First of all, we usually get salads and I really appreciate the fact that there is a healthy and affordable option right around the corner from our house. We decided today we wanted to try the wraps for the first time. My husband ordered the fajita wrap and Decided he wanted steak so there was a $1.25 uplift for that. He said it was tasty, but some of the steak pieces were a bit chewy. He loved the heat level and it was chock full of fajita type veggies I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap and I enjoy the hot sauce and blue cheese mix of dressing. I only have one complaint and that is I had opted out of carrots and they gave me a choice to add something else so I said tomatoes and they basically put whole cherry tomatoes in my wrap, which were kind of impossible to eat . Those really need to be sliced up or use a different kind of tomato, but I'll not make that mistake again! All in all- great option when you want to eat fresh and decently healthy food- I order the dressing on the side to keep it lighter as well. read more

I've loved Salad and Go from my very first visit a year or two ago. Their menu is simple and healthy so I never feel guilty whenever I get something from here. Their prices are great and for the portion size, you can't complain. This time around, I went to the drive-thru and ordered the Cobb Salad with ranch dressing (instead of blue cheese). The lady over the intercom said, "oohhkayyy." When I got to the window, the guy asked if it was okay if it had blue cheese crumbles on top. I wasn't feeling blue cheese, but I kept quiet to avoid confrontation, plus it seems the salads are pre-made that way. Other than that, this place was quick and the drive-thru was efficient and convenient for me. The salads here are always on point and today's Cobb was no exception. I also like their flavored lemonades, but resisted temptation today, lol. read more

This is most definitely my favorite fast food restaurant. I do not understand why this is not a national chain that is popular everywhere because there isn't much like it. I love the convenience of ordering online and arriving to have it ready on time every time. I tend to order for pickup a little earlier than the standard lunch time (typically 11-11:30), and there is usually a very short wait, nothing to write home about at all. I do know it gets crowded later, but it's easy (for me) to plan around that. They have a bunch of curated salads, but you can also customize everything. There are so many choices that the hardest part is designing the exact salad you want. They are also transparent about their nutrition, and you can easily find all of the nutrition facts on their website, so whether you're tracking calories or macros or you're just curious, it is super easy to figure out. And it is affordable for what it is. For about $10 I can get a huge, healthy lunch that is freshly made. read more

Ugh this was so sad! We order s 8 Caesar salads for a church event and threw away 5 of them! The lettuce was completely rotten. I was trying to stay away from bagged salads for the event and wanted fresh crunchy Salad and Go salads like I'm normally used to. We live in Gilbert and frequent Salad and Go 3 times a week at least. What a disappointment. We got to the event and then realized it which at that point we didn't have time to request replacements. I will not be going back to this location. read more

Many people go to Salad and Go for their fresh salads, wraps, and bowls, but it is also a great place for breakfast burritos and bowls as well. I was amazed that for $3.80 you can get delicious breakfast bowls or burritos with fresh and healthy ingredients. I chose the traditional breakfast burrito with fresh eggs, breakfast potatoes, pepper jack cheese, and turkey sausage instead of bacon with a choice of red or green salsa. I gotta say the burrito was thick and packed with healthy goodness. I didn't like the salsa packaging, but the rest was pretty good and a definite bargain at $3.80, and you can feel good about eating it too. read more

I was the only car in the drive through. I ordered a breakfast burrito. They hand me the bag and immediately I notice they didn't include the salsa. They had asked if I want red or green. The window was closed and they didn't notice me signalling. So I honked my horn to get their attention. Some other person answers the window and I said you forgot my salsa. She gets it and hands it to be with a scowl. Like I'm the jerk. Hey Salad and Go, I'm never going here again. Tired of dealing with stupid, rude employees. I needed a quick, inexpensive breakfast the other day, and so Salad and Go it was! They have breakfast burritos for under $5, and they're pretty hefty. Not the most flavorful thing I've ever had, but still filling. I decided to try the Mediterranean burrito this morning, and it was nice and light. I did enjoy the feta cheese on it! I quit eating fast food junk food years ago. I am thankful to Salad and Go for introducing a new way to me to eat both fast and healthy. I love stopping at a Salad and Go on nights I don't feel like cooking and just want to eat something that is good for me. They promote fresh organic eating and they make it quick. What is great about this place is that the prices are very affordable for healthy eating. In fact, in the past couple years they have lowered their menu prices and increased employee pay. You can get a salad with chicken or tofu for under $7. Salad and Go is also big on being environmental friendly. They have helped by eliminating a bag to put your food in and plastic straws. I am a fan of all of their salads, but lean towards the Jalapeño Ranch as my favorite. I appreciate that they put your salad in a big container so that you can shake up your salad to make sure the dressing is evenly distributed. For breakfast, you can get a breakfast burrito and a cold brew coffee for around $5. Lemonades and cold brew coffee beverages are around $1.50 everyday. Salad and Go is one if my favorite fast food restaurants! This location isn't as busy as some of the other locations. The drive through only has one line but it moves quickly. This location is next to a Quick trip and major intersection so be sure you don't miss the turn. It can be difficult to exit. The staff is always super friendly. There's no outside tables like the other locations. Very reasonably priced. read more

I love Salad and Go for their tasty, well priced and healthy menu items. Their produce always tastes fresh. I'm only taking one star off because no matter what I order, my item is always missing one ingredient. One time the dressing was missing from my thai wrap, and now the orecchiette pasta from my Tuscan salad :( Will continue to come here regardless just wish they put a little more effort into carefully fulfilling orders. read more

Ever since the Volt Investment Holdings became involved in this company it has been going down hill. The last 6 months have put the final nail in the coffin. The quality is nonexistent, service is hit or miss. Good look with them getting your order correct . It's really too bad. The original owners had a really good thing going. It is so affordable if you're looking for a meal that's wallet-friendly but also has great quality. The salads were great but the person who took my order may have been new and just didn't register our order when we placed it. When she repeated the order back (we were trying to get 2 salads, a wrap, and 3 lemonades) she added more food. When we corrected it, she removed all the food and gave us a total for just the drinks. When we got to the window, it took two more repeats and two corrected total later to arrive at the destination Ultimately it was right at the end, but I personally wouldn't ever want to work that hard for a salad and a lemonade again. It was pretty good. First time there. I will give 4 stars because they were fast and staff were friendly. The salad roll ups frankly were too large. No wonder we have an obesity problem in the USA. LOL. I would make them smaller. They were too messy to eat on the go. Which is why I ordered the salad roll ups. It was so stuffed, it just fell apart and sauce leaking everywhere. Might be strange for a review to suggest smaller portions but that is my sincere feedback. Would have enjoyed it and the flavor better if it wasn't so gluttonous. read more

I picked up a breakfast burrito and a cobb salad from this location this morning. I attached a photo of the message the staff left for me on my salad. Seriously, it's the little details like this that can give you the feeling that there is true kindness in this world. Thank you to whoever wrote this when I drove through at about 7:00 AM this morning. My husband and I have definitely eaten from here several times in the past since we live less than a mile away. I distinctly remember that we had Salad and Go for dinner last week, and it was so good that my 2 year old son shared mine. I'll continue to come by here happily! read more

The salads are nice sized with excellent dressings, cherry tomatoes and cheeses veges...healthy fast food. Only negative is no seating available even outside at this location. Ok I was so skeptical about this place when I first saw it. Today my co-workers wanted to eat lunch there so I went! This place is amazing and a game changer for me! I love that you got an extremely generous portion, fixings, and dressing for $5.75. The Arnold Palmer that I had was so good too! They were fast, friendly, and the line moved so smooth. We saw one girl with dyed hair who unassumingly could have been our waiter since she was in our section but only worked with one particular table and ran to the back after each time, but never addressed our table or came by. We eventually had to flag a different waiter down who was able to help us place the order and service us for the rest of our visit, she also informed us that this other "Waiter" was supposed to help us but she wasn't sure why she never made an attempt to do so after having us wait 20 mins and other tables were being serviced. We ordered Flordian French Toast and Elote Breakfast Burrito (plus a couple sides and drink) which were both really good, and filling. Prices weren't too bad for what we ordered and was able to take our mind off of the rather long wait to get helped. We booked an upgraded suite with a separate bedroom and TV room, which gave us plenty of space to spread out. While the layout was great, the room itself could use some updates. The bathroom fixtures were older--the Kohler toilet didn't flush well and was a bit noisy, and the tub/shower combo had rounded sides that made it tricky to stand comfortably. The shower water also never got fully hot. The room had a slightly musty smell, and the carpets would benefit from a deep cleaning. The balcony screen door didn't close tightly, which let a few flies in, and access to the second floor required two sets of stairs since there's no elevator in that section. Even with those issues, the resort's location, views, and overall vibe made the stay enjoyable. With some room refreshes and a bit more maintenance attention, this could easily be a standout property. The setting alone is worth experiencing.

I was looking for a good staycation while also earning American Airlines AAdvantage miles and…read moreloyalty points to maintain my status for another year. I found a great AAdvantage Hotel deal at the Hilton Phoenix Tapatio Cliffs Resort and booked it. While it was a great success of a visit in terms of AAdvantage miles and loyalty points, my actual experience at the hotel itself was less to be desired due to the customer service and a big snafu on their part. I also have Hilton Gold status, though as I booked the hotel through a third party site (AAdvantage Hotels), I could see the stay and the stay history in my Hilton app, but I did not receive any benefits for staying there, which was fine as I didn't expect any anyone. I arrived in person to check in and already reserved and prepaid for a King 1 Bedroom Standard Suite, which had a nice view and reasonably spacious room (but not too much larger than a regular room at another hotel). The room was certainly not upgraded though there was parking available right in front of the entrance. I did not receive anything else at check-in nor did it appear that I'd get my regularly complimentary water. I did pay the daily resort charge which includes high speed internet access, access to the Falls Water Village, an hour at the tennis/pickleball court, an hour at the afternoon golf practice facility, two hours for a mountain bike rental, 20% off seasonal spa services, and 15% off select golf apparel. While I didn't use it, I had easy view and access to the Falls Water Village where you could lounge and play all day on their sun-marked terrace where you could find free-form pools, hot tubs, and cabanas. They even have a 138-foot enclosed water slide. When I checked out, I was told that a bill would be sent to me shortly since I did it on the app early, and when I received the bill, there was a charge for my room at the restaurant at the top of the hill called A Different Point of View. The catch is that I never went to eat there during my stay (or at any onsite restaurant since I live in the area and had my meals offsite). I reached out to the hotel who insisted that I did go there to eat. I promised them I didn't eat anywhere onsite and that they need to look at the receipt and see if it actually has my room number. They confirmed it did and that this meant I ate there. I told them to find my name on it and let me know if it was on there. After several more back and forth conversations, they confirmed it wasn't me and would remove the charge. They then mistakenly charged me double. Then they removed one charge, but it took more than a week before they removed the other charge. By the end of the exchanges, it felt like they were blaming me for their own mistake. While the resort is aged and rather pleasant, there certainly are training issues regarding the customer service offered at this property. I do not plan on staying here again in the future.
