crust so I give it a 10/10. I also got hot honey wings and my bf got hot, both were cooked just right, crispy and juicy. Get extra ranch and extra sauce it's that good. Next night we reheated the pizza and our last mozzarella stick in the oven, pizza crust & cheese was perfect and the motzy stick was cooked as if we just got it from the restaurant. I had a really concerning experience at Zeeks Pizza. After eating there, only the people who ate the pizza became sick and experienced similar symptoms, which made us worry that something may have been wrong with the food. We were concerned enough that we suspected there could have been some kind of cleaning product contamination, although we can't say for certain what caused it. What made the experience even more unsettling was that some of the staff's behavior seemed unusual, and there appeared to be a lot of very young employees working. Combined with everyone getting sick after eating the pizza, it left us feeling uncomfortable and questioning how food safety was being handled. I hope management takes this seriously, looks into what happened, and reviews their food preparation and cleaning procedures so no one else has a similar experience. read more

We drive by this place all the time and finally made a point to stop in. We were pleasantly surprised. It's clear the people running this place are customer oriented. There were tons of to-go orders getting picked up while we were there as well as some clear regulars. The service was top-notch and they even clear your table for you. Just moved into the neighborhood and was craving some pizza, and I wanted to try this spot out. I would normally go for the vegan options (which I'm super excited that they have), but I wanted to test the NY White Pizza so I ordered the 10'. The crust was nice and crispy and the flavors popped without being overpowering. It wasn't exactly like NY pizza but pretty close and so delicious! I like consistency and paying cash but this place fell short on my head hogies. Anyone else with a good relationship consistent hoagie dealer that wants a cash payer? GFTP. I deserve better. UPDATE : The owner of the company actually came on here and told me that they pre-dip their sandwiches sauce, which didn't happen before and makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. And you just lost my business forever. I hope other people are paying attention to how they take care of their customers and don't order hoagies on delivery because they could come with terribly hard bread soaked, and God only knows what because my sauce was closed. I've worked in food service before and this is not how you take care of your customers. Gaslighting me and telling me that you pre-soak your bread is bullshit and you know it. Mindless Thinking surprisingly sometimes leads to surprisingly delicious destinations. I arrive at Zzeeks Pizza around 7:30 PM looking for a quick bite. The spot is located in a cozy corner of the plaza & they have a beautiful patio with shades for the hot summer days in Arizona. As soon as I enter the establishment I am given a warm welcome by the team & rung up immediately. When you think of deals you don't expect to get enormous slices of pizza that could literally be counted as 4 slices for under $12 bucks, sheesh! Although the food was delicious, the most remarkable aspect of Zzeeks is how clean the kitchen is, even the restrooms are spotless. For any business cleanliness is top priority, but throughout the years It becomes a real challenge, for this reason this place gets a 5 star review, how you do the little things, is how you do everything. I normally like ordering the "keto" low carb pizza with lemon pepper wings. It does the job for a low carb pizza craving. However last night my boyfriend ordered a Brooklyn style pizza half pepperoni half veggie, lemon pepper wing and Jamaican jerk wings. After eating the food my boyfriend began to feel sick and was running to the bathroom. Shortly after it hit me too both of us running to the bathroom all night, stomachs hurting making loud gurgling noises. TMI but it was projectile from both ends. Today we are both bedridden and still going to the restroom. When my boyfriend called them to tell them we got sick from the food. We were told they can't issue a refund back on card. And he would have to come into the restaurant and get a cash refund. I don't understand why they can't reissue the money back on card. But I won't be ordering from them again. Update: Got full refund back on card thanks to my yelp review. And to Jody considering I had nothing to eat all day. And immediately after eating the food was running to bathroom it couldn't have been anything else but the food. But nice try. read more
