I wish i could remember her name it was Monday at 5pm Our food was delicious except for the French fries, they were just mid. We came here for the deal they had for restaurant week. $44 for two people that includes an appetizer, two entrées, one dessert. We got the spicy wings as our appetizer. They were very acidic and sauced up, in a good way. Not exactly the most delicious wings I ever had, but definitely did the job. It also came with some sliced radishes and celery which I appreciated. For entrées we got the double Smashburger, and the bacon cheeseburger. They came with fries which I really liked, they were shoestring so very crispy. The burgers were a little underseasoned, while they were cooked quite nicely, we did need to add salt. The thousand island sauce they add honestly didn't add much flavor. The star of the show for us was the banana cream pie. The whipped cream on top was so delicious and there are pieces of banana in the pie that were a nice break from the cream. It was my first time having this, and I usually don't like banana, but I would genuinely come back just for this. Not sure if it's fresh made in house but it sure tasted good. My wife and I recently were craving a good burger so we thought we'd try out the Zinburger at the Biltmore and make a night out of it. We had visited the Scottsdale Quarter location though this was our first time visiting the Biltmore location. It was easy to make a reservation via Open Table and to head out there for a weekend date night. There was plenty of nearby parking that was easy to find. We arrived early before our reservation to check out the bar as several of the cocktails sounded quite intriguing. We were plenty of seats at the bar (on both sides). We enjoyed learning about drinks from the bartender. I got a frozen concoction while my wife got a fruity one. They were served very quickly, and we made it to the host stand a few minutes before our reservation. It turned out that they were still getting tables prepared, and we got seated at our table right around our reservation time. Our server was great! She answered questions and made some great recommendations. She brought us a very tasty appetizer (Soft Pretzels and Cheese) that we ordered in only a few minutes. I ordered a classic Zinburger while my wife got the All-American Veggie Burger (and we each got fries). I ordered a frozen lemonade while my wife continued working on her drink from earlier. We then ordered a Chocolate Pie to share for dessert. Everything showed up in a timely manner, and everything was tasty. We're glad we ordered what we did. Our server, Vienna, was lovely! She was very helpful with the menu and checked on us regularly to see if we need anything. Double smashed burger was exactly how you'd expect a great smashed burger would be. The brioche bun was very buttery and paired great with the thin patty. Hit guac bottom is massive! I think it's new to the menu and it tasted great! If you are looking for something more interesting, give this a go. They have all sorts of variations of burgers to try from and lots of fun fry basket. My favorite burger is the Zinburger (how it comes) and the sweet potato fries with extra salt! It's a nice plaza with a modern interior design, so if you're looking for a fine dining burger experience, this is a good place to go. The burger was kind of small for the price (tasty though) but funny enough more affordable than most fast food restaurants. As I mentioned before, the patty is actually well cooked and juicy. The green chili fries I got as a side were actually very impressive. They do have quite a strong kick to them, so if you're not into spice, I wouldn't get it. This spot seems pretty bustling and definitely was after the event but the staff were very friendly and quick, they even brought water for our dogs! Great food, but service could be better I came in for lunch with my teenage son while visiting from NYC. We don't have Zinburger back home, so I wasn't familiar with the menu and needed a couple extra minutes to decide. Our server (won't post name) seemed irritated when I asked for a bit more time, she gave a sassy response and, when she returned a couple minutes later, flashed a forced smile and passed by our table to attend to others first, even though the restaurant wasn't busy. Throughout the meal, she just didn't seem happy to be there. Her attitude felt more annoyed than welcoming, and while she warmed up slightly toward the end, she never asked if we wanted dessert and just dropped off the check. That said, the food was excellent, and I'd absolutely come back and would even sit in her section again. Everyone has off days, and I'm hoping this was just one of those. I was craving something on the healthier side and loved that they had this option as it comes with so many vegetables with a delicious juicy patty with it all! Always super fast service and I've never been disappointed by the food. I also always love a restaurant that has great gluten free options! The gluten free bread bun isn't the best by any means but it's still pretty dang good. Usually I opt for the California burger bowl made gluten free and order truffle fries so it doesn't feel as heavy as a meal and I usually get leftovers. Zinburger actually has pretty good deals for happy hour with a deal for a burger and 12 oz beer for $16. The burgers are tasty but the drinks are not the best, especially the sangria. I am not sure exactly what they put in their mix, but it is cloudy and did not taste refreshing like other sangrias I have had in the past. The servers are very attentive and had great suggestions, and during happy hour time, the restaurant is not too crowded. The veggie patty I asked for was great and unique. Made with bulgar wheat or something like that. I'm a huge fan of housemade veggie burgers and will order them on any menu, so def had to try this one. Would for sure order again. They said we could mix one type of fry and onion rings, so we did. Always good to see a friendly and familiar face. Chopped wedge salad is amazing, especially with extra dressing on the side and fresh ground pepper. It was decent, but unimpressive. I did like that they weren't super stingy with the avocado. But it's super messy, fyi.
