I feel the issue stems at the drive thru lane where the attendant is not as familiar with the ordering portal as he should be to be out there expediting the long line. Not only did they treat me with kindness, they listen to my "I'm a healthy person. "speech as if they were just waiting all day to hear that story from me... Even though I'm not a jerk about it sometimes it just pops out when I'm feeling like I'm out of my defined life choice environments...
