Me and my coworker always split them and do different flavors but I stay loyal to my dry rub! lemon pepper all the way! Perfectly seasoned not greasy, which is how I like it. But don't get me started on the ranch!! If you're feeling a little more than just a snack, get the sliders too. It comes with 3, perfect for sharing and honestly just completes the whole vibe! by then I'm full, happy, and ready to clock on mentally! Drinks??? the prickly pear margarita is a good one! My coworker got a spicy marg. Can't remember the name but if you like a little kick, you'll love it, not too spicy. The views are stunning and the weather this time of the year is elite! Staff super friendly too (shout out Rick!) Parking can fill up and hard to find a spot near the restaurant, especially during lunch time! Poorly run. So much opportunity. Nice ambience but easily ruined by staff letting dogs and kids do whatever they want. And mind you I love both. I guess blame parents and owners too. Sunday bbq was barely edible. Sent 1 meal back and should have sent all 3 back. Not sure about regular menu. Our server was real bad as well. Again, blame the management of this place. Manager even said "yea, the bbq is hit or miss. Little Miss BBQ is great. Have you been there?" What a response. Thank you for removing the meal and a side. Also took 50min for food to arrive and they were not busy. What an amazing time. First run, we had the dogs, fries, cole slaw, martinis... sat at the bar for a bit and went to another spot for a drink. Then came back and had nachos, some other app, and a few glasses of delicious wine. The manager and staff were amazing! Fran was delightful and so was everyone else that helped us out as two, fairly tipsy ladies just out and about. And oh, the music and view were amazing. Such a fulfilling way to end the night. Kudos to the staff as soooooooo many kids were running around wild (not complaining, just sayin'), and the staff handled it lovely. Also, quick mention, the sweet manager cleaned the dog hair off the lounge chairs and was a doll for doing that. Overall, a really relaxing experience. We came here for Father's Day and it was a great option! While there weren't really any specials for Father's Days, we were able to enjoy the food and celebrate dad fully. They do have specials in certain days though. Sunday's are for smoked meats, Fish Fry for fridays, etc. We got the burger with pimento cheese and the nachos with beef for lunch. The nachos were humongous and we didn't even need the upcharge for the beef (not much protein was added). The service was a bit slow, even though there was a lot of staff around (chatting), and the place wasn't even busy. It was a hot day and we sat inside, but I feel like sitting outside on a cooler day would be so nice! We will be back to enjoy the views and play area with cornhole games. Great for kids ! read more

My friends and I booked a happy hour here as we haven't seen each other in quite some time. We asked for a patio table and were accommodated- they really helped with creative shading with those umbrellas as it was 3p and 90'degrees (thank you). We all ordered drinks and we split some sliders and quesadillas (chicken). The food was tasty and drinks great but they are definitely just slow on the serving. I guess just plan on that. My friends and I went to Adobe for happy hour. I had not previously been to Adobe prior so was excited to check it out. We arrived and I was immediately impressed by the beautiful patio and view. Wow. With a mixture of tables and couches, it has plenty of seating options. There is an indoor/outdoor bar that has great views of the golf course as well. We thought about reserving one of the fire pits, however, for a $375 minimum plus gratuity, we decided it wouldn't work as we were a small group and would leave before sunset. But, I could totally see it as a beautiful spot in the evening. We sat down at a nice table with umbrellas. Our server was Jeronimo who was excellent. We were never left waiting g for service. He checked on us constantly and had a nice attitude. They have a good menu for happy hour with reasonable prices. We ordered several drinks, a quesadilla and sliders with fries. Everything was tasty. We didn't stay long or I would have loved to try more menu items. I'll definitely be back. What a beautiful spot for views, lunch and happy hour. read more

We just returned from an early evening at the Adobe and although the food was great and the waitresses are wonderful, it was a miserable experience due to the fact that they let small children I mean, like 12 of them running around like crazy kids all over the yard yelling and screaming so that we couldn't even carry on a conversation. I asked the waitress if this is the way it is every Saturday night and she replied affirmative! There was no supervision for these kids. They were totally out of control and no one was in charge. The staff said nothing and the parents were nowhere to be found. It was a beautiful evening and the entertainment was a great singer, but no one could hear him over the screeching of all these kids. The food is very good. Portions are ample if not good. My favorite breakfast is the eagle. My beef is with the service. When we came in the hosts didn't smile didn't say welcome. She didn't say anything, but do you have a reservation and never even cracked a small smile. Whenever we requested more coffee, they would fill the cup just barely over half full. It would have been nice if they had just left the pot on the table. It is a lovely place since they remodeled. It would be nice to sit on the patio if they let you. There were a lot of seats out there, but they told us we couldn't sit out there. The weather was nice. Maybe they are short staffed. read more

I would actually give this place a 2.7 star rating. My dad took me, my husband, and my dad's two friends here for breakfast. It's located in the Biltmore area so I was thinking, this is going to have great service and excellent food. I was half right. Going to start with cons this time because there was so many. Walking in we had reservations for 5 people and it took a few minutes to get seats, which was fine. We got seated and had our drinks ordered in about 5 min. It wasn't really busy outside on the patio. It took about 20 min to get our food ordered. There were quite a few empty tables but after awhile they stayed to fill up. It took at least 50 minutes for our food to arrive and the manager came by to say the kitchen is backed up. OK, by why did the table of 8 who came after us got their food first? And why did the table of 4, again who came after us, got their food already? Everyone at my table was getting frustrated. Yea the manager offered us chips and salsa. Which was ok. An hour later we got our food. Drinks arrived somewhat quickly, still took 10 min for a refill. I guess slow service is their specialty. The potatoes were salty and over seasoned, but cooked crispy Pros: Were food get a 20% discount off our bill and wasn't charged for dessert. I guess it's something. Food was good, nothing spectacular. I got the chorizo breakfast burrito and a side of hashbrowns. I would have liked to have Cholula on my hashbrowns, but we never saw our waitress till the end. The two golf courses, the location, the name recognition. It wil always keep the tables full. It's a new (well, somewhat) menu and a more modern vibe. The outdoor seating is great, overlooking The Estates Course. Bertha is still at the front station, welcoming all with her beautiful smile. The coffee bar at the front is quick, efficient, and satisfying. Now - to the menu. At these (hey, it's the Biltmore!) prices, it is no beuno. The prices are tall and the portions small. $22 for a chicken caesar with five, small, sad looking pieces of grilled fowl. Nope. Breakfast is tepid and uninspiring, too. You want a plain bagel? Hope so, 'cause that's what we got. It's still $24 for that breakfast, bub. Including the cold eggs. Bright spot? Sure, the staff is friendly and the crowd is cool. Hopefully, the suits in charge read this and get on the deal. It's important that this place get bets back to the four-star level. Like I said, it's a landmark and an institution. Heather the banquet manager and all of the staff were super helpful and on par with most of the high end steakhouses in the area. The price was very much in line with other venues that didn't offer the same privacy, service, food quality and presentation. We like the new place we hadn't been there since it had built. My husband ordered a Reuben and he was thrilled. I ordered the salmon flatbread. I did not expect it to be lox because it didn't say lox on the menu. I was unhappy with it and commented to the server - he offered to bring me something else to eat. I feel guilty about asking him to do that because I had ordered it but the truth is I'm sorry that I didn't because I've just not been happy with it all. I took half of it home and finished the rest tonight actually couldn't finish it. It just didn't taste good to me. I really was looking for a good piece of salmon The menu should say it's lox if that's what it is. I know I should've taken him up on the offer, but I don't like to waste food. We are visiting from Seattle but went to the Adobe Bar and Grill at the Biltmore golf course for the all day breakfast . We are not golfers but my brother started his pro career here. The blueberry pancakes are delicious and they give you 3 large ones. My husband had the double eagle. Prices reasonable. Our server Chara a delight. The course and ambiance are really fabulous. Beautiful huge clean restrooms! Manager very kind to and said pancakes are a favorite which I have to agree with. Light and fluffy but filling. read more

I would not recommend this place to anyone UNLESS you are parents with small children!!! Truly the strangest dining experience I have ever encountered. We had reservations for dinner and we left after being there for 30 minutes. Hostess was nice and accommodating even though it was obvious she was overwhelmed. She was very transparent about how busy they were and that they were understaffed. What we didn't expect was how absolutely chaotic the place would be! Kids EVERYWHEREEEEE which is not the restaurant's fault in anyway but holy cow it was essentially a playground. Our server was the most stressed out person I've ever come across in my life. The poor guy was running around trying to dodge small children. I am in the service industry and you could not pay me enough to work at this place. But he also did not seem like a people person in general and that's all I'm going to say about him. Couldn't imagine what his shifts are like so I don't blame him. We couldn't stop laughing at what a joke this restaurant was! This place could be soooo much more! It's such a beautiful atmosphere!! There were 3-4 bartenders all seem to catering to the ones they know but totally ignored us who's been there oh about 4-5 times. Waited at least 25-39 min to get a drink and after a food runner brought our food no silverware's were given which were the bartenders jobs. My patient husband had to get up to go to the hostess area to see if someone can bring the attention to them, finally managers got involved and when they were present, bartenders finally did their job such as asking if we wanted anything else or to refill our drinks. This was my first visit back to Adobe since its rebuild. Although it was previously quaint and historic-esq', it's absolutely beautiful now. I had a friend visiting from IN, so this was a first experience for us both. The ambiance was definitely more upscale, it still allowed for the casual, right off-the-course vibe too...which was nice, as we were casual and felt totally comfortable for a Friday night dinner. The piano singer/player was great touch too. We shared the tuna-crudo to start, which was delicious...fresh and the sauce was great. We both had the Kobe burger (medium)...one w/truffle fries, one w/crispy fries. I would have preferred provolone vs brie and a fresh slice of onion to the caramelized ones, but still very good. The truffle fries were good, but the crispy ones were shriveled and dry...not so good. Would opt for a different side option next time. Service was adequate, nothing spectacular and drinks were a little weak. Although not perfect, still a lovely evening with amazing views, great ambience and good food & service. Beautiful restaurant and you won't find a better view. I love how they have the misters on in the summer, which makes it much more pleasant. Service is getting better too. But they cannot make an Aperol spritz to save their life. It even tells you how to make it on the Aperol bottle. I think they think that an Aperol spritz is mainly Aperol. Went with a group for brunch today. What a fiasco. The reservation we had for two plus weeks wasn't ready. There was a table in the shade we asked if we could sit at. They said no, there was a bigger party on the way. We had 10 people. They sat a group of six shortly after us. It took them 20 minutes to even bring us water. Then we ordered drinks and food at the same time. It took 20 minutes to get a drink and 40 minutes to get food. No one ever came back to check on us and a manager never came over to apologize. I have NEVER had service this bad. We'd never go back. Their site calls it "bespoke" service. We wish. The restaurant is nice and the view is spectacular. What a shame. read more

After ordering our food, that also took a long time be served, The food was just ok nothing special. We had the Porter house pork, salmon, the pepperoni flat bread and a salad. For side dishes we had the carrots and mash potatoes that taste like boxed potatoes. Everything was just ok the price was not horrible but because the food was just ok I feel it was a little high for the quality. Most recent experience was for lunch and no one would refill our drinks, we needed more dressing for the salad and was told one thing at a time! We talked with manager and she apologized but still left us with no drink!! Before rebuild I was there several times a month and often in a week as I live down the street.
