Stopped here since the place we were planning to go was closed that day. This place used to be on the Top 100 list and I really hope the quality was better back then than when we came here. Expensive food with a huge lack in quality. We split a Mixed Shawarma Plate and had high hopes since it looked amazing. The hummus was in a pretty leaf shape, but it had zero flavor. The chicken was dry and salty. The beef was the best part and was cooked nicely, but there were too many fatty pieces. Rice was plain and overcooked (many hard pieces). The pita bread was better than it looked, but would've been better if it had some char to it. My guy tried the baklava and said it was average. I don't like baklava so I didn't try it.

Generous portions and amazing flavors! I tried the chicken kabab plate and it came with salad, rice, hummus, pita, and baklava! Everything was truly so delicious, and I honestly dream about their hummus and chicken now. Portions were big enough to have lunch the next day as well. Great value for around $16 for the meal. Order at the counter and they bring your food to you. Nice and clean restaurant and friendly staff. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Stop in if you're craving some good Mediterranean food!

We've been coming here for the past year and it has been consistently a great place to grab a quick, delicious and healthy meal. We've brought family and friends and everyone has always enjoyed it as well. My husband always gets the gyro sandwich with fries and I'm always trying something different. Different moods and different cravings ranging from emotional carb loading to light leafy protein days. Staff is always so nice too! My toddler loves it here. Little mister French fry connoisseur gives it 4.5 stars! It's a staple in our rotation.

I ordered the chicken shawarma Arabic-style and it was absolutely incredible. When we ordered, the woman helping us was so kind--she even picked out foods she thought my kids would like and gave them baklava to try. Such a friendly experience, and the food was delicious!

I eat with my eyes so the presentation was nice ,the food tasted really good, and the portion size was good this place is definitely worth a return visit

We each tried a piece, way too burnt and dry too eat. Im a fan of a good char, but this is burnt, way overcooked...

We have loved green corner for the 4 years we've known about it. We order through uber eats and doordash all the time, sometimes multiple times a week and at least twice a month. Just got our doordash order of the beef shwarma wrap and the chicken kabob. Ive been a chef for 25 years and run a restaurant. I would never ever send food out like this. Ive never had a problem in the past, but the price of this and the quanity and quality is the worst I've ever seen from them. Uber eats didnt help and now we just wasted $35 for a terrible meal. The beef shwarma was a third of the size it normally is (you can see in the pictures) and kabob plate was less than 2 kabobs and so burnt its inedible. I recommend this place to everyone, and if this is how they are going to run their restaurant, i dont want to be the person who recommended this to anybody. Shame on you guys. This will be the last time I order from them. Incredibly disappointing!

    Green Corner Combo (~$21)

Ordered: Green Corner Combo (~$21): one skewer each of lamb kafta kabab, chicken kabab, beef shish kabab, and one falafel served with rice, Greek salad, hummus, garlic sauce, and pita bread Aya's take: I placed an order for the Green Corner Combo knowing I wasn't going to eat it until hours later, so my expectations were pretty low on taste & quality. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I did finally have it! To start, ~$21 for the Green Corner Combo with 3 types of meat is a steal! This is definitely shareable among 2 people or split into 2 meals. The lamb kafta kabab and beef shish kabab were super tender and well-seasoned. The chicken kabab was on the drier side but had good flavor. I like that this combo came with rice, Greek salad, bread, hummus, and garlic sauce as it made it feel like a more complete meal. The rice & bread were as expected and went well with the meats. Being Middle Eastern myself, I've had my fair share of hummus and garlic sauce. These two missed the mark as there wasn't much flavor but for a fast-casual option like this, it's not too bad. The ingredients of the Greek salad were a bit disproportionate. I had so many olives in mine but again, it was pretty standard in terms of flavor. All in all, the Green Corner Combo kept me full for hours, was decently healthy, and is great value!

Each time I vacation in Scottsdale this is one of my "go to" take outs. The food is fresh and tasty and not over seasoned. I ordered the gyro plate $15.99 lamb beef with hummus , pita bread, Greek salad, and yellow rice . Service is exceptional and orders are quick . Healthy and filling more than enough for one or two . Also, they packed a free baklava which was the perfect ending to a great meal . Thanks Green Corner ! I'll be back again

Farzo at the register gave me and my friends 10/10 guest service. He was kind, accommodating, and checked up on us multiple times. The food was fantastic, and cheap, and the ambiance was nice and calm. Once again, Farzo was amazing, than man deserves a raise!

I ordered takeout from here for the first time after hearing great things. I ordered the gyros plate Chicago style and the beef shish kebab plate. As someone who loves Mediterranean food, everything was delicious. The guy that gave me my order also gave me baklava on the house which was the perfect dessert to eat after a savory meal. The restaurant was busy when I arrived, everyone was enjoying their meals and chatting away. The dining area is spacious and there is also an outdoor patio. Next time I want to dine in!

Sunday afternoon I drove with my son to pick up for a catering order for a small birthday party of 25 plus at Green Corner a Mediterranean restaurant on north Scottsdale road . Greeted by a holiday trimmed tree , a lively crowd were eating ,talking , seemed like a community where people knew one another Quickly 3 large boxes were carried by a staff member to our vehicle . At home there were 2 large beef trays ,one chicken ,& one rice . The meat dishes were layered with pita bread on the top too . The 25 ? Troll party guests "dug" into the food with vigor $ delight . After having award winning bbq the night before this was all delicious and unique for me . We all enjoyed the fresh tasty food . The shawarma & gyro beef dishes were tender both with different spices as was the chicken sear dish . They was beef sahwarma, gyro beef ,& chicken sahwarma all with unique spices . The pita bread tasted homemade. Adding salad & veggie's, humus Et al a very healthy feeling meal even with the beef dishes . I also heard their wraps are very good too . Great garlic dip & tahini . I was surprised at my satisfaction and admiration of the Green Corner food & community feel at the restaurant. Try it & you won't be disappointed.

Was back in Scottsdale visiting family and found Green Corner using trusty Yelp. Went in around 130 on a Friday and they were SLAMMED. Every seat taken and a line. I ordered a gyro and a Greek salad to go. Waited about 10 minutes which to me isn't terrible especially with how busy they were but might be long for some. However, someone working hard to clean tables as they turned noticed me waiting and hustled to get my order out and together for me. He was particularly hard working and kind. Much appreciated! The gyro itself was almost 5 stars. Like...SO close. Omg it was HUGE! I have eaten a lot of gyros at a lot of places and I can tell you this is the only place that doesn't skimp on the extras. Not only a ton of meat...but tons of everything! It was SO good and so filling. I easily could have eaten just half. But of course that's not how I roll so I ate the whole thing. I was too full to eat the salad, though. Had the salad the next day and it was still incredibly fresh. Again, good portion and good amount of ingredients. If you're in Scottsdale definitely make this one a habit.

Parking is valet only, but since I'm not about that life, I found some parking on the street in a residential neighborhood five minutes away on foot. Ambiance (5/5): Definitely one of the areas in which thea shines. While they have both an indoor and outdoor area, I highly recommend sitting outside on the rooftop. If you do, you'll experience scenic views of the mountains in the background. If you can catch a sunset here, even better. Outside of the views, the restaurant has the fresh decor you would expect from a Mediterranean/Greek restaurant. There's also an outdoor area, and an indoor bar area, if you're just looking for drinks. Service (5/5): Attentive, friendly, and efficient service. Exactly what I was hoping for, especially on my birthday. They were kind enough to hook me up with a dessert for my special day. Much appreciated! Drinks (4.5/5): A full bar with a nice wine list and an interesting cocktail menu. I split a bottle of wine with my parents, but also started off with a refreshing cocktail. Food (5/5): I started off with the flaming saganaki because how can you say no to cheese flambeed table side. Dinner with a little entertainment. If you've never had saganaki cheese, it's a delicious Greek cheese. Pair it with some pita bread and you have yourself a delicious app. From there, I had the grilled skirt steak with crushed potatoes. Naturally, I ordered my steak medium rare. The skirt steak was sliced and cooked perfectly. The potatoes were well seasoned and paired nicely with the steak. All in all, a perfect meal. My parents similarly had great things to say about their selections. Thea isn't cheap. And it does have the see and be seen type of vibe which I'm not a big fan of. Yet, despite all of that, it's an excellent dining experience all-around. While it's more of a special occasion type of spot in my book, I'm definitely looking forward to stopping by again sometime!

That tiny note is one of the great understatements in Scottsdale dining. What it really means is: bring people you like, clear your calendar, abandon moderation, and prepare for a full-scale feast. Eight of us booked it. At $200 per person before alcohol, and with a wine list good enough to encourage thoroughly defensible excess, this is not a casual dinner. But the first board hit the table and any concern about value disappeared. The charcuterie spread looked less like an appetizer and more like the catering plan for a small celebration: ribbons of prosciutto, mortadella, salami, sweet and spicy sausages, imported buffalo mozzarella, piles of cheeses, fruit, nuts, grilled peppers glossed with olive oil, toasted bread, and a large bowl full of premium Italian cheese made from the milk of Mediterranean water buffaloes - true "bufala." We barely made a dent in it. The single best bite I had all night may have been the simplest: bread, buffala, those peppers, and a generous fold of prosciutto. Salty, creamy, sweet, smoky, rich. One of those bites that shuts down conversation for a moment. Then came the pasta course: huge paccheri, almost obscenely generous, cooked exactly right and coated in a deep, meaty sauce that tasted as though it had been simmering all day for this exact purpose. There were grilled sausages too, plus a warm, fiery n'duja condiment that made an already indecent meal even more indecent. And then there was the arugula salad - simple, sharp, properly dressed, shaved with parmigiano, somehow good enough that later, when we went around the table naming favorite bites of the night, more than one person picked the salad. That tells you something important: this was not just abundance. This was abundance with standards. Then the pig arrived. Whole. Burnished. Beautiful. The skin was the kind of thing people spend years chasing and almost never find: not merely crisp, but shatteringly, absurdly crisp - paper-thin, glassy, almost like caramelized lacquer. Underneath was luscious, fatty, slow-roasted pork that managed to be rich without losing its structure. Put a piece of that skin on top of a little meat and rendered fat and the effect is almost unfair: the greatest pork imaginable riding on the greatest cracker ever made. The potatoes alongside were outrageous - roasted to that perfect point where the edges are savage and the interiors go soft, clearly acquainted with pork fat and every blessing it can bestow. The greens held their own. Nothing on the platter felt like an obligation. Everything deserved to be there. By then the table was already wrecked in the happiest possible way, and yet dessert still came out in what felt like a parade: chocolate - the sticky toffee kind, butterscotch budino, gelati, and more sweets than eight people had any business facing after everything that preceded them. It was excessive, theatrical, and completely in keeping with the meal. The kitchen had chosen its thesis early - pleasure without apology - and saw it through to the end. What made this dinner memorable was not just the scale, though the scale was frankly ridiculous. We all left with full bags of leftovers, each one loaded with containers from different courses, and it still felt as though the meal could have fed another full table. Plenty of restaurants can overwhelm you with quantity. Very few can do it while making each component feel like the best version of itself. The mozzarella. The peppers. The pasta. The salad. The pig skin. The potatoes. The luxurious pudding. Nothing felt like filler. Nothing felt mailed in. This meal felt like Thanksgiving, Easter, a wedding dinner, and a fiftieth anniversary feast all rolled into one, then tightened up by a kitchen that knows exactly what it is doing. It was glorious, yes, but more importantly it was precise. If you have six to eight people who genuinely love to eat, book the whole suckling pig dinner at Virtù Honest Craft. It is one of the great shared feasts I have ever had anywhere. It's my new death penalty meal.
