    Mod Harvest Bowl.
    Natalie M.

I ordered the Mod Harvest bowl, my daughter picked it up. The bowl has wild rice in it and it wasn't cooked therefore it's really hard to chew. The whole bowl is inedible. I tried calling and couldn't reach anyone. I'm really disappointed with your customer service as well my order. I have eaten at Sweetgreen when I lived in Los Angeles and never had a problem. I have wasted my money.

Welcome to the neighborhood, Sweetgreen! I'm psyched to have this location close to home... I've only been once so far but I was pleased with my custom salad creation and overall experience. I popped in and ordered my salad to go... I was a fan of the hot honey vinaigrette dressing and the fresh ingredient options. Service was friendly enough. Prices are on par if not a tad bit higher than some of the other salad options nearby. If you're looking for a fast, casual experience with healthy ingredients, check this place out! I will be back and report back in more detail as well.

They just opened 10/28- so I was a customer on day 2- first of the day @10:30 am. Tucked at the corner you can't miss it from the main road . Its location is perfect and strategic .Walked into happy servers , excited to work , very clean , healthy tons of options . I am not new to sweet green I lived in DC where it was originally founded so I kind of have an idea as to what I am walking into. This is not your regular salad place be prepared to spend as much as an entree in terms of price but it's a treat that's definitely worth it . I paid almost $20 for my steak salad but I enjoyed it . This is the second location but welcome to the valley Sweet green .

I'm pretty sure I had every ingredient from my "BYO" bowl in my fridge, but sometimes dinner tastes better when someone else makes it. My bowl from SG was delicious. Good value? Not really, it was 20$, but I did enjoy it and my dog liked the sweet potato's.

Portions are a bit small for the price. They carefully measure everything with a scoop, but somehow only got three pieces of cold spicy broccoli. Most of the food served wasn't hot or was supposed to be hot and wasn't. They gave me alot of red onions though which really doesn't cost anything. Small portions for $13.

So glad sweetgreen opened up here! I lived in DC for a while so i was super excited when this opened up. I ordered online and while fresh, I will say the portion size seemed smaller than I'm used to. The harvest bowl is my favorite!

As an east coaster for a little bit this place warms my heart to see in AZ it was good as always! The experience was great, will be here consistently.

Really like this place. Have been 3x in the last 2weeks since a friend told me about them. But today, they forgot my crispy rice. No bueno for a $16 salad that i was looking forward to all day. HOWEVER - they gave me a $5 credit on the app for the oversight. THIS is how you take care of customers! Thank you so much.

The staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely engaged, which made for a great dining experience. FOOD Deviled Eggs - Great flavor with a bold, well-balanced seasoning. A strong start to the meal. Corn Bread - Really enjoyed this. It had a nice balance of sweet and savory and was moist without being too heavy. Fries - Crispy, well seasoned, and easy to keep reaching for. Swordfish Tacos - I would skip these. The fish didn't taste as fresh as I expected and had a noticeable fishy smell that took away from the dish. Overall, the food was good, but with such a large menu I would probably try different items on a return visit. My favorite part was actually the warm cookie they give you when you leave. It was a really nice touch to end the meal.

Beginners Luck is just that kind of place. Food 4.5/5 - I ordered the Crab and Shrimp Roll with fries. It was excellent and quite a portion. More than enough for a second meal. Loaded with shrimp and crab. I wasn't expecting a crab and shrimp salad but rather a mix of the two warm and buttered in the roll but it was very tasty as served. The only part that was a little off was the burned in brand on the roll the cold salad was served in. The charred flavor with the salad was a little off putting. I just pinched off the burnt bits from the bread. Excellent fries! Service 4/5 - I sat at the bar. Bartender was nice, offered regular menu and restaurant week menu as well. Meal was brought by manager, fries were still piping hot. Bartender and manager checked back to make sure meal was to my liking. Ambiance 5/5 - Cute place. A lot of nice outdoor seating and seating inside but a bit less. All in all a great place with a nice complement of offerings! I will return. If only they had a fly through with rotisserie chicken to go, I would never think of Bandera again.

We were seated inside quickly - it was a slow afternoon. Signs on the door let you know they have A/C however they left the front door propped open so it wasn't that cool inside. We each had a cocktail and they were pretty good - him a Painkiller on Main (he said it was good) and I had Ranch Water Paloma but asked them to mix tequila and mezcal rather than have me choose one over the other. Quite tasty! We just did apps: Fondue Blanc served with linguisa, pretzel bread and roasted cauliflower. The fondue was especially delicious with the cauliflower. We also had pimento cheese served with potato chips and chicharrones. I've only ever tasted grocery store made pimento cheese and was not a fan but when I tasted the pimento cheese at Beginner's Luck, I instantly became enamored. Totally enjoyed it with the chips. I recommend stopping in for a bite when wandering Old Town.

The rice that was mixed in with the bowl also had a weird crunchy texture. Aside, the parking here was also a huge struggle. I really love the aesthetic of this place. First of all it's tucked on the back corner of a strip mall. You wouldn't know it was care without looking, even though there is a small patio that wraps around. The dining room is kind of a great mixture that stuff it's very industrial working with lots of concrete with open duct work, but it also has a lovely tufted Bank at and crystal chandeliers. The perfect balance and I love it. You can see into the kitchen which I also like. Our server was delightful, and I loved the attentiveness, like making sure to move the curtains when the light was hitting in an odd way. I started with a delicious drink that I think was called Mezcal Orange Fizz. It was yummy! For the first course I chose the Salmon Crudo. It had a citrus dressing and crispy rice chip. It was absolutely delicious, but very tiny. I could have licked the plate because the dressing was so yummy. My friend had the gazpacho, which she said was very good With main course I chose the Garlic-Lemon Scallops and Corn. It was four delicious scallops on polenta garnished with popcorn. What a cool surprise! It was really good! My friend had the short ribs which she seemed to like as well. For dessert, we both chose the key lime tart. It was a little bit of heaven on a plate! I really enjoyed it. The portion sizes were appropriate - - what we probably should be eating rather than the huge portions we normally get. I was able to finish everything, and I left full but not stuffed. I did remove a star because I did not like that they charged a gratuity on a check for just one person. I normally tip a minimum of 25%, but they added 18%. I just left it. I understand the need to include the gratuity with a larger party (somehow the server always seems to get the short end on those larger parties). I don't know if that's a normal thing, or a restaurant week thing because, to be honest, hubby always pays the bill. I do recommend this hidden gem of a place. It has a lot going for it and I've always enjoyed my visits here.
