Bad service, mid burger (probably frozen patties). Stopped here on a whim, and I would never come back. I ordered the double combo with mayo and the thousand island on the side, mint shake and side of cheese. Burger came with thousand island, the guy didn't make it a combo and when i reminded him he said I should have know becuase he didn't give me a drink. When I said they made the burger wrong, all he offered was to give me more thousand island on the side. The burger itself was mid at best. Top that with the bad service. I'd describe my experience at Lenny's as pretty average. I ordered the Garlic Mushroom Burger, which was decent but honestly reminded me quite a bit of Burger King in terms of flavor and quality. My friend had the Green Chile Burger and enjoyed hers more, so that might be the better play here. The fries were a bit of a mixed bag; they were pretty good, but extremely salty. I usually love salt, and even for me, it was a lot. We went through the drive-thru and the service was basic. Ordered a patty melt. Skimpy on the grilled onions but the biggest problem was, there was so much mustard on it that you couldn't taste anything. The mustard was oozing. I've never had a patty melt with mustard on it, and I did not order it. That way the Patti was a little overcooked. read more

I give this place a 4 because the food over all was ok burgers and fries. There is a lot of homeless people that come and go. The floors are dry as it needs to be swept and mopped. They normally keep it very cold in the lobby but today was very warm. The workers are very nice and you can see that they are working hard, always busy. There have been many Lenny's locations that have opened and closed through the years, but this the by far the best one they've ever had. It's very heavy on the 20th century diner vibes this time around. The 50s music was cranked UP. The seating looks totally retro. I think this is the first time I've seen them really care about the interior, and I'm here for it. They still have some of the most underrated burgers in town. The Mexican Burger is a bit sloppy, but you won't be able to resist it. My go-to when I roll through here is the BLT. It comes on a bun, which I usually wouldn't like, but this one is one of my faves, anywhere. Perfect ratio of ingredients. Bacon leaning on the crispy side. Portion is generous. Service is really good and I don't think it's taken them more than 10 minutes to get my lunch out. Lenny's really has an argument for best fast food in Phoenix. read more

I really dislike leaving negative reviews but this experience calls for honesty. My best friend is in town and we drove by this place and thought it was super cute so we decided to stop in and we were quite honestly appalled. While the vibes were awesome the service was subpar and so was the food. Aside from Lisa who was attentive and friendly the rest of the employees were rude and not helpful. We waited for Lisa to help us while three other employees stood in the back staring at us (minus the one who was sitting down on her phone the entire time). When our order came all three of our orders were messed up in one way or another and we had to send two items back...despite half of our order being cold we still ate it and dipped. Do not order online with the Toast app. Lenny's takes your money and does not deliver. I've had to dispute the charges several times. Toast won't do anything to help and the store will do nothing to give the credit back to you. This is a pattern of management; a willful scam to pocket your money. read more
