PYRO is an elevated modern Asian Fusion spot suited for a nice dining experience or a celebratory meal. To get here, there is an adjacent parking garage and the restaurant will validate your parking. Inside, they have a gorgeous interior with a good amount of seating. Wifey and I had brunch reservations and were seated right away. For their menu, they have a nice selection of uniquely crafted items to choose from. I got the Pyro Cheeseburger, she got the Sweet Potato Hash, and we got the Ube Panna Cotta for dessert. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and had a great time here. All of the staff here are very friendly and welcoming. What a gorgeous space! It's beautiful and very clean. There are both an outdoors and indoors areas. I can't speak for what it's like at dinner time, but it was very pleasant for brunch. Not crowded and not loud. I like the open kitchen and the neat lighting. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The brunch menu offers a lot of options. If you're a vegetarian, the Japanese French toast is a good option, the yuzu flavor is on point. They can also make the other dishes without meat upon request. My friend had the brunch noodles. My friend and I shared the mimosa service. It was fun to have the little bottles of strawberry, elderflower and blueberry essence to add to our drinks. Finally made it to Pyro, and they did not disappoint. I was extremely surprised that there was no crowd here for brunch. Our hostess Wren was a gem, and very welcoming when we arrived. The decor was giving Japanese casino, and I love seeing an exposed kitchen while dining. The matcha espresso martini was INCREDIBLE! For brunch, we had the short rib hash, Japanese french toast, and the pyro benedict. The short rib was so yummy, and flavorful. The french toast was mouthwatering. I loved every bite. This place is drop dead gorgeous! My friend and I decided to try it out for brunch and were not disappointed. We were the first people to arrive at 10am so I took a few ambiance photos because the vibes are immaculate inside and outside of this place. We went non-alcoholic and had the NA NY Sour and the Blue Lychee, both were delicious and came out with beautiful presentation. For food I had the Benedict and my friend had the Sando, both were so good! My Benedict was the perfect portion with the crispy potatoes and delicious chili aioli dipping sauce, I actually mixed it up and put it on everything. I have to begin by saying, I haven't been to such an amazing restaurant or dining experience in a very long time, until Pyro! It seems next to impossible to hit all the marks of good vibe, good service and great food; and Pyro has it all. The restaurant is right by Global Ambassador, so parking is in the structure, and can get very busy every night, so be prepared for that. The restaurant had a lovely, dark, alluring vibe inside. We did choose to sit outside, as there was a nice big patio and the weather was beautiful. The chairs had a gorgeous deep curve, that wrapped the arms around you and were tailored in a gorgeous floral. Our incredible server, Ren, greeted us at our table and her energy was immediately infectious! We knew we were going to have a great time. You could tell she loved her job and loved this restaurant. She walked us through the menu and gave us many recommendations on drinks and food. We all listened to her drink options , all getting something different, and they were all fantastic. The matcha espresso and Louis' Martini were my favorites. We ordered the steak tartare, gyoza, short rib skewers, spicy salmon handrolls (we were able to make it 3), and scallops with risotto. Everything was truly incredible. The steak tartare was all of our favorites, and the hand rolls and gyoza , close second. Only thing I'd do differently, is try the chicken thigh skewers over the short rib. I imagine you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. With our whole evening being absolutely perfect, and still talking about it 2 weeks later, we can't wait to go back! We will definitely be asking for Ren as our server ! Craving Japanese food but not in the mood for omakase, I came across Pyro--and it turned out to be a great find. I was immediately drawn to the yellowtail sashimi, beautifully presented with orange, serrano, pickled ginger, white shoyu, olive oil, and cilantro. It tasted even better than it looked. The spicy tuna, pork belly, scallops, and shaved greens with miso sauce were all well-seasoned and full of flavor. The standout dessert was the ube panna cotta--not to be missed. We grabbed some steak tartare for take out as I'd just landed from my flight and had been craving some for a while. Unfortunately, it was difficult to find any parking aside from the paid parking structure, but I would've definitely loved to dine-in as their interior was a showstopper. The person who took our to-go order was sweet, asking that we wait inside since it was nearly 110 degrees out and if we wanted any drinks while we waited. He was also upset about the lack of parking and hoped that they would be able to have more access to parking in the future. We were in and out within 10 minutes and enjoyed every last bit of the tartare served with a perfectly jammy egg and toast. It is definitely the best tartare I've ever had and the portion was shocking for the price! Overall, an absolute steal and I would definitely suggest anyone who reads this to dine in and try out their tartare! read more

We got the yellow tail sashimi, asian pear mixed greens, whole branzino, seared bigeye tuna, short rib fried rice, gochujang brussel sprouts, and ube panna cotta for dessert! Our favorites/the standouts were definitely the branzino, seared big eye tuna, gochujang brussel sprouts, and ube panna cotta! The asian pear mixed greens and fried rice were great as well but I feel like the others were just better in comparison! Service was great and we never felt like we had to flag down the waiters because ours was great about checking in on us. Our friend said that their skewers and steak are pretty good as well. Brunch service review. This day 2 of their launch. Loooooove! I love the dinner here and the brunch didn't disappoint! Service was great! I believe Greg is the manager and was very polite and caring. He made sure we were taken care of and the whole staff in general was fantastic! What a great team! Now onto the food! Started with the Pyro Caesar salad: Parmesan, nori, crunchy bits, miso Caesar salad. I love when a Caesar salad is not overdone and yet I can tell they put their own twist to it. The dressing was perfect and not drowning the salad and had plenty of flavor. Loved the crunchy bits for the texture! I give this dish a 5/5. Next we had the seasonal fruit and yogurt bowl. To my surprise it was UBE Greek yogurt! Ahhhhhhh! I'm in love with Ube everything! However I was hesitant at first because I'm not the biggest fan of Greek yogurt because of the weird after taste but this had no weird after taste and was so goooood! I could take this home with me and have as a snack everyday! The seasonal fruits were raspberries, blueberries, dragon fruit and bananas which are all fruits I love ! It did have almonds and honey! This was perfect synergy of flavors in a yogurt bowl. Definitely 5/5! Next up, my boyfriend had the steak and eggs: 6 oz teres major, French omelet, compound truffle butter, pyro jus. Price was great and per him he thought it was a fancier take on steak and eggs. His steak was made to his liking. He rates it a 5/5 I had the charred avocado toast. Excellent! Just what I needed after a dance class. It consisted of: smoked salmon, yuzu aioli, pea tendrils, garlic chip, nori kizami and 2 eggs. I had my scrambled and they were made perfectly and moist. The toast itself was delicious! Smoked Salmon was mmmm . I give this a 5/5. We both had a mocktail, the spiced peach tea: peach, lemon juice, Thai chili honey, black tea ice cube. I always love a place that has a great non-alcoholic beverage! Sooo delicious and complex! Not spicy so don't get scared with that. It's wonderful party of flavors that blend well. We both rate this 5/5 Every dish was pleasant in its own way! We enjoyed the food, drinks, and service. It wasn't too crowded today. We came at 12:45 pm. We sat inside. The place is beautiful itself. I love the green color for the back splash and the upholstery fabric on the seating is gorgeous in color and classy. They had a dj playing and the music was fun. I was digging the vibes ! We were so looking forward to coming here. It's been on my radar for a while and I've heard mixed reviews. The restaurant is beautiful, total vibe. The hostesses were very nice. The food that we GOT was good, YES that we got. We ordered a couple things to share since it was our first time. Our drinks came out fast and they were delicious, like really good. Sashimi came out quick and it was excellent, then our salad and my husband liked it I thought it was just ok. The short ribs skewers fast and they were AH-MAZING, like our fav dish thus far. Then nothing. And after sitting for 30 minute nothing. No water refill, no one asked if we wanted another beverage?! Then our server came to our table and said, "Hey, sorry do you guys still want the pasta? It should be out in 4 minutes. I was so mad I said I would have loved a glass of wine to go with but now we are over everything, please just cash us out. He said ok without hesitation and then brought our check. He did say he was sorry (I think he forgot to put in the pasta, we ordered everything together btw )but seriously Worst service EVER! Celebrated my son's birthday few weeks back and it was the first time at Pyro for all of us. We went for happy hour and ordered quite a few items sushi, fried rice, burger and a noodle dish. Wow everything was absolutely delicious. The fried rice had a little bit of spice not over the top. The burger was very unique perfectly cooked and quite tasty. The noodle dish was something that I would not normally not order but it was very tasty and have ordered it again. We also really enjoyed the sushi and a nice bottle of wine. The ambience is super cool along with excellent service we have already been back. This definitely on the dinner rotation list. Planning to try a few more unique dishes soon. read more

Started out with signature cocktails, yellowtail sashimi, and tsukune meatballs. My son had the lamb rack with chimichurri sauce. I had the branzino. The waitress suggested a dry French Sauvignon Blanc. We finished off with the best panna cotta I've ever eaten. Loved the atmosphere. Not too loud. Service was wonderful. Everything is meant to share which is great so you can taste more things. Between 4 of us we ordered about 7 plates and finished everything. My favorite was the short rib fried rice and the garlic noodles. Everything is super flavorful and they make sure everything comes out in a particular order. Service was lovely. Our waitress was kind, and happy answered all of our questions and offered suggestions. The only reason im not giving 5 stars at the moment is, when it came time for the bill, it took like 20min with no service. Non valet parking is aboir $15 in the garage right across the street. Per the great reviews, we decided to make reservations at Pyro for our Anniversary dinner. We arrived 30 minutes early and sat at the bar. There were only a hand full of people at the bar and we were there for a few minutes before any of the 4 bar staff acknowledged us so we were not sure how the evening would end up going. Once we had the attention of one of the bartenders, we ordered two dirty martini's and asked for them to be shaken very, very cold. They are served in beautiful coupe type martini glasses but unfortunately were not cold and the olive juice they use was just off. We just couldn't finish them. But, I want to acknowledge how nice and attentive the young man who is the Bar-back was to us. He constantly checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Once we checked in, the hostess sat us in a very nice booth section in the middle of the restaurant away from the crowds. Our server was Emily who is excellent. We ordered wine and Emily went over the menu and offered some great suggestions. As we were ordering, a family came in and were sat behind us in the same section. Unfortunately their child was super vocal and wouldn't stop yelling at the top of his little lungs. We looked up at Emily with desperation and she immediately said she was moving us to a table in a different section of the restaurant. Emily saved our anniversary dinner! Abe immediately came over and discretely moved us to another section in the restaurant. In fact, it was a better table with a great view of the restaurant and hearth. I felt terrible moving but it would have ruined our special night. Everything we ordered in the menu was excellent! I would recommend all. I made reservations on Halloween it wasnt too busy. We were seated as soon as we arrived. We sat at the booth under the snake. The atmosphere is dark and moody. Great for a date night. I will say the service started off really slow it took a minute to get water. To drink we had lychee martinis which were good. I had the tiger prawn which was a new item and it was absolutely amazing the sauce, jalapeños and pickled onions all were great. I couldve ordered 2. I tried the salmon hand roll which Im not a raw person but it wasnt bad. For the entree we tried the lobster pasta I wasnt a fan sadly it was too lemony for me and no seasoning. The brussel sprouts were absolutely amazing they had fish scales I believe it was called on there it was thrown off a little because it moved but the dish had so much flavor. I had to ask for soy sauce to help give it some flavor Yellowtail sashimi - thank goodness this came out ok. I would order this again. Tuna Handroll - beautiful presentation, it was good. Main entrees; The best entree goes to the 40 day aged ribeye. Good flavor and meat is tender. Scallops a little bland and lack flavor. I would not recommend getting them. Same for the sashimi rice bowl. I was expecting it to be more like a poke bowl, but it's just sashimi on top of a bowl of rice. Sides are all ok. We had short rib fried rice which was a little too spicy and over cooked, roasted mushrooms good, but too salty, and crispy potato pave was too dry and hard to eat. Desert was ok.
