We were luckily sat at one of the chef's tables which meant we had the opportunity to enjoy some amuse-bouche treats from the kitchen. Menu was concise with so many great-looking options. Started our meal with the raclette cheese, duck spring rolls, brussels, and le wedge. Raclette platter was divine and made my heart happy as we watched the cheese be poured over the bread. Brussels were perfect and were devoured quickly. Would pass on the spring rolls next time. For our mains, we went with the bone-in ribeye with additions of a broiled lobster tail, truffle butter, steak sauce, and Sam's noodles; wife decided on the ricotta ravioli. My teammates and I had such a fun night out at Le Âme on Monday! The Steak and endless Frites for $35 was the perfect way for us to celebrate a work promotion for one of our gals! The restaurant is nicely dim with an elegant atmosphere for great photo opportunities. Their menu offers a variety of appetizers, entrees, & drinks/cocktails to enjoy. Our salad appetizer included a delicious vinaigrette on a small bed of butter lettuce. The steaks and frites came to the table shortly after which were all cooked to everyone's satisfaction. The Global Ambassador is doing it right. I've been to Théa three times, the lobby bar, and it was only right to go to Le Ame. What made the dinner that much better was their $35 steak frites special. I have nothing but positive things to say. The restaurant itself is beautiful! I always love open kitchen concepts because seeing the chefs in action is always amazing. It felt very moody and romantic with the candlelight dinner, dim lighting and dark colors. The steak was melt-in-your-mouth perfection and I upgraded to the truffle fries, which I do not regret one bit. The one thing I do regret is not eating more of them, considering the fries were endless. The meal also started with a crisp and light salad that had a dressing I could probably drink. My boyfriend and I wanted to order some appetizers, but I'm glad we didn't because by the end of the meal, we were full. I did order the petite creme brûlée though, which was not petite at all. It was huge and only priced at $9... that felt illegal. Our waitress had a very calming presence and she was lovely! I can't remember her name but it started with a "T" and she had pretty, curly hair. I think the manager was walking around, asking how everyone was doing too, which is always great. Beautiful space + 5-star service! First time trying Le Âme at The Global Ambassador, and it was a great spot for a business lunch. The space is absolutely gorgeous and has that elevated, sophisticated feel you'd expect from the Global Ambassador. Service was truly 5-star from start to finish. I've had the Caesar salad at the lobby bar plenty of times, so I was excited to try the Chicken Caesar Wrap--and it was just as delicious! The French onion soup was good, although it was a little too rich and a bit heavy on the wine flavor for my taste. Overall, a beautiful setting, excellent service, and a great lunch experience. Where do I begin? This place is OUTSTANDING The service is top notch and every single employee is on top of it. I've been several times as I'm starting to become a regular. The ambiance of the place overall is so nice. It's located inside Global Ambassador Hotel. It offers indoor and outdoor seating. No misters outside so plan on that. They also validate parking, as well as having valet out front. Before I talk about how yummy the food is, I want to give a huge shout out to Shamitt, I believe it was the manager of the evening. He checked on tables to make sure everyone was satisfied. Even when our table had a minor hiccup, he made sure to turn the whole evening around and top it off (which wasn't needed but that's how they are, always going above and beyond). Every waitress or waiter I've had is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Just this alone makes me want to come back every time. Now about the food. Words don't do it justice. You have to come by and try it for yourself! I always order the escargot they did recently change it from a savory version back in May, to now it's a lemony, breadcrumb, light version. Both versions are delicious (maybe offer both?). This particular evening I was there for the steak frites dinning menu....WORTH IT! It's silly not to order this. The steak is a decent size and you get lots of fries. My table and I split the steak frites menu and order a few things from the appetizers and we were stuffed. Had a wonderful dining experience at this establishment for my birthday. I was able to make a reservation online and our table was available upon arrival. They were really sweet and put us at a booth with candlelight and ambience was just pretty romantic. This restaurant really made me feel special on my birthday. For the food, we both end up ordering steak and frites as it was an offering on that evening and included unlimited fries. My husband could not get enough of this. He also got the truffle fries which were flavored just right. My steak was done perfectly and the flavor was just right. We also were able to have some drinks and our server was able to score us some beer from a nearby establishment that was on tap that was delicious. The icing on top of the evening is that they gave me a complementary crème brûlée for my birthday and it was very good. I'm not even a big crème brûlée person, but the char on top of the crème brûlée was so crispy and so caramelized that you could not resist eating that entire thing. All in all, I would definitely come back here. I would love to try some of the other items on the menu. Plus the espresso smelled amazing. I will say that this is a place you should get a reservation for because it was very busy. We started with the French onion soup and ricotta ravioli, and both were excellent. The soup was rich with a perfectly browned cheese top, and the ravioli was simple but really well balanced. I even ordered a second latte in hopes the first one was just a mess up but they both were tasteless, watery and not elevated given it's a very expensive hotel. Holy smokes - this is a meal I'll be wanting again and again. Recently visited on a breakfast date and decided to truly indulge. The service was stellar from the get-go, and we were quickly seated and tended to. The coffee was flavorful and yet not overly sweet, which paired great once our savory meal arrived. The duck fat hashbrowns are out of this world and I wish these could be my breakfast more often. The crispy exterior pairs so well with the delicate and gooey interior. I wasn't sure how full it was going to be so I made a reservation online for 11:45 am. FYI we did our own self parking outside the garage but we found parking can get validated here. I started off with the pressed juice, Parisian Cure: Carrot, Apple, Cucumber, Ginger, Lemon. It was so good! That is usually my to go to blend of fruits and veggies for a pressed juice. Very natural tasting and perfect. 5/5. You can take these to go which I will in the future. Fair price too compared to other places. My partner has the L'orange martini: Park VS. Apricot Liqueur, Cointreau, Lemon, Orange Oil. He found it strong (but that's the nature of martinis), flavorful and refreshing. He enjoyed it 5/5. Next up we shared the French onion soup and Caesar salad and they were made into our own individual portions. French onion soup wax to die for! Definitely an upscale busy restaurant here but they work to earn your respect by paying attention to the basics of service. They're friendly, courteous, and focus in on the reason for your visit. In this case we were celebrating a big birthday for my mom and Jenna made sure she felt special and welcomed. The basics here are also handled well- food coming out quickly, plates being cleared away etc. My sister and I shared a Prime Rib French Dip and I enjoyed every aspect of it. The bread can make or break the sandwich but it was the perfect consistency and I loved the garlic butter on it. Gruyère was a good choice for the cheese. We appreciated that Jenna brought a complimentary crème brûlée for my mom's birthday but she took it a step further. She arranged for us to have the larger size so that the four of us could split the dessert - truly going above and beyond. Redemption! Went back and gave Le Ame a second chance and they absolutely redeemed themselves. What an amazing dinner we had. Every course was great but my favorite was the steak frites. I loved the attention and humor provided by our server that night. They really made the atmosphere so welcoming. My favorite dish of the night had to be the steak tartare. It was melt in your mouth, and the toasted baguette added great texture without overpowering the tartare. I ended up ordering the steak frites and subbed in the truffle fries. Although it was good, I do have to note that the cut of steak was pretty fatty and the truffle fries were a little salty for my liking. It was still very good, just something to note when you order. If you're looking for a romantic date night spot that's definitely more upscale than your run-of-the-mill chain steakhouse joint, but not snooty or ridiculously priced, this is it! We had to get two variations of potatoes of course, because I'm obsessed with potatoes for sides and that twice-baked potato was HEAVENLY! I would love to come back and try more of the appetizers, or the oysters, because I hear they're great. The service is "European," which in Phoenix translates to: "I will acknowledge your existence once every twenty minutes, provided you look like you own a yacht." Good French inspired restaurant! Went here over the Valentine weekend with reservations. The interior is beautifully ensembled and was probably my favorite part of this location honestly. It really looks amazing indoors at night. Since we had reservations (and considering it was basically still valentine's day) we were seated quite promptly even though we arrived a little later than expected. The place was PACKED when we arrived and seating was fairly close to one another. Service was great at checking on us, taking our orders, and refilling our drinks without letting them sit too long. We were celebrating an anniversary so they served us two glasses of wine(?) as well as a cookie dessert on the house. Definitely nice gestures, especially since both tasted good. We ordered quite a bit of food, some of which I wasn't too thrilled with. The Truffled Brie Baguette was decent but underwhelming in my opinion and didn't really justify the price for 4 pieces of stuffed bread. The Steak Tartare was okay but on the salty side. As for the other food and drinks, such as the Truffle Twice Baked Potato and Old Fashioned were both really good. The main entrees like the Ricotta Ravioli and Sole were amazing, but a little much considering proportions and price. I'm not local to the AZ but I had a great time here and so did my girlfriend.
