We absolutely love Z's Greek! The food tastes amazing, and the portion sizes are huge! This was our first time dining in as we normally order takeout. The food came out extremely fast, and everything tasted fresh. The dining room was decorated nicely, and the service was excellent. They also have a patio and a drive-thru for pick-up. Definitely recommend checking them out!

Food looked good but the meat was ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. $24 shot to hell.

The beef in the beef kabob is a rubbery, unpleasant tasting, inedible product that should never be served and the owner knows it. It's an insult to the customer. Left it on the table and wasted $24. DON'T SERVE THIS JUNK. do you get it?

This place is always great for good, comforting greek food. I have tried almost everything in the menu at least twice. Don't sleep on the lentil soup, it is SO GOOD. Crispiest fries in town, love their tzatziki sauce, and their village salad is my favorite. Their hummus is creamy and flavorful, and their pitas are my favorite. Huge dining area, the staff is always friendly, plus they have a drive thru too! Best greek food in the Valley. Always, in all ways. I have been coming here for years, and they are consistently good, never fails.

Stopped in for a carry-out lunch order for the first time. I ordered lunch for myself and my co-worker. I ordered the chicken breast pita combo with extra onions and side greek salad. My co-worker's order was the Lamb Souvalki. My pita was excellent. Cooked to order and they made sure to give extra onions as requested. The greek salad was plenty. I love their tzatiki sauce. Very flavorful. Portion size was plenty. The inside of the restaurant was very clean and bright. The cashier was friendly and helpful regarding the menu. There was a little bit of a wait since I ordered when I arrived and the food is made to order.

I'd give this place 5 stars, but my bf was expecting a larger portion given what he typically would expect from other Greek restaurants we've been to - and found the chicken breast to be a bit dry so I dropped one star :'( , but my food was amazing!Adorable ambiance, great quality of food, and service was friendly, quick, and attentive! Totally recommend this place and will be coming back!

Food was fresh, quick, and affordable. Servia was great and even though it's an order at the counter type of place they continued to check on us and make sure everything was good. I had the chicken pita combo and the pita was PACKED. Felt like it was two pitas worth of chicken in one. Would definitely come here again if in the area.

What a popular place to eat in east Phoenix. You can order your favorites as a combo meal or individually at the counter, then have a seat. Outdoor dining and indoor seating are available, as is the drive-thru. All the food had great flavor. My only suggestion is to add tzatziki sauce to the fries. Relax in a family-friendly atmosphere. It's a great place to try if you're just learning about Mediterranean food.

Stopped here after work and went through the drive-thru & paid $24 for a small Greek side salad with pita and a "side of grilled chicken." What I got was a tiny salad and chicken that looked like the bottom-of-the-barrel scraps, not actual pieces of grilled chicken, more like dry crumbles. I honestly thought there had been a mistake, so I called... only to be told the order was correct by someone who was incredibly rude and dismissive. The food tasted okay, but the portions, price, and especially the customer service were ridiculous. Definitely not worth the money or the attitude, won't be back

I've been coming here for years. They have great friendly service. They even have a drive-thru. It's counter service to order but they bring food to the table and now clean up. This is new and they have also started using China and real silverware. The food is absolutely fresh and delicious. Tried the Flaming cheese for the 1st time and it was a show and wonderful with fresh pita. The chicken is moist and cooked perfectly. Love the rice and lemon potatoes. Warm pita and taziki sauce is a must. Please give them a try and they now open 9am.

Buckle up for a flavor odyssey at Z's Greek on Indian School Road in Phoenix--home of the most mind-blowing gyros in the city! This isn't fast food; it's fresh food, served lightning-fast, and oh-so-delicious! The gyros are a juicy, savory masterpiece, and my wife lost it over the chicken gyro--pure love on a pita. The hummus? Silky, addictive perfection. Every dish flying out to other tables looked like a Greek god's feast, with portions so huge I doubted I'd conquer my gyro. Spoiler: I devoured it proudly and left grinning! Stephanie, the star leading the show (yep, she's in the pic!), runs Z's with infectious energy and genuine warmth, making us feel like VIPs in a world where that's rare. The whole crew brings that same welcoming vibe! The menu's a treasure trove--falafel's calling my name next time. They even have a drive through - I would never think that would be possible with this menu, but they do it...and well! From the East Valley to Phoenix, the drive's worth every mile. Z's Greek is a must-hit gem--grab a seat, dig in, and you'll be back before you know it!

The service here was great, but the quality of the meat is really shitty. Knowing how many times this style meat is taken in and out of the fridge and reheated at less than busy places, I wasn't willing to take the chances on the amount of bacteria that might've been in this. If the meat was fresh, it would've been an amazing sandwich, but you can see from the pictures that 90% of the meat on my sandwich was old, dried, and tough to even chew. I'm super bummed because this place has so many amazing reviews. But it seems their quality has gone down quite a bit. Kind of bummed that I spent my money here tbh.

Surprised I haven't left a review yet…read more I love gyro and Middle Eastern food! Green corner has been a favorite for a while now. Big fan of the kibbeh and the beef al sham wraps. The Greek fries are money!! This place is consistent in not just the food, but the service. Everyone is so nice. They are pumped with customers all the time and they keep the place clean and running like a well oiled machine. I've tried over half the menu and everything is good no complaints at all. I'll continue to come here and support green corner. Great job everyone!

What led us to Green Corner back in the dark times of early 2020 when most didnt want to enter and…read moreeat in a restaurant.. was the level of cleanliness and care they took to ensure customers felt comfortable eating during that time frame. But sadly for us, we didn't live anywhere near their original location. So imagine our joy when this location opened a few years later. (And more locations are soon to be open) Staff: every visit to Green Corner and the interactions with staff has been impressive. They are so friendly, talkative, happy and will take you through the menu if it's your first time or repeated trip and want to try something new. I can only image they treat their employees well for everyone to be this pleasant. Food: always amazing, always correct when omitting ingredients for allergies. Massive selection of usual Mediterranean dishes and some great great unique choices. Their lamb is incredible, chops are fantastic but a slightly longer wait to cook; definitely worth the wait. Choices are as massive as their servings. And you can get all the protein choices in plates, bowls, salads or on the side for when you are really hungry. Catering: Nearly every visit we see the staff gathering large container of food for Catering. This never seems to slow down service. Last visit we saw a member of staff counting the food inside the plastic domes to ensure the Catering order was complete. Order food, get a number stand and sit back and wait (not long) for delivery to your table. I'll add here that each time the food is delivered, its with a smile and well wishes. The food and portions are fantastic, they turn hummus into an artwork, they really take pride in their food. My favorite us the Green Corner Mixed grill, I was asked how I would like the meat cooked. Never been asked that before, so I said how do you like it...medium which was extremely tasty... as I am one of those who usually like meat well done. Can't finish, just walk over and pick up togo boxes and bags. One thing that always makes me feel that Green Corner is truly good and authentic food is seeing a number of Middle Eastern and Mediterranean families enjoying their food too. Always a good sign that you have selected a good restaurant. They have a nice outdoor patio and very clean interior. If anyone from the company is reading.. please look at North Phoenix by the TSMC chip plant as your next location. This area is growing immensely and sparse on restaurants

Parking is valet only, but since I'm not about that life, I found some parking on the street in a residential neighborhood five minutes away on foot. Ambiance (5/5): Definitely one of the areas in which thea shines. While they have both an indoor and outdoor area, I highly recommend sitting outside on the rooftop. If you do, you'll experience scenic views of the mountains in the background. If you can catch a sunset here, even better. Outside of the views, the restaurant has the fresh decor you would expect from a Mediterranean/Greek restaurant. There's also an outdoor area, and an indoor bar area, if you're just looking for drinks. Service (5/5): Attentive, friendly, and efficient service. Exactly what I was hoping for, especially on my birthday. They were kind enough to hook me up with a dessert for my special day. Much appreciated! Drinks (4.5/5): A full bar with a nice wine list and an interesting cocktail menu. I split a bottle of wine with my parents, but also started off with a refreshing cocktail. Food (5/5): I started off with the flaming saganaki because how can you say no to cheese flambeed table side. Dinner with a little entertainment. If you've never had saganaki cheese, it's a delicious Greek cheese. Pair it with some pita bread and you have yourself a delicious app. From there, I had the grilled skirt steak with crushed potatoes. Naturally, I ordered my steak medium rare. The skirt steak was sliced and cooked perfectly. The potatoes were well seasoned and paired nicely with the steak. All in all, a perfect meal. My parents similarly had great things to say about their selections. Thea isn't cheap. And it does have the see and be seen type of vibe which I'm not a big fan of. Yet, despite all of that, it's an excellent dining experience all-around. While it's more of a special occasion type of spot in my book, I'm definitely looking forward to stopping by again sometime!
