Walk in there plenty of open area to find seating. Stand in line greeted when we walked in, friendly staff. Love the art work on the walls makes it interesting. Easy to order on the screen put in and then sit and wait, say it took under 10minutes. Nice quick bite on a lunch break if your in the area. Food was good for fast bite. read more

I wasn't sure when we drove up. But after eating there I highly recommend it! The menu is huge as is the burger! They have a variety of items on the menu but I chose the wtf burger and was very happy with it. It was cooked right and delicious! The drink options include kool aid!! I was surprised when I first walked in. Thought there were like 4 separate eating places at this location. It's all one big restaurant. I highly recommend going online and checking the menu BEFORE you get there. It's huge. A lot to choose from. 1st time I went by myself, came back two other times and brought friends. Been looking for a good Philly Cheesesteak spot in the area, so I tried this one out. I couldn't finish half of this thing, because not only was it the worst Philly, but maybe the worst food I've had near my mouth. Fair amount of seating inside, 14 or so tables & a few outside. Fountain drinks with cider your own condiment, counter style ordering. The menu is vast & unique, so peruse before you go. My husband had the Chicago Chili Dog, chili was wonderful with great flavor, hot dog was high quality and yummy. We shared the Zucchini (our favorite!), curly fries, and the sweet potato fries all so delicious!!! They have Koolaid on tap, and a great selection of condiments. This is my 3rd time back, since I happened to be in the area I went for the Heart Burn Philly cheesesteak sandwich with no mushrooms and with cheese fries. Again!!! This did not disappoint!!! Everything was delicious. The fries were cooked to perfection, for a third time just like how I remembered it was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The cheese sauce is still my favorite . this by far is still the best cheese sauce I've had ever. The sandwich was a good size very filling, this time I had to take some home . The bread was soft but the sandwhich was not soggy. Meat was thinly sliced and grilled onions were cooked perfectly. The guys that made my sandwich are always so nice and friendly. They greet you with a smile and super personable. This time I met the owner he was just as nice and had some other recommendations like the shrimp and fish plate, & the burgers. I'm wondering why they asked me how I wanted my hamburger cooked (I said medium) if they were going to char it beyond well done anyway. That said, they got the rest of my order done correctly and the fries were really basic and ordinary, but hot and fresh. I got my food to go, so I didn't realize that the burger was nearly inedible until I was already on my way. I was at the Post Office today and saw the sign "Philly Cheesesteak ". Being from Philadelphia, I couldn't resist. I ordered 2 Mamas Special sandwiches to go. A gentleman said he was the manager, I said "can we speak in private please"? I told him what happened, showed him the nail and he said let me give me your money back. I had a build your own burger and it was literally done before I could even get to my table to sit down, and it was good and tasted fresh. We ordered take-out because we needed a break from cooking at home while in quarantine. Who doesn't, right? I decided to go "all-in" and get my 3YO Son and I the Chicken Shawarma Plate. Sounded like the perfect amount of food for the two of us. Little did I know, when we got home 15 minutes later that all we ended up getting was a a "plate" of chicken, rice, and a few bites of veggies. For some reason, they cancelled out my Hummus and Pita bread bites. That was the whole difference to make it a "Plate" for $4 more than a simple wrap. Maybe it was an honest mistake, but the online system we ordered through shouldn't have auto-cancelled the items in a plate that make it an actual plate, and more expensive. I wish we noticed before getting home. Quarantine sucks bad enough without getting burned on takeout food on top of it. Not sure I'd suggest going back. The chicken and rice were a little dry, too. Seemed like they'd been sitting around a little while. Maybe they didn't have the lunch rush to warrant new ingredients. My wife's said her Philly Cheese Steak was good though. The first time I ordered, I got a customizable burger with bacon but did not receive my bacon even though I paid extra for it. The burger was extremely dry & had no flavor at all.
