Went in search of Chef Bianco's Heritage Square location. It is a cute little place. We sat outside and was able to enjoy the live music from the restraunt across the street. Service and food was good. Great historical place to get out of the heat.

Started with local organic greens salad. Was good, fresh but a bit salty and dry, came with olives which were good. Also shared 2 pizzas with my friend, the margarita and marinera. The marinera came with garlic and no cheese. That was good. We added mushrooms and olives. The ingredients for fresh but the pizzas were a bit bland flavor-wise. The dough and crust were delicious as waa the marinara sauce. No lemons or lime and wouldn't allow separate checks. Didn't love that Apprec the side of bread that came upon seating.

We first discovered this pizzeria on Chef's Table on Netflix, and when we planned a road trip to New Mexico, we decided to make a stop in Arizona just to try it. It was absolutely worth it. We were truly impressed, and we especially loved the Rosa pizza it was incredible. In fact, we loved it so much that we now make our own version at home all the time! The wait was about two hours, but we completely understood because the place was very busy and they don't take reservations. The atmosphere, the quality of the food, and the experience made it all worthwhile. We're big fans of Chef Bianco and are so glad we made the trip. Highly recommend to anyone who loves amazing pizza! We plan on coming back!

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Came here with a coworker for dinner. The pizzas are customizable, but everything off the menu looks amazing too. Traditional neapolitan style crust baked in a wood fire oven. The dough is soft and crispy at the same time. I ordered the Rosa pizza with an olive oil base, parmesan, red onion, and pistachio. Great flavor! Service is very friendly and attentive. My coworker ordered a pizza with sausage on it and another pepperoni pizza to go. Casual spot, but has a feel like you're visiting someone's home. Very warm and inviting. 100000% will be back my next time in Phoenix.

We had heard a lot about Pizzeria Bianco, from both locals and all the media attention that it has gotten. We had tried to visit before, but encountered long waits and left. We lucked out this time. We were seated inside right away. We weren't that hungry, so we ordered two pizzas for the three of us--a Biancoverde and a Margherita. They were both yummy, although I thought the price was high. I will say that I have a real love affair with other Bianco restaurants--Pane Bianco is AH-MAY-ZING, and so is Tratto. This place definitely comes in third for me.

Came in for dinner and had to wait about 40 minutes, but don't worry, next door is Bar Bianco which is in a cute little house! First off this place is super small and we opted to sit outside, but not a big deal when you're in Phoenix and it's 68 at 8pm in February lol! We ordered an app: antipasto and also had the mozzarella salad which was amazing and apologies I didn't get any pics, was too busy eating haha! The roasted veggies are so amazing and literally some of the best I have had, simple yet so good! We then ordered the pizza: wiseguy, margarita, and the sonny boy. Now, you have heard of wood fire, but these pies are next level with flavor and perfection. Service was friendly and the star of the show was this big fluffy cat. Not sure the name, but this one is chonky and makes for great relaxing environment! Definitely check this place out. Worth the wait! PSA: Parking lot can get packed as it serves a couple restaurants in the area.

Very good pizza, but pricey because of all the hype. I was told I HAD to come here while in Phoenix, and while I enjoyed the pizza, I don't think you're committing any sort of crime if you skip this stop. I had a Margherita pizza for $22, which came out to almost $30 after tax and tip. Personally, I think that's a little crazy for a small, 1 person pizza! This was the best wood fired pizza I've had, but not by miles, and I wouldn't pay that much to have it a second time. There's often also a long wait here - I avoided it by going early and alone, and watched many people get turned away while I ate. Overall, I'm glad I tried this place and give it 5 stars for an excellent meal. However, I still think it's overhyped and wouldn't say it's a phoenix essential.

Was passing thru and decided to stop and see what the hype was all about. It definitely doesn't disappoint. Excellent pizza and the mozzarella salad was excellent. Staff seemed busy but the service was decent. Fairly busy but I was seated at the bar and taken care of... it's said this is best pizza in the nation. And however is it really good... it's definitely not the best.. that title I believe belongs to Tony Gemiganai out in San Francisco but it is excellent pizza. Give it a try

I finally tried Pizzeria Bianco - five stars! We dropped in for a weekday lunch, and as expected, there was a short wait. Luckily, their neighboring bar-in a restored home-has a fully bar (but not many inventive non-alc options). We went across the way to a Mexican eater for Topos and iced teas. First available seating was outside, and the weather was perfect. We started with Farmers Market Salad-which was a mediterranean-style salad with cucumbers, olives, feta, and lovely EVOO dressing-along with the Local Greens Salad with balsamic vinaigrette, and bianco bread with said lovely EVOO for dipping. For the 'zas, we got the Rosa made with red onion, parm, rosemary, and pistachio. Inventive! though the table favorite was the Bianco Verde with fresh mozz, parm, ricotta, and arugula. I'm more of a margarita gal, so I wish I would have tried that one too. The bread was perfection-chewy, crispy where necessary, and again, that EVOO. Just top quality ingredients. Now, would I wait hours for this pie? No. It's great, but I'd rather go during non-peak hours and wait 20 min for a table 45 max.

This is a rare 5 stars and for a good reason - the homemade mozzarella is out of this world . The margarita pizza was fantastic , but that mozzarella . The best I ever had . I'm repair to stand in line , it's totally worth it

It's always a treat to dine at Pizzeria Bianco. This the second I have dine here when I visit Phoenix. Great food, staff and ambience never fails. This is a treat worth having every time. Look for to my next visit to try the short ribs.

Listen, this is delicious pizza - but you're going to have to jump through some hoops to get it. I'm from New York, so I'm used to the fanfare that comes with getting good pizza (Lucali I'm looking at you). No matter what time you arrive here, you're looking at a wait. I've been one of the first on line when it opens. I've come here at 3 pm thinking the rush is done. There is no gaming the system here. Come here prepared to wait. On my most recent visit we were quoted around an hour wait time, and decided to head over to their bar next door. The bartender at said bar is super nice, but can't make a cocktail to save his life. My aperol spritz was flat. My hugo spritz had none of the hugo spritz components it should come with. These drinks were not only disappointing but also not cheap. Finally though, our table was ready and we made it to the bar seats at Pizzeria Bianco. We ordered the Rosa which is a must, and the Biancoverde. The Rosa is topped with pistachios, red onion and rosemary. It's a delicious white pie. The Biancoverde, also a white pie, was good as well. The fresh arugula cuts through the ricotta and mozzarella. Ambiance wise it's kind of industrial on the inside, made cozy by the warm glow of the visible brick pizza oven. If you're in Phoenix, want pizza and have time to wait, this is the spot.

I knew the food was going to be good when I should up 10 minutes before they opened and the line was already long (on a Monday). As soon as the door opened those of us in line essentially filled up all the tables inside the restaurant. The service was great considering every table was sat at the same time. The food came out fast and hot. The pizza was delicious, plenty of topics, good flavor with a crispy crust. I fully understand the hype for this place, it is well deserved.

Salads. And appetizers. But they don't have a gluten free pizza dough.

Nearest airport please? coming to fly in from Hollywood airport, Burbank CA. how far is it to your restaurant from the airport? thanks. 😊

PHX...I think you might be looking for the entry for their LA location, though?

Will pizzeria bianco be open on Memorial Day (5/27)?

    Pretty sure yes!

    Do you take reservations?

    No, first come, first served.

If someone goes just by themselves, will it be quicker/easier to get in?

If you're talking about the original location, we went on a weekday for lunch (Monday afternoon) and there was no wait time.

    Do they take reservations?

No they do not. Not with the wait either. But if you do decide to go I would arrive there before they open.

Is the red sauce on the pizzas vegetarian-safe? Some places cook their sauce with bone marrow from cows or pigs, does Pizzeria Bianco do this?

They use Bianco Dinapoli tomatoes. They may have some trade secrets they keep in house but from what I’ve seen it should be safe. They do have vegetarian options. If this helps. Have you watched the Netflix special? I feel like it shows the entire… Read more

What's a good phone number to order carry out or get a reservation?

They do not take out orders, dine in only. If you Google them, it will lead you to a link to make a reservation online. We did a walk-in and waited two hours on a Thursday at 2pm. Always expect at least a two - four hour wait. There is a cool museum… Read more

Can you have small dogs on the patio outside?

I wouldn't see why but do know there is a large population of cats on and near the building.

    Do they have parking space?

I didn't see a lot anywhere but there was affordable valet service right at the entrance.

When do winter/fall hours begin? Driving through Monday 11/21. Will they be open?

    Yes, 11AM-9PM

Does this establishment offer Gluten Free? I'd love to try but I'm GF :(

No, they do not have any GF options for their pizza crust unfortunately. We were just there and I have celiacs.

Is there a long wait at lunchtime on weekdays? Planning to drive through Phoenix on the way to Flagstaff on a Monday afternoon and was hoping to try this place but I have young kids and can't wait in line for 2 hours.

We had a short wait, but that was because they had to get tables together for our party of 9 for lunch. Should have no problem getting a table quickly during the week for lunch.

    How do I make reservations?

Downtown, you need to call about a week in advance. In fact, for less than five, they may not take reservations. I called a day in advance and was told that they need a week. There are other locations where the pizza is just as good. They may not be… Read more

Is the wait still pretty crazy? I'm flying into Phoenix this Friday (Feb. 7). I'm going to have to eat really early (about 5:00), and I won't have much time for dinner. It's just me, so I can sit and eat at the bar if that's available.

I have been here several times early and have not had any wait. It just depends on what activities may be going on downtown at the time.

    Do they offer carryout?

Not anymore. You need to dine in to be able to carry out. They won't allow you to order again so if you want to do carryout after eating in make sure to order all the pizzas at the same time.

Do they have a bar or serve drinks/beer here?

    Yes to both.

    Do they have pepperoni?

Yes but with some many different toppings Leave the pepperoni to another day....Try the combos they have here

    Do they offer take out?

I know they don’t offer take out at the Adam Street loction, not sure about their other locations.

How big is a pizza ? here?

It's an 8 slice pizza, but more importantly and seriously; order one per individual, it's not often you get to truly enjoy one of the best, well prepared and delicate tasting pizza's which Bianco creates!

A few years ago we were introduced to Pa'La by one such friend and, as of writing, we have now introduced 5 different friends to this location as well. As far as this specific dinner I think Pa'La does a really good job of having inventive food combinations usually in small plate form. I always really enjoy the ability to order 4 or 5 different things just to try something new. On this evening we started with the Beef Tartar, the Asian BBQ pork belly, and the Japanese sweet potato. All 3 were delicious and easily able to be shared between 3 people. We transitioned into ordering the prime New York Strip and the Maitake mushroom to share. The steak had a very nice pungent but sweet glaze on it that went very well with the marbling of the cut. Finally, we had the strawberry chamomile tart which was a great way to cap off the evening! All in all a very nice meal, in a nice setting where we could all catch up for a few hours. Never once did we feel rushed or similar and our server was always very attentive. All in all, this was a great experience and highlighted the reasons we keep coming back.

Upstairs at Flint is just as AMAZING as inside the restaurant! The food is STILL on 1000% DELISC!…read morethe Service is PERFECT as always! and the ambiance is STELLAR! A beautiful view of the Camelback Mountains. We had a reservation but decided on sitting upstairs, instead. I love that the hostess' are very nice about giving you the options. I have been going to this restaurant since 2018 for business lunches, nice dinners, a company Christmas party-Upstairs. iI is my go to and I highly recommend Flint to others.

Wow. All I can is what a restaurant! Came here on a Wednesday night 3 weeks before Christmas and…read moreit was a vibe. Secluded upstairs dining area with heaters available. Excellent service, a Christmas tree upstairs, and no reservations required. Glad they were able to seat us considering we showed up without reservations. Downstairs gets quickly reserved so seats upstairs are where they push overflow patrons. Right outside Flint's doors downstairs there is a staircase which opens up to the upstairs dining area. Service was prompt, and we got our drinks by the time we had our mains decided. I got a glass of red to pair with my steak. My partner had a refreshing cocktail, but it was decent. The highlights of the night were the food. SO MUCH FOOD! And it was TERRIFIC! For starters we got the artichoke hummus. It sounded a bit weird, but all it was was regular hummus with 4 artichoke hearts that were crispy. The artichoke hearts were crisp, but moist, and I could have kept eating those all day. It comes with 1 pita bread. The server told us to order another and we did, turns out we needed it as the pita breads were quite small ($3 +). Sure only 3 bucks, but nickel and dime if you are spending $14 on an app... For mains I got the filet medium rare with a side of regular potatoes. My partner got the salmon skewer with a side of asparagus. Both the dishes were cooked perfectly and they were familiar dishes with a slightly exotic touch to it. Must be the middle eastern part of the restaurant. The steak came with a ganache or accompaniments of middle eastern sides. Can't recall what they were but they were great when I dipped my potatoes in them. It was sour, tart, acidic, kind of like middle eastern soy sauce. The server recommended it to us and we got it. The salmon skewer came with 5 decent sized pieces on it. Great for a small eater or someone who doesn't want their own meal. It too was delicious and had light touches of sauce or smoke on it. The asparagus is a favorite. It was cooked as usual, typical steak side and both me and my partner enjoyed it! For dessert, as it was my partners birthday the server comped the pound cake. While it was delicious, it was definitely the letdown of the meal. It was way too sweet including the layer of cream that it was doused with. The sweat cream wasn't necessary as the pound cake was incredibly sweet itself. Also, the pound cake wasn't soft like normal cake. It was quite dry once you peeled away the creme layer up top. I definitely should have gone with the Chocolate Ganache Tart. But their mess up worked in their favor. I'm definitely coming back for another meal at Flint!

Food is delivered fast, within about 5-10 minutes after ordering at the counter. Staff here is friendly, patient and helpful when someone who can't decide between all of the options is in front of them. :) I ordered "the rebel" French dip and loved every bite of it. I especially loved the little side salad that came with it that I wasn't expecting. The French dip itself was savory, tender, flavorful and the horseradish added the perfect "kick" to the wrap. I'd definitely order it again but there were also so many other things that I'd try on the menu! I'll stop back every time I'm in Arizona because it's worth the trip to try everything that looks so yummy!

Naturals tones with pops of green make this a delightful place to meet up with your friends. I had the tuna poke bowl. The flavors were super bright and hit all the classic notes of poke. I thoroughly enjoyed the passion fruit black tea, unsweetened of course. I'm not one for overly flavored drinks but they crushed it. I went back for seconds. I'm actually sad I found this on the last day in town, not my first.
