My visit to Pita Jungle left me feeling mixed. This location has been around years and has never disappointed me in the past. This time I was slightly surprised by one of their offerings. I ordered the G.O.A.T. Chicken Sandwich. I found it to be less than "GOAT". It was dry and bland. Even the sauce on it wasn't enough to change my mind. On the flip side, the Moroccan Gazpacho soup was amazing! This is a seasonal offering which should be on the menu year round. The Roasted Red Pepper Hummus, pita and Berry Hibiscus Iced Tea were great. The restaurant is neat, clean and provides a pleasant atmosphere with its decor. The service was fast and friendly. Pita Jungle offers many delicious options, but next time I'll pass on the G.O.A.T. Chicken Sandwich. read more

So me and my mom went to the Indian school store and honestly we've given up on good customer service, the manager we call him hoops because of his super awesome gauges came by made sure that we had everything we needed, and with the server Ally gave us the best experience best customer service I've had in a long long time. I always enjoy coming here! Easily satisfied with great tasting healthy food every time. You can never go wrong with their cilantro jalapeno hummus. My faves are the Chicken Combo Platter, Mahi & Pita Chips, & Wood-fired Norwegian Salmon. I've been eating at Pita Jungle for years and it's usually good but tonight it was a miss. I ordered the turkey pesto lavash wrap which I've had several times. I noticed the turkey was not the same as it usually is. It was square chunks of turkey- it reminded me of dog food. The wrap was also very soggy. First time visiting this location. We had Pita Jungle in Scottsdale during our last visit and we wanted to come back during our recent visit in Camelback East. This time our table ordered the chicken schwarma wrap, the Mediterranean grilled chicken salad and the Greek salad with the added protein of shaved gyro. All was enjoyed ! I love Pita Jungle, and that each location has a different feel to it. This location in Arcadia is a little smaller with an African theme (wooden masks, etc). There is a bar, and they serve my favorite white sangria. Wow. So bad. I wish I took a picture of my food to show you how awful it looked. I ordered their seasonal falafel sandwich which came out on a plate with nothing on it but a disgusting looking sandwich, you would think some effort would be put into making food look appetizing? They squirted ketchup or some sauce on the plate. The apparent owners sat at a table right in front of us, the way this was handled was unprofessional. And by that, I mean they did nothing. Soggy wrap that I requested no dressing or mayo on it. I requested it on the side. The remade it and put the same soggy salad in a new lavash wrap. They clearly used old lettuce in the wrap bc lettuce shouldn't be wet unless it old or has dressing on it. This place has went downhill for sure. read more

Came here last night and was extremely disappointed. (I've dined at numerous other Pita Jungle locations before) I ordered the Chicken-Asada Super Greens 'n Grains Southwest Bowl from their summer menu. The menu listed the following items in the bowl: red quinoa, AVOCADO, tomato, roasted jalapeno, red onion, cilantro, parsley, sumac. When I received my bowl, I noticed there were no avocado, I asked my server and she told me they were out of avocado, but NEVER told me this as I was placing my order. As I was eating my food, I bit on 3 different CHICKEN BONES mixed in my bowl. The 3 bones were big in size, which could have easily been a choking hazard. This place is just reliably solid. Never disappoints. I used to live in the San Francisco Bay Area with plenty of middle eastern joints and this compares favorably. I've ordered many items off their menu usually sticking to typical middle eastern fare but they do have lots of other options. Ordered a tzatziki to share and it came with one pita bread since we ordered the small. Was a bit disappointed in the pita to dip ratio but the dip was definitely tasted fresh. Ordered what I remembered to be a shawarma salad which was packed with veggies and fresh chicken which I enjoyed. I did think it felt a bit dry so asked for additional tahini. I think it would have benefitted from more sauce or another type of dressing to begin with. Service was.. fine. I had Pita Jungle delivered last week from the 44th street and Indian School location. It arrived on time, the order was 100% correct, and the food was delicious. The veggie lavash wrap was huge, enough for two meals. I ordered it without red onions and they were thoughtful enough to also not put red onions on the side salad which I appreciated. Was at Pita Jungle today with a party of 4. Two of us ordered a portabella burger, and 1 of them without a bun. (GF) Neither of us could find much of the mushroom! Super thinly cut. It would have been more valid to call it a "red pepper burger." There were lots of red peppers and some spring lettuce and lots of vinegar, but definitely disappointing. The waiter was very attentive and I generally like pita jungle, but a mushroom burger should have more than a thin slice of mushroom. Spent $100 and 2 of us were disappointed. :( read more

Not sure if my choice was poor but I felt I could do my exact meal at home and when I go out I'm trying to get something that it's either unique tasting or hard to make at home. The girl Selenia working the bar and to go area was so exceptional. She gave me impeccable service.
