Celebrated my best friend's birthday here under a reservation for 8 people, and I have to say that the service and quality of the food were excellent. We were expecting to be seated in the main dining area, but they led us into the private dining room. It was definitely unexpected, but we were excited nonetheless. It provided a very intimate setting where we could hear each other without shouting, which really provided the perfect atmosphere for the birthday celebration. I loved the attention and humor provided by our server that night. They really made the atmosphere so welcoming. My favorite dish of the night had to be the steak tartare. It was melt in your mouth, and the toasted baguette added great texture without overpowering the tartare. I ended up ordering the steak frites and subbed in the truffle fries. Although it was good, I do have to note that the cut of steak was pretty fatty and the truffle fries were a little salty for my liking. It was still very good, just something to note when you order. I wasn't able to try the chicken my friend ordered, but it seemed to be a table favorite! If I am able to come back, I will definitely have to try it! Overall, I had a wonderful experience here.

Came here for a celebratory brunch after graduating grad school and we had a lovely time. The restaurant is gorgeous and tables are well spaced. Cocktails were delicious, as were the steak frites and my family both enjoyed their meals as well. The hit though was the dessert. I'm already a sucker for crème brûlée, and I loved it, but my family isn't big on dessert, the the sticky toffee pudding had them in heaven.

Went here for my birthday dinner! We had a reservation for 8 people and they gave us a private room. The room was a really nice touch for the night. Our server was so lovely and really personable. The steak tartare was good and i loved the bread that came with it, it was perfectly toasted with butter. The star of the show was the truffle roasted chicken, the chicken wasn't dry at all and it was paired with a savory, little sweet sauce, I highly recommend. I will definitely be coming back.

Where do I begin? This place is OUTSTANDING The service is top notch and every single employee is on top of it. I've been several times as I'm starting to become a regular. The ambiance of the place overall is so nice. It's located inside Global Ambassador Hotel. It offers indoor and outdoor seating. No misters outside so plan on that. They also validate parking, as well as having valet out front. Before I talk about how yummy the food is, I want to give a huge shout out to Shamitt, I believe it was the manager of the evening. He checked on tables to make sure everyone was satisfied. Even when our table had a minor hiccup, he made sure to turn the whole evening around and top it off (which wasn't needed but that's how they are, always going above and beyond). Every waitress or waiter I've had is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Just this alone makes me want to come back every time. Now about the food. Words don't do it justice. You have to come by and try it for yourself! I always order the escargot they did recently change it from a savory version back in May, to now it's a lemony, breadcrumb, light version. Both versions are delicious (maybe offer both?). This particular evening I was there for the steak frites dinning menu....WORTH IT! It's silly not to order this. The steak is a decent size and you get lots of fries. My table and I split the steak frites menu and order a few things from the appetizers and we were stuffed. Not a lot of places have a good dessert menu...but this place does! Everything on the dessert menu I've had, and I would get them all again. Overall, you can't go wrong here! Everything checks the boxes. They will be seeing me again, and again!

Had a wonderful dining experience at this establishment for my birthday. I was able to make a reservation online and our table was available upon arrival. They were really sweet and put us at a booth with candlelight and ambience was just pretty romantic. This restaurant really made me feel special on my birthday. I really enjoyed that they gave me a handwritten card and everyone was just very happy to be there. Our server was a delight and I would definitely come back here. For the food, we both end up ordering steak and frites as it was an offering on that evening and included unlimited fries. My husband could not get enough of this. He also got the truffle fries which were flavored just right. My steak was done perfectly and the flavor was just right. We also were able to have some drinks and our server was able to score us some beer from a nearby establishment that was on tap that was delicious. The icing on top of the evening is that they gave me a complementary crème brûlée for my birthday and it was very good. I'm not even a big crème brûlée person, but the char on top of the crème brûlée was so crispy and so caramelized that you could not resist eating that entire thing. All in all, I would definitely come back here. I would love to try some of the other items on the menu. Plus the espresso smelled amazing. I will say that this is a place you should get a reservation for because it was very busy. But the experience itself was perfect and just looking at all the cute outfits that the staff was wearing was a vibe. Btw the robust amount of management that came by to check on our table was authentic. It just ensured that they were about you having a good experience. This Parisian restaurant is located inside of the global ambassador so you are able to valet your car or you can also park in the nearby garage. This happened to be our third time here and we were not aware that we could get validation for parking in the nearby garage.

Everything about my life experience was top tier! Went for brunch with my bestie for our bdays and our waiter was the absolute best! Definitely on the pricier side, but service, food, atmosphere, were all worth it!

UPDATE on my review: I went here for brunch and I'm disappointed at how beautiful the hotel is and the coffee is just meh. I even ordered a second latte in hopes the first one was just a mess up but they both were tasteless, watery and not elevated given it's a very expensive hotel. The quiche was very good but salad was eh as well. It was just spring mix tossed with olive oil. They do validate parking if you park in the parking garage but I would skip out on the coffee bar here.

Holy smokes - this is a meal I'll be wanting again and again. Recently visited on a breakfast date and decided to truly indulge. The service was stellar from the get-go, and we were quickly seated and tended to. The coffee was flavorful and yet not overly sweet, which paired great once our savory meal arrived. The duck fat hashbrowns are out of this world and I wish these could be my breakfast more often. The crispy exterior pairs so well with the delicate and gooey interior. Not to mention the sauce it is paired with is amazing. We split the French dip and eggs Benedict which was more than enough food for two. We followed up the meal with sticky toffee pudding which brought the whole experience to a perfect closing. Our server was attentive and helpful in terms of providing suggestions on pairings. We will definitely be back!

Wow! This place lives up to the hype. We have been intending to make our way over here for sometime now. We came on Memorial Day for lunch. I wasn't sure how full it was going to be so I made a reservation online for 11:45 am. FYI we did our own self parking outside the garage but we found parking can get validated here. It wasn't too full and we got seated right away. The inside is beautiful and elegant. Service was excellent. Everyone was so attentive. I started off with the pressed juice, Parisian Cure: Carrot, Apple, Cucumber, Ginger, Lemon. It was so good! That is usually my to go to blend of fruits and veggies for a pressed juice. Very natural tasting and perfect. 5/5. You can take these to go which I will in the future. Fair price too compared to other places. My partner has the L'orange martini: Park VS. Apricot Liqueur, Cointreau, Lemon, Orange Oil. He found it strong (but that's the nature of martinis), flavorful and refreshing. He enjoyed it 5/5. Next up we shared the French onion soup and Caesar salad and they were made into our own individual portions. French onion soup wax to die for! By far my favorite onion soup I've had. 5/5 The Caesar salad called the, cacio e Pepe Caesar was simple but perfect. Dressing wasn't too peppery and great in flavor. I was worried about the croutons being more crumbled but it still added the perfect crunch. 5/5 Next up, main dish: steak frites. Amaaaazing! We've been on a mission to look for a yummy steak frites and everywhere we've been we have been disappointed (flavor off, sauce terrible, temperature of meat over or under cooked, steak quality not good, fries unimpressive). HOWEVER that was not the case here! EVERYTHING was delicious. The steak was cooked to perfect. Flavor was simple yet enough. The quality of the steak was good for what it was. Got the classic fries and they were beautifully made with crisp crunchy outside and soft inside. Salty but not too salty fries that hit perfect with every bite. Looooooved! 5/5 I came in with skepticism but left with happy stomach and heart! This place definitely lived up to the hype. Happy we came. I would love to check out the coffee/matcha in the future. I also would love to find back to check out the dinner since we loved it so much. What a great experience. Definitely recommend!

Redemption! Went back and gave Le Ame a second chance and they absolutely redeemed themselves. What an amazing dinner we had. Every course was great but my favorite was the steak frites. Perfectly cooked medium rare, the seasoning on the steak was perfect and hot crispy fries to go with it. Service and ambience was also amazing this time around as we went for dinner and not brunch. All in all, a great meal for the 5 of us and we all walked out saying we can't wait to come back.

Wonderful service very nice atmosphere... It was very busy... We went for the $35 steak and fry meal The garlic aïoli was amazing and I'm really glad that they offer truffle fries as an option instead of just plain fries

Definitely an upscale busy restaurant here but they work to earn your respect by paying attention to the basics of service. They're friendly, courteous, and focus in on the reason for your visit. In this case we were celebrating a big birthday for my mom and Jenna made sure she felt special and welcomed. The basics here are also handled well- food coming out quickly, plates being cleared away etc. My sister and I shared a Prime Rib French Dip and I enjoyed every aspect of it. The bread can make or break the sandwich but it was the perfect consistency and I loved the garlic butter on it. Gruyère was a good choice for the cheese. We appreciated that Jenna brought a complimentary crème brûlée for my mom's birthday but she took it a step further. She arranged for us to have the larger size so that the four of us could split the dessert - truly going above and beyond. The valet area is a little hectic ( and $) but you do have the option to self park instead. Le Âme was a nice spot to celebrate with our mother.

Came here and tried the salted maple latte, so good! Also tried the lemon blueberry danish. The service was great, she had some awesome recommendations and was very friendly. The space is great if you want to grab a coffee and/or study. There's lots of people on their laptops studying. Definitely want to come back when I need to get some work done. I want to come back and try their espresso martini!

Even though there was a longer wait, the food and experience made it feel worth it. The smoked brisket Benedict is the standout. The brisket is tender with a deep, smoky flavor. The eggs are perfectly poached, and when everything comes together on the English muffin base, it hits that rich, savory-sweet balance without feeling too heavy. The French toast is Thick-cut and caramelized on the edges, without being overly sugary. It's well-complemented by fresh fruit and just enough syrup so it doesn't turn into dessert overload too early in the day. Overall, Brunch Snob feels like a spot that knows how to do comfort brunch.

Great Group Dining Experience, But Reservations Are Highly Recommended…read more I recently visited Brunch Snob with my fitness group after our weekend session. For anyone planning a visit, please be aware that the wait times can be significant if you do not have a prior reservation. Fortunately, our large party of over 10 guests was able to utilize an indoor corner space to wait comfortably until our table was ready. Once we were seated, the service was excellent. The staff was incredibly patient and attentive while managing a table of our size. The food and beverage options were generally well-received, though there were a few minor details to note. One guest mentioned that the options for mimosa flights were somewhat limited. On the food side, my order of the Mexican Cowboy Bowl was excellent and prepared exactly as expected. While most of our group's orders were correct, one eggs Benedict arrived overcooked despite a specific request during ordering to avoid this. Given the size of our party, the guest chose to accept the dish rather than send it back. Billing Tip: For transparency, an automatic 20% gratuity was included in the final bill for our large group. I recommend double-checking your receipt to keep this in mind before adding any additional tips. Overall, it is a great brunch destination with quality dishes, but making a reservation ahead of time is highly advisable.

The interior is pretty long with a large number of seating inside the building so we had no trouble getting seated right away by the hostess. We decided on food relatively quickly due to previous experience with the business, however, our waiter never came around to take our orders or even give us water at the table. We saw one girl with dyed hair who unassumingly could have been our waiter since she was in our section but only worked with one particular table and ran to the back after each time, but never addressed our table or came by. We eventually had to flag a different waiter down who was able to help us place the order and service us for the rest of our visit, she also informed us that this other "Waiter" was supposed to help us but she wasn't sure why she never made an attempt to do so after having us wait 20 mins and other tables were being serviced. We ordered Flordian French Toast and Elote Breakfast Burrito (plus a couple sides and drink) which were both really good, and filling. Prices weren't too bad for what we ordered and was able to take our mind off of the rather long wait to get helped. Not sure if we'll come back to this particular location again, but it was nice trying the restaurant out another time.
