Really like their chicken sandwhiches. They sometimes have some deals going on. I think they had $1 sandwiches and was shocked it wasn't packed! I think I like it better then Chick-fil-A

Super fun menu. I love the originality of the items. You can taste the difference in flavors. These are specialty items you can enjoy with a smile. I appreciate the attention to detail. It all starts in the parking lot. The drive up music is such a vibe. The staff were amazing even in the drive thru, their smile was powerful. The K-pop sandwich has a sweet kimchi not spicy as i expected to be. Still very tasty. The queso sauce was hearty the BLT was my favorite the chicken was fresh and the sauce was delicious. I was bumped they were out of cherry cola i so wanted to try their dirty sodas.

I think brussel sprouts or something that I could not bite through. So hard to eat when I had to pull these out since I couldn't bite.

Service was good. Got a crispy chicken wrap. Says romaine lettuce and chicken. I am not sure what I got but I think Brussel sprouts. Couldn't bite through them. Was it my favorite.

Omg can't wait to go again The food is amazing. The Nashville hot is tops The place is clean and if you look close you can see it was a Burger King. You order from a kiosk and help yourself. The staff we talked to were friendly. We were the first customers and a bunch of tables were dirty.

Birdcall is a chain establishment that focuses on fried chicken products which includes sandwiches, wraps, sliders, tenders, and salads. The employees here are amiable. Unfortunately, the Nashville Deluxe isn't at this location so I got a Bees Knees instead which has hot honey, Calabrian chili aioli, romaine, and pickled banana pepperrs. I also ordered a chocolate shake. They sure make their sandwiches presentable by putting some sort of shine product on the buns. Amazingly, the sandwiches taste as good as they look. The chocolate milkshake was also decadently delicious. I found out about this place due to the InKind app so it was nice getting a discount. After the discount, I paid $12.93 for all my food which is a great price. I definitely suggest this place if you've got a hankering for fried chicken sandwiches. I would say the only foible is that they should be cleaning their tables periodically considering it wasn't too busy when I was dining there.

I was in the area and wanted a little something for lunch and this restaurant had great reviews on Google, so I stopped in at Birdcall. It looks like they want you to use a big kiosk to order, and I started to do that, but didn't see any way to do "easy sauce" on my sandwich so I ended up asking one of the real employees if they could help me, which they did. After ordering, my name was on a screen with approximate wait time for my food. Something like 8 minutes, so... maybe not the fastest food, but at least it's prepared to order. The grilled chicken caesar sandwich I ordered was tasty enough and the strawberry lemonade was nice and tart. While I was waiting for my food, another customer called out to me and loudly made sure I knew the restaurant was offering a free milkshake if I wrote them a 5 star review on Google. It made me question the star rating I'd seen before coming in. In the end, my chicken sandwich was good. Not the best I've ever had, but nothing wrong with it, and good taste. The restaurant was clean and brightly lit. Comfortable atmosphere, and parking was easy. Prices seemed fair to me. I would stop by again if I'm in the area, but probably won't go out of my way to drive here.

Enjoyed the chicken ceasar grilled chicken sandwich. The parmesan crisp added dome crunch and price was good at $9. Also we'll seasoned tater tots were unique.

7-Strip meal with fries. For the sauces, I chose honey mustard, and sriracha aioli.

Best fried chicken place I've tried in a while. The chicken is so succulent, crispy and flavorful, that I am in heaven with every bite. The best tell of good fried chicken strips, is how it stands up on its own without sauce. And my gosh, it's fantastic just as is! The last time I went, the order was taken quite quickly, accurately, and all with a very friendly demeanor. Additionally, this is one of the freshest chicken places I've been to. Everything is made to order, PIPING hot. Every time I've gone, I've had such a toss up between fries and their tater tots. Both are so good, but the tater tots always seem to have a sour cream & onion flavor, which elevates them even more. The food, friendly service, and also very clean, bright environment makes this particular location very special. I look forward to eating here many, MANY more times. (Also, for an extra kick, try the Nashville hott tenders. They are BOMB!)

I was in craving for chicken sandwiches & a somewhat healthy salad. It was like a ... calling -- so I picked the Birdcall. I was disappointed ! It was a quick process to order & ready - the pick up part was a little confusing. The drive through was long, after I waited a bit & decided to park and came in. The place is nice, clean, and roomy inside. I can see my food bag with name on it and ready to for pick up, to confirm with the Uber Eat app. However, at counter, it was super busy with customers. There was only one server / cashier / worker... doing multiple things -- I feel bad for her. There are other people head off me picking up their food bag in a nicely organized & numbered slots -- however, my order (bag) was not . I waited a few more mins...finally !!! The food: 1. The Caesar Salad was very disappointing-- not fresh ingredients (old / brown pieces pf lettuce); and the portion is sadly small for $12.95. The tater tots were also small (about 16 pieces) for $4.90. It tasted okay -- a lot of different flavors, not much my favorites. The Bee Knee's sandwich was okay -- by the time I tasted it, it was a bit soggy, the over flavor was not really good. I felt a bit gullible about my "calling" for The Birdcall sandwich. I overly expected a fast food chains to fulfill a craving for a super tasty chicken sandwich.

At the end of May, I ordered a salad in the drive through and was given BBQ sauce as dressing instead of the dressing that went w the salad. The sauce was put on and was a poor taste/combination. The salad had to be discarded. A male "manager or ast manager" was contacted who was respectful and professional. He indicated he put my name down for a new salad. After leaving town for a month, I returned for the salad replacement to which an ast manager, Drew Buckles, told me my name was not written down and it's been too long anyway to get my replacement so she'd give me $5 off. She spoke w a smirk on her face and was rather dismissive and stated she wouldn't "replace my salad for just a missing dressing anyway". If I can pay almost $20 for a chicken salad- they should care to get it right, provide the right order, and respect the dressing that I am supposed to be given. Therefore, I asked for the managers name and Drew gave me a business card w their name. I called back after I left as I forgot to ask the ast manager their name. The person that answered the phone was extremely rude telling me to look at the card and the manager and ast manager'e names are on the card- she actually argued w me telling me both names were on the card. When I told her for the 3rd time it wasn't and to tell me the spelling for their first and last name she accused me of being rude. I have attached the card to show - there was only the manager name and her behavior was unprofessional and uncalled for. All in all- the service was terrible! The employees were unprofessional and condescending! I will never go back and encourage others to be careful with your order because they do not honor correcting their mistakes nor are they professional.

A solid choice for a chicken sandwich! We came in around early lunch time and we enjoyed some tater tots, loaded tater tots, and the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich. I normally prefer and eat hotter chicken sandwiches, and while this one wasn't as hot as I'd normally eat, it was quite good! Chicken was cooked very well and the bread was a good quality. Not the best sandwich I've ever had, but very good, and I'd definitely come back again to try another sandwich. The tater tots were the star of the show, though! Both ways, regular and loaded, were excellent! Plenty of herbs/seasonings on the original tots, and the loaded tots were absolutely smothered in yummy ingredients like diced tomato, big chunks of bacon, green onion, and more! If you come here, definitely try the loaded tots!

Tasty, convenient, consistent! I've been here twice now with friends and our kiddos! It's easy to get to - right on 7th St. They have their own parking lot with plenty of spaces. Ordering is self-serve on kiosks but they always have someone right there to assist you if needed. The food has a lot of flavor and they have some great sauce options! There's also adult beverages fyi!

The coleslaw was okay but without that flavor punch from the pastrami, the overall sandwich fell a little flat for me. The rye bread was good, but I was hoping for that classic deli rye flavor and texture that really complements a good pastrami sandwich. The pickles were also a disappointment. I'm used to a pickle with that crisp, juicy snap and strong briny flavor, and these were softer and didn't have much of that traditional pickled taste. The fries were also cut very thick, which may be their particular style, but they weren't my favorite. As far as service, my server was meh, At one point I had to get coffee refills from other servers because my server seemed to disappear at times and didn't quite check up on me. It wasn't terrible, but it definitely took away from the overall experience. I will say, I know I may have a higher bar than most when it comes to pastrami. I grew up in LA eating at places like Langer's, Canter's, and Nate 'n Al's, so I'm used to pastrami that has a really distinctive, peppery, savory flavor and those crunchy deli pickles. I'm glad I tried Scott's, and I can understand why people enjoy it. Overall, Scott's did satisfy the craving for pastrami, so in that sense it scratched the itch. Whoever built this sandwich decided fat was a liability, trimmed the brisket down to something you'd find in a hospital cafeteria, and then served it anyway. What arrived was a stack of lean, gray-edged slices with no give and no moisture whatsoever. You could hear it more than taste it. Chewing produced no juice, no render, nothing. It just sat there getting smaller. I am not exaggerating when I say you would need a glass of water on the table to dunk it in, and even then I'm not confident it would go down. Then the rye. Somebody griddled it in butter, which coats the crumb in dairy and flattens the caraway into nothing. Rye for pastrami gets a light toast at most, and that's if it needs anything at all. Butter turns it into a grilled cheese chassis with the cheese removed. On a pastrami sandwich it's a category error. My people spent two thousand years perfecting this sandwich. Somebody in that kitchen reverse-engineered it back into jerky on a sponge. There are delis in New York that would treat this as a personal provocation. I've eaten the correct version of this sandwich. It comes carved by hand, on untoasted rye, with enough fat to shorten a life. That's the deal. You give up a few years and you get something worth eating. What this place serves takes the years and gives nothing back. Two dollars less and it's a bad lunch. At this price it's contempt. The coleslaw does not save it. One star, and that's for the plate.
