Wow! This restaurant was busy when I visited. Worth the 20 min wait? I'd say so. The food was delicious. Service was fast and efficient. The interior is nice and relaxed. I think the million dollar bacon was one of the best ones I've ever had. Limited parking spots in the plaza on busy times.

Banana brittle French toast a must!

Stopped here for breakfast and so glad we did! Ordered the banana brittle French toast and it was worth every calorie. Loaded with blueberries and bananas with a caramelized drizzle. Also ordered the morning meditation beverage. Very refreshing. Food came out hot and fast. 2nd breakfast item was the power wrap. Good but stick with the French toast!! Our server Angelique was very sweet and helpful (ask for her! ) we will be back

The service was on point with everyone being friendly, accommodating, and professional. The food was seasoned amply and well. Besides the mis matched timing of when everything came out besides a BLT Benedict coming super late, it was a great time at this First Watch.

Ordered the Cobb salad to go. What I got vs what is pictured on the menu(website) couldn't be any more different and sad looking! There was also no avocado to be found !!!! So not worth the price! Also got the club sandwich and that was very good.

There are so many great breakfast restaurants around Phoenix, though when it comes to First Watch, I have learned it is a chain of breakfast restaurants that is consistent, offers great food, and has some wonderful deals here and there. While I typically frequent other First Watch locations, my wife and I stopped here yesterday morning on the way to do some errands in the area. This was our first time visiting this location. It had a large indoor seating area as well as outdoor seating. The waiting area inside was rather small with overflow to outside. The staff were nice and welcoming. First Watch serves breakfast, brunch, and lunch. They have a Jump Start menu with unique dishes along with a juice bar, iced coffee, breakfast cocktails, healthier side dishes, EGG-sclusives, omelettes & frittatas, from the griddle items, power bowls, salads, sandwiches, a kids' menu, and small plates and sides. My wife and I chose to each get one of the two classic favorites on the menu. My wife ordered the Traditional, which includes two cage-free eggs any style with your choice of bacon, smoked ham, chicken sausage patties, turkey or pork sausage links, and it is served with whole grain artisan toast, all-natural house preserves and fresh, seasoned potatoes. I chose to order the Tri-Fecta, which includes two fresh cage-free eggs any style with either a light and airy Belgian waffle or a multigrain pancake plus your choice of bacon, chicken sausage patty, turkey or pork sausage link. We both ordered our meals with fruit instead of meat. The pancake was large and warm (easily melting the butter on top). The potatoes were tasty, and the fruit, toast, and eggs complemented the meal for both of us. As there was a 15-20 minute wait today, we used the app and checked in online in advance. This allowed us to jump to early in the line. The service was good and food arrived rather quickly with everything correct on our orders. Special tip...go to https://firstwatch.com and at the bottom right of the page where it says "Love Brunch? Join the club," enter your e-mail address and eventually your birthday to start getting Buy One Get One Free promotions during the year at random times including around your birthday. Nothing better than a free brunch!

I love FW. So I stopped into this Arcadia location to quickly grab a to-go bite to eat. Upon entry I noticed the set-up here is a little different. Very cozy, nice lighting - staff was quick at servicing me. I did recognize some staff were a little more preoccupied in sharing a little gossip - but figured; that's what they do here - so I pretended to not hear. I ordered my food with the tall gentleman and received my to-go order (drink and meal) within 8 minutes. In the meantime I washed my hands in their bathroom and noticed there were 4 single-use bathrooms labeled M (Men), W (Women), M/W, M/W which I assume was men/women. I happen to peek into the M (Men's) because I'm always curious to see if the restaurants I visit ever think about Single Fathers or Father Daughter time and to my disappointment- there was no baby changing station in the M (Men's) Restroom. There was one in the W (Women's) Restroom - but in most cases in society- that's to be expected. Back to my order. I purchased a Quinoa Pesto Bowl and upon receiving it - I quickly noticed it was lacking in portion size. I've visited a couple other First Watch locations and this portion size seemed a lot smaller than other locations - I'm not sure if it was a fluke or may e portion size was smaller in this area because folks are on specific portion control diets? Lol. Welp, this was my first visit to this location and while the flavors as a whole were spot on (once mixed - the temp of the food was at best a little warm (I prefer a hot plate; but I figured since it was placed in a to-go container, that was the culprit of cool food). Hopefully next time, both portions and temp will be on point. The question is: Would I recommend this particular First Watch? My answer; Yes. The facilities were clean & while a few of the staff could transform their gossiping into positivity; I believe this place would make a great place to enjoy a delicious meal.

Had an amazing experience from the services to the great food. The Drinks were strong and delicious. The service was absolutely fantastic from the hostess to the server and the food was done quickly. It was hot and delicious.

It was okay. I enjoyed my fresh juice and Quinoa bowl. My Mother asked for a biscuit and it came out burnt and hard twice. The waitress came off condescending when we asked about it. She was "nicety" that nice nasty. The booths need to be cleaned. They were stained from wear and tear. Other than that we had a pleasant breakfast.

I cannot speak higher about our experience at First Watch- everything was perfect. The project sunrise coffee is some of my favorite ever, it's perfectly balanced and just strong enough. Our server Kate was amazing, she was so kind and bubbly, gave us amazing recommendations and really took time to make sure we had a great experience. We modified multiple items (cheesy eggs and grits, gluten free french toast, and extra crispy million dollar potatoes) and every single item came out perfectly. The food always tastes very fresh and flavorful so huge props to the kitchen staff. I would recommend first watch to anyone in the area and can't wait to return again soon! Thank you for such an amazing experience!

Pretty good with good service. Had BLT eggs Benedict and thought the sauce had a little too much lemon for me but that is a preference. Million potatoes were good but I wish I would have asked for them to be crispier.

Absolute Perfection! Hands Down the Best Coffee in Arizona!…read more My husband and I are avid flavored latte lovers, and wherever we travel, we make it our personal mission to hunt down the absolute best lattes in the area. Now that we live here, we dedicate one day a week to exploring a brand-new local coffee shop. We've been living in Arizona for 7 years now, and after visiting The Coffee Builders in Phoenix this week, my only question is: Where has this place been all our lives?! This incredible hidden gem is tucked away in the Warehouse District and is a bit out of sight--you'd likely never just stumble across it unless you were explicitly looking for it. But the moment you walk through the doors, you are transported. The architectural design is completely unexpected, modern, and striking--especially the gorgeous, geometric upside-down wooden pyramids stretching across the ceiling. It creates an upscale, unique atmosphere unlike anywhere else. Now for the main event: the drinks and food. I ordered the Orange Blossom Latte and my husband ordered The Slopes. Both drinks were absolutely outstanding. They were rich, velvety, thick, and incredibly creamy with deep, distinct flavor profiles. Best of all, they weren't overly sugary--which is huge for us since we typically prefer our coffee at half-sweetness. To pair with our drinks, we tried the Blueberry Bourbon Maple Pastry. It was phenomenal: flaky on the outside, light and pillowy-creamy on the inside, beautifully balanced, and generously loaded with fresh blueberries. The staff was highly professional, exceptionally welcoming, and deeply knowledgeable about their shop and everything on the menu. From this day forward, The Coffee Builders is officially our #1 favorite coffee shop in AZ. Do yourself a favor, make this a top priority on your bucket list, and treat yourself--you will not be disappointed!

(I did not. I ordered a full breakfast and a waffle like an adult with priorities.) I went around 9:15am on a Wednesday--only a few tables were occupied, and the staff was super friendly, gave great recommendations, and the food came out fast. Inside is dialed in with chandeliers, French-y posters and photos everywhere, and a pastry case with tarts, pastries, and cheesecake that basically dares you to behave. The croissant was the star... fresh, flaky, light, buttery... exactly what you want. The egg was cooked perfectly and the cheese was melted into it almost like a mini omelette (loved that). My only hiccup was the "bacon." It leaned more limp pork belly than crispy bacon and had a distinct smoke flavor that wasn't the traditional hardwood/hickory vibe I'm used to. Also... because the cheese and egg are fused together, it's basically impossible to pick the bacon out once it's in there. Next time I'd order it without bacon or ask for it on the side and make it crispy. It came with a side salad, which is not what I expected with breakfast, but it was actually great, fresh spring mix and a delicious dressing with a subtle sweet undertone. There were also hash browns with a crispy exterior and soft, warm interior, exactly the texture you hope for I just wish there were more of them! Because I have no self-control around French cafes, I also ordered the Belgian waffle with fruit and whipped cream. The waffle was warm and tasty, more tender/soft than crispy, and I ended up preferring it to the 'scrape the roof of your mouth' style that most restaurants serve up. The whipped cream tasted freshly whipped and the fruit selection was generous. My only critique: I'd skip the granulated sugar on top. The waffle is sweet enough already, and biting into sugar crystals isn't my favorite texture. For a drink I tried the blueberry lavender matcha. It had crushed blueberries in it, but the matcha flavor was pretty mild and the lavender got lost. I also would've liked a touch more sweetness from the syrup but overall it drank a bit "soft" and subtle. Bottom line... really cool little spot with friendly service, quick food, and a pastry case that will absolutely ruin any plan you had to "just eat light." I'll be back but next time I'm customizing that croissant sandwich and letting the pastries talk me into bad decisions.
