It said it would be ready in 30 minutes. I waited to go to the restaurant 40 minutes to assure it was ready. So I was visiting Phoenix on business and client put me at a Hilton next to the Butte. Not knowing area so they had this ATL Wings place near by so I walked over and got wings and fries. I thought the food would be fresh given it was not busy and about 30 mins before close. What I ended up with were old greasy fries which appeared to be dipped a few times as some pieces were burnt, and old. The flavor on the wings is not bad, but wish it would have all been fresh. I absolutely love ATL but Avoid this location at all costs, I have been going to ATL since a child and this specific location is always an issue, I've seen employees carrying around guns, they don't know how they're loyalty system works. They are rude and unwelcoming. That's not even including the food quality, wings are soggy, fries are overcooked.Mind you I lived in this area for over a year and have been to ATL's ranging from flagstaff to Tucson. Let me just start by saying this is the worse Atl Wing out of all of them not only are the servers is rude, and the place sketchy as hell and rundown but you can't even get your food made correctly. OK time for the actual review which, if I might add, I deleted a while back because I thought that they were fixing their practices, but that just wasn't the case so here we are. Not gonna lie I don't really leave reviews, but this place made me I really don't think it's too much especially when the customer pays for it to just put a little bit of honey on the side or on the wings. I had three separate occasions where I paid extra on wings where there was no sauce so l could have some honey on the side and every time they chose to ignore my order and request. Thankfully, Uber is considerate and I understand that the customer if they pay for something should receive it so I don't have to worry about it hurting me but today I had enough. I placed my order, asked for extra saucy, even though there was no sauce on the wings (lemon pepper )so that I could get my wings with Honey because last time the guy said I have to pay extra. There was no option so l paid an extra two dollars for some honey drizzle... and even then they still can't honor that and provide it you would think they're scared of honey. but today, I decided I'm gonna call and reach out and really find out why and when I asked why I didn't receive the item I payed for some lady on the phone told me that the wings aren't saucy. I ordered dry rub and I tried to explain to her that I previously talked to somebody that told me to put the extra saucy option and tell them you want Honey because you have to pay. She then got fit and handed the phone to someone else. The dude got on the phone that I'm pretty sure I spoke to before in person and he was essentially like you gotta pay extra for the Honey and grab the Honey option and I explained to him that there was no option. He then told me it's not his problem. I have to take it up with Uber when I asked for a refund I explained that I can't come down there at the moment because I ordered the food for lunch and I'm at work and he did offer to remake it which realistically I was very thankful for, but I just didn't understand why I had to go through this whole thing just to get some wings with a little bit of honey on it that's why I'm leaving this review so somebody else might not have to deal with this later because I'm not sure won't. Worst part about it all l usually don't even eat there because the wings aren't good, but since I recently made that combo, l've been eating there almost every week they're literally losing their own business.
