Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Last year's Super Bowl I ordered wings online for pick up before the game. When I showed up on time I waited an additional hour. Thought they would fix things for this year. This year, ordered for a 3:35 pick up online a week before the game. Came at 3:45 and it wasn't ready. Fine. Drove home and went back at 5:00. They had lost my order. Reprinted it at 5:20. It's 5:25 now and we'll see how much longer. Never again. Edit and update: It's 5:45 and they ran out of bone in wings. I realized there is an ATL Wings near my work so I downloaded the app & ordered lunch yesterday. I arrived a little early, & they were finishing up my order. I ordered the wrap when I saw they had one. I ordered no tossed sauce with 2 ranch dressings. I was greeted when I walked in. The person running the front was very friendly and nice. When I got back to work I was disappointed because there was no ranch. I was surprised there were 2 wraps. They come with cheese & lettuce. The wrap was full of crispy boneless wings. However, there was barely any cheese. I was only able to eat one of the wraps & I was full. I saved the other for lunch today. I brought shredded cheese and ranch from home. It was good. I will definitely be back, but I'm not sure I would get the wrap again, but maybe. I will definitely be making sure there is ranch before I leave. read more

I frequent this location at least once a month sometimes more often. I have an ATL wings right next to me but I drive out of my way to this location because the quality is so much better. I recently had a small issue and the manager was quick to make it right. I've seen that manager in this location before and his customer service is on point every time. I highly recommend. read more

I LOVE THIS LOCATION! Darrell might be the best manager I've ever encountered. The restaurant was so clean and no one was in there, but he was working like the restaurant was full. He was so nice and patient with my kids, he brought them out some biscuits without asking for it. The food was amazing -- from the fries to the wings to the biscuits. If Mike is in the kitchen you know it will be made to perfection, so thank you Mike. Great Wings! This place is a newer location and is located in a strip mall near the Goodwill. It is easy to get into with plenty of parking. It is a little smaller inside, there are only about 12 tables. However, whether you "dine in or take out", it works! Customer service was great. We were acknowledged right when we came through the doors. Totally appreciated that, as we had come here from their other location in Chandler because their system was down and they were only taking customers / orders that were cash only! The ATL wings are awesome as are the fries. Blows away the other small chain locations. They do have a good variety and plenty of flavored sauces and rubs to choose from. Our favorite are the Lucky Sweet Reds! The traditional chicken wings that were cooked just right -crispy juicy, crunchy & sauced just right! Resturant was clean, well organized and busy. Our newest go-to for wings, ATL isn't really near us, but well worth the trek for the food quality. Seriously, we don't bother getting wings from anywhere else anymore. Even getting takeout, the wings are always still extra hot and super crispy by the time we get home, and amazingly so are the fries (and we all know that fries are the most finnicky and almost never good when you get them takeout). My personal favorite flavor is the ATL dry rub, which is unlike any other dry rub offered throughout the valley. Super flavorful without being overwhelmingly salty, it always hits the spot. However, I will warn that the spicy ATL are painfully spicy. I don't know if we had it on an off day or if I'm just a big weenie when it comes to spice (I am a little bit) but it was almost inedibly hot for me. My boyfriend's favorite is the honey habanero, which is a medium amount of spice and a little sweet to counter it. It's not as hot as I'd expect from a habanero, but it's very tasty. We've also had the honey bbq, honey mustard, and cajun bbq, all of which are very good. We've been very curious to try the extreme honey habanero, but honestly are scared to from the spicy ATL, so if anyone has any insight, I'm all ears! I like the regular fries the best, and like to get them extra crispy. They stay very crispy, even after a 20 minute drive. I know I already said it, but I really think it's worth repeating. Good, crispy takeout fries are impossible to find, and this is coming from a french fry addict. The cajun fries are good too, I just like to keep it simple personally. The only thing I've ever had here that were meh are the biscuits, which I got with honey. They weren't by any means bad, I think I had different expectations--I was looking for more of a traditional Southern-y biscuit, and this was more like a spongy donut. It tasted good, just not what I wanted to go with my wings. It was definitely more of a dessert. ATL Wings offers a really easy to read allergen guide on their website, which is always much appreciated. This location is not huge, but we usually get takeout anyways. I don't love their online ordering system as it can be a little finnicky sometimes, but it's not the end of the world. They can be a bit slow to pick up the phone when you call also, but I assume that is simply because they can get pretty busy. Ordering issues and all, I would definitely recommend ATL to any wing lovers around! read more
