Fry oil they use is horrible, rancid. Ordered fried zucchini and got the absolute worst after taste, like sharp metallic. Will never go back, if they can't use basic ingredients like oil properly, it is absolutely not worth it. This is one of the few places in Phoenix that does a decent pastrami sandwich. They pile on the pastrami, instead of other places that just give you two or three slices of pastrami. I came here with a friend to meet them for lunch, I didn't even know it existed before that day. I have a bacon avocado cheeseburger with fries. The burger was delicious, super hearty and hit the spot. The fries were decent, definitely could've used more salt. We ordered a simple meal, 2 large Dr. Peppers and 2 corndogs. First of all the owner acted like he was too good to help anyone. Then he messed up on the drinks and brought 2 root beers. When I told him about that, he acted like it was an inconvenience to get the order correct and then he brings the new drink and it still tasted like root beer which means he didn't care at all. I've been going here since I was a kid. Been up and down. I hadn't been here for all of 2020. Finally got to go in there the other day . The breakfast burrito was small and they got my order wrong.
