Everything is so delicious and priced right!! I always go for the gyro, just scrumptious! The bread melts in your mouth, tzatziki sauce and dip is homemade perfection. Protein is always plentiful and juicy good. I also LOVE the hummus, French fries, pita chips, shawarma!!! Please try! Don't hesitate. So worth it!! It's cheaper than fast food and so much better.

This place is the best! I've tried other places in the in the area - and nothing compares. I keep coming back. Great service and great food! Usually takes 10-15mins after order is placed. Definitely try the desserts! You won't regret it!

Really didn't care for the falafel here. It was grainy and didn't taste like true falafel. It came in a wrap with grilled onions and peppers and unknown sauce. A mushy mush of a sandwich. The Greek fries had potential with steak fries, but it was a weird feta cheese sauce that got spread on. Something less decadent would have been better. The homemade baklava cheesecake seemed like it was made days ago and the crust was difficult to cut into. The cheesecake portion was decent. Nice staff, but not good falafel.

    Gluten free dessert available too!

Always great gyros. Seems like a family owned place which is great to see and support. Little pricey but worth it.

Great service, super helpful staff, and they just started a rewards program last week. I will definitely return just for the pet friendliness and great service alone. The food slaps. A family owned sit-down full service place that is quaint, charming and welcoming. We ate in, but there were more carry out orders going than diners. We went after seeing the other good reviews and, as always, Yelpers usually don't miss. We were quickly welcomed and seated. The menu is straightforward, with a nice mix of Mediterranean foods. We had the Chicago gyros, chicken schwarma, beef kofta, lemon rice soup, tabbouleh salad and fries. All were great, but the fries were outstanding! I've eaten a lot of fried potatoes in my life, and really none better. They rounded out the meal-hot, fresh, crunchy and soft. Perfect! If I had to have a "complaint," the lemon garlic aioli on the schwarma was a bit too much, get that "on the side" so you can manage that. Otherwise a great meal. OPA!

I sat at a booth. Service (3.5/5): Service isn't a big part of the experience. You order at the counter and they bring your food to you. After that, the service experienc eends. Drinks (3/5): Pretty much your standard assortment of soft drinks. Food (3/5): If the name wasn't a giveaway, Nick The Greek serves Greek food. I had the steak kebab which is a new menu item. The kebab consists of steak, lettuce, fries, paprika, onions, and tzatziki. I made it a combo with fries and a drink. Overall, an average meal. A little on the smaller side when it comes to the portion size too. I've had a bunch of excellent kebabs in my day. The food here is a notch or two below that. Not bad by any means, just average. The meat lacked the seasoning and tenderness that would make it an A+ meal. With that being said, if you're looking for a quick meal downtown, Nick the Greek makes for a decent choice.

The owner George and his family have been in the restaurant business for decades and they truly have a passion for sharing authentic Greek dishes and cocktails. One of his sons served me and my wife. I inquired about their bourbons on the shelf and received an impromptu tasting of a few whiskeys and given a list of personal recommendations.
